Let's say the calm they were feeling while talking about this is completely shattered now. I think RV!Charles will be the first one to figure out what's happening, because "of course, why would you be in Wrath?" but they both feel too shocked to talk about this now, so they'll go to their respective partners.

It's a sad thing, since they thought they knew someone who had gone through the same thing. But also, hey, maybe their Hell was not as bad? maybe this can be good?

Edwin will decide that they need all the information, so he'll get his notebook and show RV!Charles the map of Hell. I imagine maybe Edwin saw the train a few times, but he had no idea what was happening there.

And they will talk. Perhaps Charles and RV!Edwin will be there, to offer support, not talking but just... you know, there. And they can all learn that no part of Hell is kinder than the other, they're just different.
