I was gonna put this in the tags but I got too mad about it

This situation is ridiculous to me. They literally pulled two women out of a hat so they could have Splashtail supporters to kick out when Podlight was right there. If they had remembered Fognose existed and properly set her up it could have been her and Podlight exiled and everything would be better, because they were both on that original patrol as well. But no, even though Podlight has already been implied to be in on at the very least Reedwhisker's murder, Fognose is randomly "evil" now and joined by her new friend Breezeheart. It's crazy how fast they were kicked out too, like we're supposed to forgive RiverClan for being "forced" to do these terrible things by this one guy because they were too stupid to just. . . rise up against him, but because these two women weren't immediately accepting of the other clans killing their terrible leader(who is the littermate of one of them), the entire clan gangs up against them. Gorseclaw attacked his own medicine cat and beat up Wasp before Splashtail started threatening kits, then later alerted Splashtail to Nightheart talking with Fognose, therefore being the reason Nightheart was almost killed, but Breezeheart got mad that now RiverClan will never be left alone because RiverClan let the other clans kill their leader and suddenly that proves she's the absolute worst and doesn't deserve to live by the lake. And no one stands up for them, not even Breezeheart's sister, after they're kicked out not by a RiverClan cat, but by the leader that RiverClan actively has a grudge against FOR INTERFERING IN RIVERCLAN MATTERS IN THE FIRST PLACE!! And the book wants us to believe that her mom is ALSO completely ok with this when she gets back. Absolute nonsense, all of it.

actually insane that out of podlight, fognose and breezeheart only one was actually a significant and active tool in splashtail’s rise to power and treachery while also doing the exact same things as the other two and yet he, as the only man, gets to stay while the two women who did less then him get a whole scene where they get told how much they suck and kicked out
