Layton travels with two massive foodies#you can fail at poisoning Layton not because he's brain is huge and he will see his food being tempered with and avoid it#... it's not an unlikely event that during a complrtely piecedul meal Layton would give one of the meals he ordered to Luke or Emmy#cause he eats slower and less and just wants to be nice and avoid his companions being left hungry#.... so yea it is an idea but even im not evil enough to touch it
