Second day of Andrealphus Week!

Part 1/5 - Forget me not

New Fic Alert!!

My goal for this is to be a platonic/ marriage of convenience Vassago X femGoetia!Reader.

I do eventually plan to lead this to a romantic Lucifer x femGoetia!Reader down the line and to catch up to the more recent events of both shows, but for at least the first 3 parts, it's going to be alot of world building. I am going to write different characters in different scenarios with the reader to show how they are connected.

I do want to lay out some foundational stepping stones tho;

Stella, Reader, Vassago, and Stolas are all the same age. Andrealphus is 2 years older than the gang. (Any time I reference 'the gang' it's more than likely going to be Stella, Stolas, Vassago, and the Reader.)

Stella and Andre's parents aren't the best. Let's just say, Andre pretty much ended up raising Stella himself, which is going to explain alot of her and his flaws down the line.

Reader's father is a Duke of the Ars Goetia (though, which Duke will remain a secret for now. I'll leave hints here and there. First person to guess correctly, gets a prize.)

Reader's mother married into the nobility. If you want to know more about the parents' story, I can write more of it down, but it's kinda just established that they are a Duke and a Dutchess by marriage.

We are a bird. I wanted to leave the specific type of bird up to the reader, so there are mentions of having feathers, swaking, talons. (Yknow, bird things.) If everybody reading does have a strong feeling on which bird the Reader should be, I can work it in if we all agree!

Finally, the biggest stepping stone of them all, The Event. I haven't coined a name for said event I vibe with enough, so I am leaving this open to change in the beginning.

But the TLDR of The Event is that it's a big social event for Hell's noble children about to and just recently become of age to accept their responsibilities. Everybody who is anybody in Hell's upper circle will be there. From appointed knights of Hell to the Morningstar family.

At this Event, two Demons, a male and a female, are chosen to be crowned in their own right. Lilith and Luicfer choose. Nobody knows exactly what the criteria to be chosen is. They just are chosen, and rewarded heavily for it.

Stella 1000% believes she will be crowned. Andre has been raising her to be the snobbiest, most proper noble lady of the demons coming of age this year.

Spoiler alert, though I'm sure this was obvious, the Reader is crowned instead.

That's as much was I want to give away about The Event as I do want to have some actual surprises in the chaper about it.

While I do have a pretty good idea of where I want to take this story, I am always wanting to hear feedback and to see what everybody else thinks is going to happen!

This is what I have mapped out as of now for this adventure.

I also probably will post all of the Fic together on Wattpad just for convenience. But I won't do that until it's all completed.

I also came up with a “gun to your head” style scenario for this tournament if that makes the voting process easier for people that want to vote but aren’t really romantically attracted to any of the characters.

SCENARIO:

You have an unpayable debt to a higher power. The only way the debt can be forgiven is if you marry one of the listed competitors for at least 1 year. The debt you've accrued has made you unkillable, even by your own hand. Pick whoever you'd be able to tolerate for that length of time. You can choose to either divorce or continue the marriage once the year is over, but your unkillable status disappears after the 1st year as your debt has been written off.
