#ok. let me whine for a moment.#i did the night shift from monday to tuesday - slept 4 hrs and then finished my paper#then i woke up at 5:30 am on wednesday - slept 4 hrs and then drove my bestie to the airport#had a nap of... idk 1 hr? 2 hrs? and then agreed to take over the wednesday's night shift too#which i am at rn#and ofc the shift had to start off messy with tech problems that couldn't be solved after trying for like.. 2 hrs??#so now i am sitting here drinking a mix of coffee and 2 espressi so i won't pass out the next time i try to move#and i think i need to be declared clinically insane bc /why/ did i agree to switching shifts?? after i left the house at 6am??#sighh - i know why#i am just insufferably whiney when i volunteer to help a colleague out - like someone please tell me i am kind and helpful for this?#i need that gold star to keep going i guess#anyway the formerly mentioned bestie is in london with his boyfie rn and omg i want to go to london too#and then become a pretty brick house or cobble stone street there - that would be splendid#random starchild noises#edit: i... i forgot that this morning... after i will (hopefully) have slept about 3 hrs... there will be siren tests all over germany...#it's gonna be loud and i'm gonna get anxious and omg put me out of my misery-
