When a soul falls down to hell no one takes notice of it. You were lowkey thankful for it, your clothes the same ones as the one you had died were dity with mud and blood. Your white shirt was ruined, your black coat had holes on it.

Thats a magnificent disaster

You never expected you would be stabed in the back by one coworker, and that would be the cause of your death. But your greed was big and so was theirs so you were sure you were going to meet them down here soon.

As impressive as this was you were not under panic, maybe having to watch your back 24/7 when you were alive had helped to it.

In that dark alley you stood considering your choices when a small creature with horns appear, it showed a knife at you and jumped.

You moved your head to the side "is this a demon?" You wondered swiftly avoiding its attack. Then like instinct you raised your arm, your fingers like a gun, pointing at the demon.

"Bam" you whispered and soon the chest of the demon exploted. You looked at your fingers then at the corpse a few meters away a sadistic smile forming.

"I wonder what more I can do"

In no time you got a name for yourself, The Control Demon. A Demon who could force others to make contracts with them, a demon who could use the power of the demons who they had a contract with.

Manipulation was your middle name. Overlords respected you and some feared you.

Carmilla was always wary around you, knowing your power. Her angel weapons were in reach whenever you attended a meeting. She could see behind that fake smile and eyes.

Zestial was amazed by your power. He knew he was strong and heavens you were stronger. He would start conversations with you only to try and get on your good side.

Rosie loved you, she knew you could put all the cannibal town against her but that was just amazing in her eyes, not to say, you using other overlord powers was something to enjoy.

Something she got to know was that you could force a sinner to say a name and by moving your hand that one named would explote.

Alastor was...well he was interested. He wanted to know if you could get him out of his own contact but then again for that he would have to confess that he had a leash on. Something he did not want to do at all.

When Charlie first meet you she was...scared. Listening to your name being told and the stories....but she was sure something good was in everybody so of course she opened her hotel doors for you. Even if you were only there to see the place.

Vaggie straight up hated you. If Alastor was a pest then you were worse. She did not want nothing to do with you. But she also knew she was no competition against you. Specially after seeing your spiral eyes as you moved away her weapon.

"Please, at least learn how to proper use it, angel"

Lucifer was charmed!!

Yes the king of hell fell for your sweet words and compliments like a young fella.

"Your majesty its a pleassure to meet the one who rules in here" You said bowing towards the short king who was suprised by your polite self.

You ended showing him the place after Alastor killed the other sinners and told him sweet nothings about hell and him. How you always have wanted to meet him (no). And he ate all up.

That night Lucifer ended on his bed blushing hard thinking about you.

Vox had tried to follow you only to end with a panic attack as he saw your spiral eyes staring back at him from one monitor.

"Its not polite to spy you know"

Chainsaw Man chap 162!!

Okay okay the info dropped this chapter is so good!! First, lemme say let Denji be in total control of his body 2024

First!!! Nail trying to appeal to Quanxi is fantastic. Loved that he tried to distract her/check if she would let him live.

Also also! I think he was protecting the kids from her!! We know he doesn’t want them involved in violence, from back in his introductory chapter. It’s fascinating to see we are getting another reasonable/functional fiend, similar to Quanxi’s girls, Beam, Violence and of course Power.

Also, not sure if Katana Man tried to run away, or if he attacked. I think he attacked because he knows he can’t die, so why would he run? Plus, he wants his chance to fight Chainsaw Man, and if he runs, he loses that chance.

Next!! The bit about Quanxi’s girls! Okay this is one of the best bits of info we could have received!

I think Public Safety is either lying about having the bodies (least likely) or would have kept the bodies anyway and is just using that to keep Quanxi in line. But but!! Since this Devil detention center is specifically for doing all kinds of things to the devils/fiends, that could mean that they have the rest of the devils and fiends bodies from part 1. A lot of us have thought this was a possibility for a while, but it feels like this is the confirmation.

