Derek shoved him into a wall and smacked his head on a steering wheel in retaliation for objectifying him. Derek has also saved Stiles many times, and Stiles saved him many times. Even back when Stiles supposedly hated Derek in early season 1, he couldn't let him die. Stiles Stilinski and Derek Hale care for each other, and there's plenty of evidence to prove it.
