it almost feels he has some resentment that jarry become so popular, bk imo has tried to push 2 of ste pairings as otp in mchay and starry but people resented mchay because of stendan and mcdean and people wanted jarry with starry, i mean he barely gave jarry a chance if announced to kill harry off to parry in march that means they only been together for 2 months which show clearly not give af about jarry fans maybe resents they become so popuar like ugh last starry scene felt like a f u

I completely agree he should’ve been happy that people loved a ship so much and that he had a dedicated fanbase but he treated us like trash. We were willing to stick through so much crap and then for him to kill Harry like this was just the icing on the cake. It’s like he only wants KR to be the main in his most popular ship but like he and Harry just didn’t work. It was constantly all about Ste and Harry had to change himself in order to make Ste happy. The barely gave Parry any warning and I don’t care what BS bk tries to pull by saying it was Parrys choice. It really doesn’t feel like he wanted to leave and even if he did I doubt it was a permanent thing.

I really disliked McHay mostly because it happened soon after Doug died if I remember correctly and Doug was one of my all-time favorite characters. Also, the fact that they destroyed McDean which was one of the most popular ships really didn’t help them, I wish they had just left things the way they were. 

As I’ve said before Stedan wasn’t my ship and I’ve never really seen much of there storyline and I can safely say I don’t ship them but I know they were/are a really popular ship so for BK to try to recreate that by pushing Ste with other people didn’t work.

Idk what broke my heart more. Watching John Paul risk his life trying to save Ste, who he thought was in the boot of the car or James heartbroken face when he realised Ste was the one John Paul truly loved. Or maybe, it’s the part where Ste proposes (lol jk jk jk) to Harry and John Paul’s heart literally shatters in to a million pieces for like the billionth time on Hollyoaks.

Sorry if this has been asked before! But when did you start watching Hollyoaks?

I don’t even know, I don’t remember watching it full time until April 2016 (Jarry 1.0) but I know this will come as a shock, but I kind of used to watch St/rry when they first started out (beginning until like through pride kiss reveal?) and I watched McHay too-ish (haha, I felt bad for them since the HO tag at the time was all anti-McHay?? HAHA, and I don’t hate them as a couple since multiply two negatives and get a positive amirite), and McDean (sort of ish, not fully but I liked them??)... bu yeaah!

Lol at all the Starry fans putting all starry moments from friday nights E4 episode. Like where Ste was smiling lovingly at John paul when Harry comes bouncing over and kisses ste on the cheek (which obviously made him feel uncomfortable) before he immaturely announced that they were having a divorce party (i mean who even thinks of that?) And Ste clearly wasn’t happy with that. Then the next scene together shows them arguing, but what are they arguing about? Oh yeah, Ste putting his children first (obviously) even though Ste has said many times before to friends family whatever “Harry knows that the kids come first” they are arguing about Ste putting the kids first. “Whether it’s john paul or the kids , i always come last” (real supportive Harry). Oh and what was that last scene? Oh yeah John Paul and Ste having sex whilst harry desperately calls him. You can come up with all this shit ‘like Harry loves ste and supports him’ 'john paul is leaving and my otp are staying together so i don’t care’ but you and i both know that Harry will never be a father to the kids (not like John Paul can) as Harry is still like a kid himself. Also if this wasn’t a soap and it was in fact real life, Ste would leave Harry for John Paul in a heart beat. The only reason they are keeping them together is because James Sutton (John Paul) is leaving so there isn’t much point breaking them up. P.s did you also see the jealous look that Ste gave James and John Paul when he saw them holding hands and found out they were engaged. (Also wasn’t it John Paul that decided they should stay friends on a previous hollyoaks episode, Ste was ready to end it with Harry when John Paul turned up with divorce papers. ) yeah Ste said to scott that he loved Harry and he probably does but nowhere near as much as he loves John Paul and that’s the truth.
