I love (not) how kny's 3 most popular ships involve the men being very jealous and possessive of their love interests to a concerning level.

Yushiro, Zenitsu, and Obanai are so questionable. On one side we have this demon dude who'd probably murder you for doing the most normal actions anyone would do when having a conversation with someone else. Like— please calm down and stop smacking Tanjirō just because he looked at her wrong or something.

And then we got the 16-year-old teenager whose first reaction to seeing "the love of his life" for the first time is to MURDER HER BROTHER and scream the whole night, and throw tantrums about his feet hurting whenever his crush interacts with his own best friend.

We also have Iguro "I don't deserve to be with Mitsuri because I have dirty blood" Obanai threatening Tanjirō for having a good relationship with his crush.

Idc if these were supposed to be 'funny'. It's not (imo). It's just mad weird. It's great that some of them had character development towards the end, though Zenitsu's is kinda ambiguous. I reckon he didn't really change all that much, but who knows.

Okay so you might not agree with me, but when I say that I will never ship ZenNezu.

Nezuko is 12. Always was, always has been. She never aged to 14, chronologically she is but remember demons in demon slayer don't age like our species of human, like Daki, she was 13 and people will always add onto the fact she is 113, but guess what she is always gonna be 13, I'll never understand those who say I haven't watched the anime when I clearly re watched Demon Slayer both sub and dub, and Zenitsu is around 16, that doesn't look good at all, they become canon but their age gap is rather odd, like when did Nezuko start y'know continuing the lineage as an Agatsuma? And if she was younger than 19 or something then you know something was mad wrong, I could be wrong but a sixteen year old and a twelve year old doesn't look good on any end, not the authors and not the shippers.

My proof(s) I don't care about English.

And as for Zenitsu.

From the wiki, a random website, and even a redditor said it, and you know they're all kinds of fucked up and if they say that this ship is creepy then you know, it's creepy.

ZENNEZU is the SINGLE HANDLY THE BEST SHIP IN THE KAMBAKO SQUAD I would say in all of KNY but ObaMitsu exist and I love that just as much.

She apart fell in love with Zenitsu because he protected from Inosuke. And it really in Mugan train she realized that person is Zenitsu.

Zenitu fall in love with Nezuko cause of Tanjiro talking Nezuko when she was human, didn't just like her cause she was pretty, he liked her because girls TREATED LIKE SHIT HIS ENTIRETY OF HIS LIFE!!! and seeing hearing girl as kind as that he thought : "NO FUCKING WAY"

And of course I want to go into the light novel where he was training with Tengen as well as the first light novel there was something you PEOPLE DIDN'T NOTICE!! Actually fail to notice cause this Fandom like to frame Austic coded characters as pervets and think austic people should die.

Just saying. Shinobu would possibly have chosen to focus on a medical career rather than getting married, if she had lived.

I showed this sketch to a friend, and we actually discussed it a little. Shinobu would probably be more passionate about a medical career, with romance and children coming later in life for her. Because either one of those individually would compromise her career, much less combined. She is a doctor and a scientist, and it's already hard enough being in those fields as a woman in the early 20th century. I can imagine her getting to a good spot in her scientific career, making a name for herself and gaining that hard-earned respect, and THEN settling down.

She WOULD, however, be the best Auntie for Tankana and Inoaoi's babies! Probably Zennezu's, too, she seems to like Nezuko.

Also, this is NOT meant to dunk on the ships featuring Shinobu! I enjoy multiple(oftentimes conflicting) story ideas and head canons, and this is one I thought up at random. I don't mind the (non-problematic) ships.

People that hate on Zennezu because "Nezuko is 12 and Zenitsu is 16" can not do math to save their lives.

Nezuko was 12 when she was turned into a demon. And Tanjiro's training took 2 years, and Zenitsu at that time was 14, around Tanjiro's age.

So Nezuko is 14 and Zenitsu is 16.

A 2 year age difference. That is not bad, that is somewhat normal.

But when people draw/write about ZenitsuxTengen (Who is 23 years old, making it a 7 year age gap.) and TanjiroxGiyuu (Who is 21 years old, making it a 6 year age gap.) no one bats a goddamn eye.

Probably Royai. FullMetal Alchemist was my first anime I watched on TV and I immediately fell in love with relationships between Riza and Roy. I used to fantasize about them all the time. I still do love them.

Definitely EnjiRei. I think about them and their family all the time. That's just what I do when I ship - I maladaptive daydream. What I like about them is ice and fire aesthetics is how fucked up everything is but Rei still somehow can forgive him or at least try to? He somehow remember her favourite things? I want to know more about them. Like, how exactly Enji found her? What happened to Touya?

Tropes, tropes... I like what is called "unsexy erotica" by some author on ao3. Like, when characters are processing their feelings and it's the end it's not really sexy though it still somehow amazes me. It's not really a trope though, I saw only one fanfic with that.

I love redemption arcs made well, bad people turning good and having the love no one ever gave them before (duh)

Definitely soulmates au, it makes me cringe somehow. Or is it not a trope? Whatever

Have fun yourself and don't ruin it for others. You are free to block anyone and anything, it doesn't make you a bad person. And also try to think critically about views shared on social networks, like, not everything in true.

I'll also add here about media affecting reality: aS A fuTuRE PSyChoLoGisT I can say that YES, THEY DO AFFECT EACH OTHER. But often Internet can't get all the nuances and ends up censoring everything. In university we had an assignment where we analyzed modern media. And TV news collected around 30 media risks meaning that materials can affect (usually child's) brain in negative way. What now, are we supposed to not show violence and war? "Destroy everything that can traumatize a child" is a bad solution because of many reasons. Kids are not supposed to read 18+ content, kids are not supposed to spend time on Internet without parental control, kids are not supposed to watch a lot of stuff without an adult's presence. But they do and it's not fault of people who create 18+ / "problematic" content.

Yes, I do, if it's not self-insert OC, you know? I have some myself but usually not for shipping
