#my art#angels#angel headstones are a little hard to find & often broken or fallen over#(dramatically & symbolically i guess)#anyways this cemetery (first five pictures) is a really cool much older one probably one of the oldest in the city#& there are these big old yew trees everywhere & huge headstones toppled over#the oldest person in it was born in 1787. 237 years ago. which is before aotearoa was colony-claimed#her momunet would've been like... four metres tall? but it was on the ground in two peices#but even the base was taller than i was#she was scottish#i could probably edit these to make them look bette rbut i always end up messing around with the colours too much
