so i wouldn't call it a dream bc i was kind of dozing off, but i thought about that one Cassandra art with hand coming out and Nightberry and it kind of fused together and made up an issue out of it. brain weird. i literaly just woke up.

like the top intro image was Nightberry with like bloody paws coming out of her mouth, and i dont know what kind of animal that was? really generic, weird mix of canine and feline. and her throat was bulging like something was actualy inside her and trying to get out, it was really disturbing. and the issue started normal, with something super generic, but then she and Cootstorm just started arguing about visions? it turned into a loud shouting match in the middle of the camp, with everyone coming out of woodworks to watch. i remember seeing Mallowstar coming out of the nursery, telling Blacknose to stay inside with kits and there were Plumstripe and Beeface watching (Plum was an embodiment of 🙄 and Bee was kind of 'ooooooooooo!!!!' at the argument). the argument was a garbled mess but it ended up with Nightberry really striking the nerve and Cootstorm actually hitting her with claws out. like, leaving actual bleeding cuts on her face. everyone got like a little panel showcasing their shocked and horrified expression, except Pinepaw who looked like you copy pasted the intro image from the.. uh issue where he tells them about the bones and Nightberry told him about being the storm? forgot which one was that. but instead he was also shocked and the backgroung behind him was a clouded, stormy sky that then was turning red the further down it went, before it turned fully bloody red as it panned onto Cootstorm. she looked angry with her paw still raised, but she then looked down at it and her expression actually turned to horror. Nightberry was also in shock, with Cypressfoot now by her side, licking the wound clean and i. dont know how it exactly ended.

last thing i remember was someone making a comment how 'Cootstorm needs to make amends since she is the only healer after kicking Pinepaw lol'.

again, not sure if it counts as a dream. i was half-quarter awake. but im sending you this anyways bc at least the intro sounds like something that could happen (i mean. the paws coming out of Nightberry's mouth. sounds like a great, true patfw opening)

naka no hito author just reported in twitter there are more chapters and there will be update although its delayed several times hopefully it will be updated soon..

So why not make some crazy theories as there is lots of thoery making elements and scopes for this amazing but underrated manga but literally the manga plot,drawing is soo cool 🫶.

Notes: 🕳️There are 8 main characters centering them the story takes place.

this is a part from the anime we see that this pic contains yuko and akatsuki in the lab. But if we notice, yuzu is also at the back the short haired one. In the anime pic we get a glimpse of their color of clothes where akki's cloth is turquoise and yuko's clothe is pink. Throughout the manga use of these two colors were noticeable not to mention it was used in the most vital places as if it is indicating something . in the one s within color matters in reffering to the characters

But isnt pink like karin's theme color??!!. why is yuko wearing pink???? 💀💀not to mention this was meant to show that yuko and akki are wearing certain colors in that photo and the crazy part is this doesnt end here!

Ayo when i noticed this i kinda thought wasnt a big deal but after rereading the manga upto ch48 i found many unwxplained hints.

But im like serious karin is probabaly the character with the least character development she basically does nothing throughout the manga except for yuzu senaping and crying after brother despite being the main character. Ik yall will say same goes for makino being pretty alid back and thats also true like makino knows something abt the whole situation and if u notice makino and anya both seems to care wayy to much abt akatsuki and is close to him for some reason.

So im thinking that there has to be some plot regarding anya and makino and karin.

Mainly karin cause she is absoloutely laid back the whole series and does nothing even her backgroung isnt anything woth mentioning its as if her brother is more of an important character then herself.which is just not it.

The way karin stands is quite simillar to yuko. And yuko is mostly shown when karin appears.there is more to it but now im tired tell me your thoughts about it..

Slay The Princess in Death Battle (well, kinda)

Some people here may be familiar with Death Battle - animational show where authors make 2 characters from different shows/games/comisc/etc fight to the death, explaining their abilities and characters/backgroung before and the reason for one of the opponents to win after. It's 10th season has ended literally yesterday, it's a greath show if you like this kind of stuff.

So, some time after playing Slay The Princess (and being obsessed with it since) I got back into the DB, and it' all kinda mixed together, and I came up with an idea for a matchup that I now simply can't forget - Hatou Manabu from Qualia the Purple vs Princess from, well, Slay the Princess. It's just so perfect! I even wrote down the reason why:

Connections:

both are girls with powers based on perception and alternative possibilities, archiving some sort of truth at the end

both changes their forms to those from other worlds

both in their base forms are not very high-scale

both on their peak are abstract multiversal beings existing in every moment and place

both have endings where they abandon their multiversal selfies and become mortals to be with their loved ones

both have love as one of their main motivations, ready to hurt the object of their love for the greater good for them

both have death as a major theme of their narratives

Differences:

Hatou changes her forms on choice, while Princess changes based on how others see her

Hatou wants to prevent death, while Princess IS death itself

Hatou is a human who achieved godhood, Princess is god sealed in human form

But I know that those two works of fiction are two niche and they would never get an episode. And so, I remembered a simple principe - "if you want it done right you should just do it yourself".

So now I'm making my own episode. Khem-

And with all titanic depth of my feelings toward Slay The Princess, I shall make this happend, and shall this episode be the best it could, no matter how many time, work and blood it will take, so that I may express my love for our beloved!

So, anyway. Here's the progress for a first week of development:

- I found a person to be a second writer (and potentially second host). By this time we got somewhat of a main idea for how the battle would go, and I've even pitched some ideas for specific scenes.

- After getting some experience with organization of an art-collab I'm hosting at the moment (more like I got hit in a face by reality, but whatever) I decided to take more time in organizing things and making storyboards. It would hopefully make the result less messy, but would take more time because of other stuff I need and want to do.

- On note of music, I have a good friend who could write it, although he could be busy. So there are a few ways: we can use some free music, we can hope that my friend could write music for us, or I could speedrun music theory myself.

Think I will post updates onces in a week or two

Oh, and as bonus - a little sneak peek into some storyboard.

Update: right in a day I was writing this text I foudn out about DLC... it seems curse of Death Battle* has it ways even with fan works * meme in the community, appeared because of how many times after announcement/release of a new episode one of the combatants/series featured in it would get an announcement of new content that could change the results
