Hi, so I was scrolling through the indie Blaine Anderson tags and I am trying to find someone willing to play Blaine against my Marley for an Anderose rp. Would you be willing?

Well, since Blaine is gay, I wouldn't be willing to do anything shippy, but I'd still be willing to rp!

LIMA, OHIO: A TOWN DIVIDED

It’s 2016, a time when discrimination is frowned upon, and segregation is meant to be a thing of the past, yet Lima, Ohio stands out among the masses and remains divided. Not a single Lima native can remember a time before this; a time before the Greasers – the poor, lower class families – of the South were pitted against the Socials – the wealthier, high-class families – of the North. An unfortunate “tradition” passed down throughout generations, with no amount of change ever proving capable of ridding the town of its divide. Bouts of violence and bigotry have become part of the norm when both sides cross paths.

However, Mayor Smythe – whose loyalty lies with the Socials – intends to try to make the city a “safer, more respectable place.” But at what cost? His views and propositions are against all that is the Greasers. If the Greasers don’t stand their ground and stick up for what they believe, their numbers are sure to begin dwindling, the tight-knit family that they had created with one another bound to be torn apart.

But, now, the tension between the Greasers and Socials is higher than ever, especially among their youth. Interacting with one another on a daily basis has proved to only heighten the animosity. Both sides are only attempting to survive and fight for their own beliefs, no matter how violent the outcome may be.

A Night To Remember

When Ava was invited out that night by her friends, she didn’t think anything of it. It was just another Thursday night after classes and shifts ended, a night to blow off some steam and get a few drinks and enjoy themselves for a few hours-- even if it did take some convincing on her part to go out. Ava was already knee-deep in schoolwork ad job hunting despite the semester just starting a few weeks ago, so really, she should just stay home and study, but her friends were having none of it. So once she caved (and had her closet raided by her friends so they could pick her outfit: a short little black skirt paired with a v-neck long sleeved white top and knee-high black boots) they were off.

She couldn’t even get away with only having one drink, because before she even finished it, another was being ordered for her and thrust into her hand, this one stronger than the last. She wrinkled her nose as the alcohol burned down her throat, hardly masked by the sweetness of the juice it’d been mixed with, but she endured it because, well, her friends were happy, and she genuinely did enjoy spending time with them. It was when they left her alone at the bar to go dance that it happened.

Someone ‘accidentally’ bumped into her, making her drink splash down the front of her blouse, effectively ruining it...and making it somewhat see-through. Before she could run off to the bathroom- or even outside to just go home- the man who knocked into her was there, closer than before. He had his hand on her arm then, his body pressing to hers, close enough that she could smell the alcohol on his breath and close enough that she was boxed in against the bar, making it basically impossible to escape or fight him off. “Let me get you out of here and out of that shirt, gorgeous..”

Born on June 2nd and is currently 16 years old.

Son to famous actor and producer Jason Anderson, Blaine got a lot of attention all the time. Aside from his father, he was also a tennis star and for his Freshman year of high school, he had been attending a boarding school before ending up as West Bev. Along with tennis, he’s also on the surf team. He’s also known as a ladies man, although lately he’s been questioning everything about his sexuality or maybe deep down he always knew that he was gay. Nevertheless, he was definitely still in the closet and never really planned on coming out.

CONNECT THE DOTS.

✓ KURT HUMMEL has been Blaine’s secret hook-up buddy for the last few months. Since Kurt has been out for a while now, he’s been pressuring Blaine to come out as well and it causes them to fight often. It’s even to the point where he’s mean to him in public as a way to assert himself as not being gay.

✓ MARLEY ROSE was the first girl that Blaine actually really dated. Before her it was all just about hook-ups. His father tried to pay Marley off from dating him, because it was distracting him from playing tennis, but it didn’t work. They still split ways a few months ago because Marley could never find herself fully trusting a former player.

✓ TINA COHEN-CHANG and Blaine have always been really close, though it was hard for Tina to pretend she didn’t always have a crush on him. It was hard for Tina to watch him hook up with all these different girls, yet never hooked up with her. She recently voiced her feelings on that and the pair of friends haven’t been the same since. Which was hard on Blaine since right now he needed her as his friend more than anything.

COOPER ANDERSON NEEDED FOR POSSIBLE ANDEROSE

There was a time when Cooper wasn’t the Golden Boy of the Anderson family. When the twins were born, the attention he had enjoyed as an only child was utterly gone and it drove him crazy. He became a ham and charmer, always in need of attention and approval. His mother noticed the popularity he was gaining at school and was very proud of him. She boasted of his success to his father and he was similarly congratulated. From then on, Cooper knew he had the spotlight and refused to let it go. When he was old enough, he decided to move out to L.A. and take his shot at stardom, but they weren’t so impressed by a dazzling smile and a roguish wink out in California. His handsome face and easy manner were considered a-dime-a-dozen there. Cooper was completely disillusioned. He buried his disappointment in drugs, alcohol, and sex, telling himself that all the experience would enrich his performances. However, try as he might, he couldn’t land more than a few short-lived commercials. Though he refuses to stop believing he will one day be an international star, Cooper’s priorities have changed recently. He learned Blaine was kicked out of the house for kissing a boy and that their brother Evan left along with him. Cooper hated to think of his two little brothers struggling on their own, so he decided to contact them and offer to help and try to patch up their relationship. It took him a while to learn where they were living, but now he has tracked them down to New York City. He is hoping that, with a little effort and a lot of smooth-talking, he can win over Evan and help look after Blaine.
