Help, I can’t stop creating characters that I will more than likely never use.
#dr. elena martinez#something with an E feels right. maybe Elena?#but she got scooped up at the same camp Sarah ended up in#and she’s TECHNICALLY not a surgeon-surgeon#but she was going to start her residency soon and the world is ending so fuck yeah she’s a Surgery Resident#she didn’t spend all that time in med school and her internship to not make it just because of a horrible plague turning people into zombies#she volunteered herself at the NERO camp when they were looking for doctors#I sort of want her to be on the team that actually spent six hours working on Sarah so she can bring it up when she needs favors#she was airlifted into the military camp that the DCM eventually took over#and went IDEGAF who you people are I’m here to save lives now get out of my way#did I think that a militia with only one doctor felt weird and wanted to give Jimenez someone to rotate shifts with so he could sleep? MAYBE#I mean you might not find surgeons wandering out in the wilderness but you could TRAIN PEOPLE#she’s grumpy but patient and a great instructor so there’s a small army of field medics under her tutelage#mostly because she would ALSO like to sleep some time between hers and Doc J’s rounds
