i made my first cheesecake
#quite pleased given i didn’t actually use the measurements in the recipe cos I didn’t have enough cream cheese#(‘‘twas on a budget and budget did not allow for more than 5 packs of cream cheese from trip to Tesco number 2)#so i had to work almost everything out by ratios#I BECAME THE PERSON IN THE MATHS PROBLEMS#I AM THE PROBLEM#also I don’t know where the food processor went or how to use it so I used some blackcurrant jam my mum made a while ago#and used that instead of ✨strawberry purée ✨#so yah#deception#also I have too much leftover berries help I’m scared they’re gonna go off#cheesecake#cooking