Which could mean! The Gun fiend (only Gun, not Aki) reappearing is a terrifying possibility. There is absolutely no way PS just let Aki’s body be cremated, not when he was a dead (but possibly revivable) Gun fiend that they could study/use. And with Aki’s consciousness completely gone, Gun could be used as a mostly controlled weapon. Back in part 1, a bit of Power was still alive inside Denji, and that was enough that with eating a part of Pochita, she was able to come back in her devil form. I feel like this means something for differences in devil bodies and fiend bodies. Like, Makima had her whole contract regarding her deaths, but if she was so powerful, why would she need it? And same with Angel - he was far more powerful than we even knew, so why was he so easily killed (and still we don’t know for certain why he couldn’t reattach/grow his arms back).

Last thing that was interesting/worth noting, the Kishibe mention!!

I’ve seen some mention that it could be Kobeni or even someone else, but I think it is mostly likely Kishibe. It sounds like something he would say. Reze is another possibility, since they were both under Makima’s control at the same time and might have spent a lot of time together. But, because of the wording, I definitely believe it’s Kishibe.

This was such a great chapter. We got some fascinating crumbs of info, we have Quanxi giving us some emotion/agency upon seeing Denji (which greatly increases the chances of everyone living), we got a Kishibe mention, Quanxi’s girls mentioned, and now the two week devil is back. Can’t wait for the next chapter ahhhhhhhhh.

[Csm oc] Cherry

Back at it again with another lore rundown, this time for my boy Cherry! It's shorter than the girl's one but took a while to post because this man was quite challenging to edit in manga style. Before reading i recommend reading through this post, if you haven't already, since there i go into detail on how his powers work

Katana man arc

-Cherry is seen fighting zombies alongside the other fiends and devils of the 4th division. He's telling jokes to the zombies, a hoard of them charges towards him but before he even gets to the punchline their bodies crumble into piles of rotting flesh on the floor. Cherry laughs at his own joke while asking the zombies if they get it, he kicks one of their heads away which lands on Angel's shoe.

Bomb girl arc

-Makima assigns Cherry and Beam as Denji's temporary partners, as Power needs to get her blood drained. while Beam jumps to hug him Cherry stands behind Makima adjusting his tie, he wants to make a good first impression. It's only after Denji knocks Beam on the floor that Cherry approaches him, extending his hand towards his hero.

-When Beam goes to hug Denji again, Cherry does the same, nodding his head at Beam's words that Master chainsaw's orders are absolute.

-As Denji walks on the street the next day followed by the two. When it starts raining Cherry runs around after Denji as he looks for cover before leaning against him and using his arms to try sheltering Denji from the rain, Denji hits his chest with his elbow and yells at Cherry to back off.

-He then calls Cherry and Beam assholes and tells them to stop running around and be quiet otherwise they won't be able to walk around these streets anymore, Cherry nods and proceeds to hide in an alley while Beam goes underground using his powers.

-Later when Reze transforms and launches herself towards Beam and Denji, Cherry intercepts her by charging towards her and punching Reze square in the face while shouting her name, Reze gets knocked back to where she was before. Cherry goes to deal with her while Beam and Denji escape from the area.

-Cherry tries to keep a distance and avoid Reze's attacks while continuing to talk to her. He talks about school and how he doesn't see a point in attending one as a devil, he asks Reze if she likes school, what subjects she thinks are the hardest, what she would like to have for school lunch and how he wouldn't settle for anything less than torikatsu.

-While Reze does get affected by Cherry's power, shown by her weakened powers, reduced speed and skin becoming wrinkled, she simply triggers a full body explosion near him which not only reverts her body to its original state but also launches Cherry all the way down the hill.

-Three private hunters spot Cherry laying on the street, they approach him only for Reze to jump in, landing on Cherry's abdomen making the devil contort in pain.

-The trio reports the situation on a walkie talkie before Reze triggers another explosion which kills all the hunters and leaves Cherry far too injured and exhausted to follow her. He crawls towards the burnt remains of the hunters and feeds off their corpses to slowly regain a bit of strength.

