Rashad Basri is a dark-skinned agender person with perpetually-messy wavy black hair that is kept about jaw-length (chin-length during rough patches). They tend to keep a five-o-clock shadow. I've described them before as being a bit on the gaunt side, tall and lean, with an angular face, a hooked nose, and deep set, almost black eyes.
