Sooooo glad my least favorite tic is back <3
#/s#I have a few like random tics#that I thought were stress related#but idfk anymore#anyway I have a few that involve just like#muscle tension or whatever#and one that’s like ..::. idek tensing my chest and breathing or whatever#i don’t really know how to describe it#but while my other ones I can mostly ignore#this one gets in the way of .:: yk breathing#so I’m very conscious of it and ofc when im thinking about it#then all the tics act up or whatever#I don’t have enough tics or enough variety for it to be any actual disorder#they’re just annoying#anyway here’s your bit of spookykestrel lore of the day#my most noticeable one for other people is like#rapid blinking and a clicking sound in the back of my throat#and I do that allllllll the time#kestrel calls#chitter chatter
