My take on this ABSOLUTELY AWESOME art by @quazies (on Instagram)!!! I just found this ring at a second hand shop and was tryin to figure out a cool shot and then my buddy tagged me in this and it is beyond stellar. Struck by the inspo I took off to the Shattercave lol. My figure doesn't have the articulation to match the pose exactly and there are so many cool Easter eggs in the background that I wish I could have replicated but this is what I got!

It was a tough audition because Anguiras was the director with final say over the casting.

Anguiras getting his head sawed in two, and then being better again 5 minutes later shows Godzilla’s not the only one with super healing.

Exactly!

In terms of “role in the fight,” Anguirus is closer to Piccolo than Krillin - he’s not gonna take down the Big Bad, but he’s gonna hold the fuckin’ line till Godzilla/Goku shows up.
