Inspiration (1 of 10 in no particular order)

From time to time, I think it’s important to take stock of where you are. Lots of stuff has been happening that I will share when I can but in the meantime, I need to give credit to some of the people of have influenced me.

First up, we have Svante Nybyggars AKA. The Urban Hippie who is based in Malmo in Sweden. He’s an older guy who has a great way of combining workwear pieces. As an older guy myself, I find this inspiring and it shows that age is no barrier to looking great. It was through his feed that I found out about the @andersenandersen_dk turtleneck that both of us are wearing the pictures. What is great about his feed is that he not only showcases himself but also highlights very interesting workwear shops and people in the places he visits. He also happens to be a really nice guy.

I’ve taken inspiration from his picture but had to guess the footwear. I figured that the Indy boots fit in pretty well with the whole workwear vibe so I went with them. The corduroy jacket is an Engineered Garments Bedford jacket. I have the matching vest and trousers and they work as a three piece corduroy suit but they each work equally well on their own.