International assassins arc

-Cherry, Beam and Prince were with Makima dealing with some of Santa's dolls in a building, she orders the boys to go help Denji and the two proceed to head to the department store to do so.

-When they arrive at the scene Beam pushes Long away from Denji and Cherry starts attacking her while the two begin making their way out of the building.

-Cherry throws kicks and punches at Long while asking her if she's been enjoying the trip to japan, Pingtsi frees herself from Power's grasp and uses her ability to analyze Cherry, She joins the fight telling Long that they need to cover up their ears as Cherry's powers only work if you can hear him clearly.

-Seeing as the girls have their ears covered, Cherry starts speaking louder while attacking more viciously. He asks them what places have they visited on the trip so far, if they've been to any good restaurants, if the hotel they're staying at is a good one, saying that the best hotels out there are the ones with room service.

-Cherry gets his arms removed by the Darkness devil, unlike the others, He expresses no reaction to that.

-Their fight is interrupted by Santa sending everyone in the building to hell via her contract with the Hell devil. Upon their arrival, Cherry stands up effortlessly and looks towards the horizon, standing completely still as his glowing eyes slowly disappear within the darkness of his skull. The look of someone who knows the end of this cycle draws near.

-Cherry and Beam give Denji their blood, he then positions himself behind Denji and pushes him to be in a sitting position as Beam pulls on his chainsaw cord. The Darkness devil sees this and slices both of them into pieces. Cherry's severed head lands near Beam's, their foreheads gently touching.

Gun devil arc

-Aki says that Cherry is dead as he lists the fates of the people who were involved in the last mission to Denji.

Control devil arc

-Cherry's body is seen in the corridor alongside all the other deceased fiends and devils from public safety, kneeling between Beam and Seraphim.

Feeling sick and very bored tonight so I decided to have some fun with Select Smart's "Which character are you" quizzes and the results were very interesting. Did a few anime ones:

Jujutsu Kaisen

I feel like this one is actually very on point? Especially for Geto and Junpei, they are the JJK characters I relate to the most. I haven't seen much of Kiyotaka so I can't really say much about him.

The only character that came as 0% was actually Itadori, so interesting. xD

Attack On Titan

This one was such a surprise to me, I mean, I know I have some things in common with Ymir, but 100% was a very big surprise, of course these tests are just for fun but still wasn't expecting Ymir there. xD

I remember Annie to be the first character I felt some connection with, I can indeed relate to her a lot if I stop to think about it. Now, Floch...I feel a bit offended here, not gonna lie. :'D I can't see where we are alike...at all.

Berth, Mikasa and Eren were the only ones at 0%.

Naruto

Not surprised at all, I always felt a very deep connection with Shikamaru, we have a lot in common (well, machism is not one of them but let's forget about that :'D).

As for Sasuke...I always knew that we were very much alike, I just never wanted to accept it because back then I really really disliked the guy and only a decade and a half later I came to understand his character and why he was and acted the way he does, now I can say I enjoy his character.

0% on Naruto...I can agree with this one. xD

Demon Slayer

I don't think I've ever talked about this anime here, it's not one of my favorites but it is one of the animes I've been following so I decided to give it a try.

I haven't read the manga so all I know is what has been shown in the anime so far... from what we've seen already I am guessing I have a lot in common with Obanai, yes.

I also felt a very strong connection with Gyutaro, mostly because of his backstory, to which I can relate a lot as well.

Apparently I have 0% similiarities with Inosuke which may be why he gets on my nerves so much. xD

Chainsaw Man

I don't know much about the Angel Devil yet so I can't really tell much about this one, however, I can totally see why Kobeni is second...as for Makima...🚩☠️ I guess?

0% for Power this time, I can see why.

Bleach

I haven't finished Bleach yet but why not? LMAO

Not much to say about this one, I don't see the similarities this time, at all. xD

0% for Unohana Retsu for this one.

Tried a few One Piece ones but the questions were just meh so I gave up. :(
