Failed so bad at frying chicken tonight that I desperately made chocolate covered peanut butter crackers so I could have 1 (one) culinary win to stave off the Bad Cooking Depression.
#cooking stuff#lesson learned: i dont like chicken brined in pickle juice that much#at least not the way i did it#next time just use buttermilk#also my stove sucks for deep frying#sadness#at least the mashed tatoes and the honey roasted carrots were good#every time i suck at cooking or chopping or anything in the kitchen#my first thought is 'my oc would be so disappointed in me'#and tonight...boy howdy hed be disappointed in me
