anyone have any drawing tutorials who ppl who kinda suck at everything?? like idk, anything for drawing basic anatomy such as the face and the ways it can vary? also poses. these two r what i struggle with most. i can copy from reference but have no damn clue how to freestyle and i always give up quickly when my sketch looks like ASS.

things are even dire enough that i got off my ass and made some crude commission info sheets:

these prices are estimates and actual amounts are gonna vary depending on the specifics of the commission. i charge more for things outside my usual subject range since they take more research and fussing to get right, while subjects that i'm always drawing for fun (bugs, teeth) are liable to cheaper.

i do all of my sketches digitally MSPaint style and all of my rendered drawings with real ink and watercolors, usually with some digital tweaking or compositing afterwards. traditional art pieces can be mailed to you for the cost of shipping and packaging.

feel free to DM me with both what you'd like drawn and in what style--digital sketch, b&w linework, b&w heavy crosshatching, monochrome inkwash, watercolors, etc, or best of all just link me to a previous drawing of mine in the style closest to what you want. i can take money through paypal or ko-fi, payable after i complete the art and before i send you the full resolution copy.

if there's a queue i'll try to give you an estimate of how long it'll take me to get to your commission. please be patient with me; i have a full time job and a bad case of ADHD. i reserve the right to refuse or rescind a commission for any reason including and especially if the client acts pushy or gives me weird vibes.

if I ran monochrome sketch commissions for icons, with the caveats that...

you get a discount if you commission your elden ring oc and send a reference screenshot

it's skeb style, so you send me the reference material and description, I draw it, and you get it a bit cheaper than usual in exchange for it being a very straightforward process without revisions

would there be interest there? for disclosure's sake, I would be taking these through patreon and would set the price at about $17 USD each, discounted from $27

style would be inky and monochrome, but I wouldn't be against throwing in a highlight colour (glowing eyes, sash of fabric, etc.) for anyone who wants that sort of thing. if you don't know what my art looks like, I post it under #doodles

this has been in wip hell for a GOOD LONG time because i did not know what i wanted to do with this. i have another lineart that was almost finished until i just went NOPE I HATE THIS and did like 5 other sketches. this stayed like half coloured for so long. this is meant to be mostly monochrome as well but then i loved colouring yakumo's hair. but hey im just rambling now.

if you think there is any meaning behind this or a story, the story is that im crazy about these fits and slapped them together.

also if you're wondering why oli is pantless, its because i hate the pants in this card. i've made my peace with the loafers, its his uniform, but the pants are just too hard and blah for this fit i hate.

WHAM! Another MAP part! (Well, half of one at least! I’m a backup artist, so we split this part in half between me and another creator when someone else couldn’t complete it.)

Since the MAP is so close to release, I wanted to knock this out as fast as possible, so I kinda just dissociated for five hours and did this all in one sitting (aside from the sketch which I finished the night before when I was asked to help). The downside to that is that it might be a liiittle obvious that this was rushed? I tried to still make it look good, but I definitely wasn’t as meticulous with the line art as I usually am, so I’m just hoping there aren’t any major mistakes that I haven’t noticed…

Oh! I did try out a new technique though! For the background in the first image, I worked in monochrome and added color afterwards using a color layer! I’ve tried that method before once or twice, but I’m not comfortable with digital painting at all yet, so it never turned out super great, but this time I don’t think it looks half bad! Since I was on a tight schedule, it was nice to not having to think about values, and I think I might consider doing it like this again in the future after a bit more practice.

luna is a blasian transgender disabled person who cannot work and currently has no income. their car is at risk of repossession, is in great need of repairs, and they cannot afford gasoline to get groceries or make "non-essential trips." they are in the negatives.

Commissions for Palestine!

So! I have posted commissions on my side blog but let me do it here again. I will be tagging my main fandoms!

I realized it's not on my sheets because I assumed it would be a given but: will draw your ocs :3

For my art commissions, I will be going like this:

Coloring Style: Monochrome Sketch: $5

Fully Rendered: $10

Lineart: $15

Once you chose the art style you like, I'll be adding to the price based on how you want it drawn.

Portrait: $5

Half Body: $10

Full Body: $20

And if you want to add an extra character in the same piece, that will be half of the price added onto the final total.

So let's say you want it as a fully rendered painting, thats $10, and you want a half body drawing of your character, thats another $10, and if you want to add another character in that canvas, since we have $10+$10=$20, ill be halving 20 and adding it to the price.

So $10+$10+$10= $30 dollars on the final.

For writing comms I'll be doing $5 for every thousand words! We can adjust the price ofc since i may not write evenly in the thousands, but I'll ensure it'll be fair for us all.

I can also do shitty meme redraws for like 5 dollars teehee.

I'll only write for fandoms i know the media well! So ofc MazM but I can do Identity V, Baccano! And whatever has my fancy. We can discuss that in DMs!

I am not financially independent, so as payment I ask that all proceeds go to a palestinian in needs gofundme or towards esims since those seem to be direct ways to help. If a vetted charity is preferred that is alright as well! We will discuss in dms.
