"So there's this homemade candle stall at the farmer's market and every year they do limited runs of different fall scents and I'm obssessed with them. There's one called 'sweater weather' and it's fucking awesome. I have no idea what's in it, but it always makes my apartment smell sooo delicious And then there's the classic gingerbread of course, the two of them are probably my favourites. But I love all of them. You should totally swing the stand if you get the chance!"

🍂 - What is your personal favorite fall tradition?

"Damn, okay, this one's a bit hard. I love so much about fall? I think my absolute favorite though has to be the first scary movie marathon of the season! It's a big ol' movie night and I invite my friends over and we just have a bunch of junk food and play pranks on each other while we watch scary movies. It's a blast and I look forward to it every year!"

🌽 - Have you ever gotten lost in a corn maze?

"I have, yes. In fact... It's sort of a funny story. I went to Leonard Katz's Summerween with my family and, while Eli was having some one-on-one time with the girls, I decided to check out the corn maze and see how difficult it was. I was maybe lost for... all of five minutes when I collided with Jack and sprained my wrist. Now, he says it was an accident; I say that it was intentional, all because we can't agree on what's the better outdoor plant: bougainvillea or wisteria. For the record, it's absolutely bougainvillea."

What are you most thankful for?

probably my friends, which sounds like a cop-out. but they've helped me a lot during the years. i've gotten a lot more confident and sure of myself with them by my side. i'm very lucky to have such a great family.

“yes! it's not easy to decorate the outside since i live in an apartment, but i always decorate my door and the inside of our flat. i share with ruby now. i hope they can help me attach fake cobwebs to the ceiling without me needing to stack three chairs on top of each other.” @ophaeliacs

🔥 - do you enjoy camping? if so, what is your fondest memory from a particular camping trip?

“absolutely not. i can't think of anything worse. it's cold, and wet, and you can't have hot chocolates. it's windy and uncomfortable and you have to go to the toilet up against a tree. i camped once with my siblings in the garden, but i came inside after forty-five minutes.”

🌽 - Have you ever gotten lost in a corn maze?

"Yeah. Not really my proudest moment. They set up one in town earlier in the fall and I figured it might be alright to check it out, couldn't be that hard, right? I was wrong. Ended up getting freaked out and making a break for it, like I was in some kinda horror movie. Won't be doing that again."

"They're okay, I guess. They wouldn't be my go-to choice. I like the classics, like Nightmare on Elm Street and Scream. Used to watch them with my friends when we were kids, so that's probably down to nostalgia. Honestly, I'm more of a rom-com guy. Anything with Sandy Bullock or Meg Ryan. They never get old."

nothing, really. i usually order the same coffee i always do. i'm not too picky as long as pumpkin spice stay the hell away from me.

i've only been once as a child and i didn't enjoy it.

🍂 - What is your personal favorite fall tradition?

"Along with decorating the sanctuary and farm, I love dressing up Iria, Dulce, Bruna, and Philip in Halloween costumes so that I can take them to the hospital for the residents to see. All four of them love it so much and just get to be showered in so much love. I started the tradition after I returned home two years ago, and people at the hospital love it. It's brightened up so many people's days and I feel honoured to be able to do that."

🏚️ - Do you enjoy haunted houses / hayrides?

"Phantom Manor is like one of my favorite places to go during spooky season. The scare actors are so good. I auditioned to be one once, but they said I wasn't scary enough. I kept breaking character. It's really hard not to laugh in those situations, okay?! And I love hayrides. They're the perfect chill fall activity. I mean, how often do you get a chance to do that kinda thing, right? I wish it wasn't such a pain to get all the hay off my sweaters though."

"There's so much I am grateful for... My parents, Nana Mae, Ethan... Since opening Latte Love last year things have been crazy but it's still here standing despite what some people have attempted... And, of course, I'm so thankful for reconnecting with some old friends with year."

at one point i did but don't see the biggest point in watching a lot of movies these days. sometimes i do, but it usually just gives me a headache because i'm squinting too hard.

Hello, Blue Harbor! The fall season is fully underway, and with it, we've decided to put together a very highly requested event for all of you to participate in: A THEMED ASK MEME WEEKEND. The overarching goal is to give everyone the opportunity to explore different facets of your characters that you may not have been given the chance to develop before, as well as foster even more inclusivity between players, all while embracing the autumn spirit! Please continue to read this post in its entirety for details on event length and how exactly to participate, plus keep an eye out for a later update in the Discord signaling the event's official start.

Event Length: Friday, October 11th - Monday, October 14th.

Start Time: 12pm ( EST ), 5pm ( GMT ).

How to Participate: In the #memes channel in the OOC Discord, please make one message compiling all of the links to your participating characters' askboxes ( do NOT reblog this post to signal participation ). Send at least one meme to every mun that's participating from our selected list of memes below the cut, although the more sent the merrier! A general rule of thumb is that if you receive a meme to answer, forward the love and send another out to someone else. Please refrain from sending unrelated memes of your own to others ( but you are more than welcome to forward any additional lists you find to the main and we may consider it for our next installment of this event ), and please refrain from sending memes to the same handful of people / characters. Branch out! You may choose to answer these memes IC, as if the character was answering for themselves, or OOC, as if you are answering for them — whichever is easiest for you.

Please Note: Answers to ask memes do not count towards activity. Participation of this event is voluntary, meaning that you do not have to post your askboxes at all if you don't want to, or with every character that you have if you do not wish to answer questions for every one.
