Kazu is getting a soft lad with a Pixar mom dump truck ass who is quiet and comes off as a lil bit shy but once he's comfortable very much is capable of being a Soft Dom with a keen focus on positive reinforcement over punishment (tho he will definitely consider it if his partner likes it <3)

had some nice little sleepy images of him calling Kazu a good boy while he rides him, promising him rewards if he behaves well during play, and capitalizing on how soft and cozy his body is compared to all that solid muscle if you catch my drift <3

Cutie Reviews: Yume Twins Oct 18

This month, the magazine features an article on Nyanpire, and this is the months Yume Prize:

Nyanpire Clear File

Besides Hello Kitty, Nyanpire is another asian kitty I’ve always been crazy over; and who better to celebrate Halloween with? Especially when you have 3 cute designs!

I never really have much to say about clear files (and now is no exception) but I love how decorative it is, and I like the idea of of having one that suits the holiday, so if you did use these you could swap out another one for it if you wanted.

Like the file I previously reviewed- this one is pretty bent from being shoved into a box. But as I’ve noticed the last one has straightened up nicely and I’m pretty sure this one will too. Although out of the 3 I think this one was the worst in terms of out of box shape.

I initially didn’t plan on rating this as I didn’t have very much to say about it. But as I mentioned above, I feel like the out of box plays an important factor on these files. Maybe I’m just being nitpicky but I don’t really like the idea of using it while it’s so bent. It can be fixed no problem so it’s not a big deal- but I kind of wish the boxes were more... suited for items like these?

Also, the plastic wrapping on it was a real pain to pull off, I had to tear it apart and it annoyed me because I wanted to keep it in one piece to re-use.

Spirited Away Origami Set

Our next item is this fun set of origami papers, with an included tutorial on how to make an origami ghost like the one I made here. In the set there are 4 different papers (and I only just now realized that instead of the 4th paper I put in the packs cover image... the 4th paper is the black one on the bottom left-hand corner).

I was a little conflicted over how to rate this one, because I think origami is pretty fun and it’s a nice way to relax after a long day or in those stressful times. The paper feels really nice and I love how detailed each one is, it’s pretty rare for me to ever see any that isn’t just plain or textured paper.

But at the same time, my little issue is that I actually am not very crazy about this paper either. I really like the cute pastel block one, but I’m not a huge fan of this movie so I feel like I’m unable to fully appreciate it. Like, I don’t see myself using it very often unless I want plain paper or really wanted to make origami and didn’t have anything else... I also kind of feel bad using the paper because of the designs.

I’m an odd duck, I know.

Cute Cat Paw Gloves

These are purrrfect if you want to dress up as a kitty for Halloween~

They also make comfortable gloves if your hands feel a bit chilly to provide enough heat without entirely making them uncomfortable. They also just make a really cute fashion accessory.

They were available in black, white, and pink (and possibly more colors). There is also a yarn string you can loop through them to keep them connected.

As I already own a black pair I honestly would have loved to have gotten either white or pink, but I don’t hate these either. Out of all 3 pairs I have (the other color is grey btw, I got them from another box a year or two ago), I have to say that somehow these are the most comfortable pair I own. I really like wearing these whenever my fingers begin to freeze up, which happens kind of often.

Although they do tend to hinder things like using the laptop and typing...

If you would like to own a pair of these for yourself, I know there’s a handful of websites that sell these.

Kawaii Rabbit Plush

Our next item is this kawaii bunny rabbit; who I put like this this or the picture because from other angles it was kind of hard to get a good view of the details. The rabbit comes in several varieties, including this one, a pink one with a bow, a white lop-ear with a bow, white with black ears and paws, brown with white markings, and grey with white markings.

I kinda wish I got the pink one but I really like this one too. I’m not sure if she has a name so I’ll be calling her Marshmallow for now.

(also on a humorous note, they have “buttons” like pompompurrin)

The plush is one of those marshmallow squishy plush that you can squeeze and pull, the material is very soft. I love the little details like the pom-pom mouth and blushed cheeks.

I also really like the large variety offered with these; I like the idea of friends each being able to have their own variant, it would be perfect for role play as a magical girl or something :3 Each one has its own personality.

Ghibli Cup

This is our next item, an adorable plastic cup featuring 2 of Studio Ghibli’s really popular movies, an orange Totoro cup and a yellow Jiji from Kiki’s Delivery service cup.

If you’ve been a long-time sub subscriber you might recall a smaller Totoro cup I got like this several months/a year ago back. They’re probably by the same company or something because the drawing style of the Totoro one matches mine.

I know they’re just cups, but I really like these types. they’re so adorable and fun to use. I like using cutesy plastic cups like this when I’m not in the mood for something fancy like glass. My mood often changes.

I also like that you could use these for other things, like as a rinse cup, decoration, holding pencils/stationery or other small items, plus these would be suitable for children who might just be learning how to use a cup. You can do a lot with it without worry it’ll break.

Pokemon Hand Towel Set

Set items are pretty rare, and who doesn’t love adorable Pokemon home products~?

These sets of hand towels include 2 variations. Both feature one of pikachu an eevee (who each have 2 different designs), but the third could either be Gengar or Mimikyu! I love them both so I’d have been happy with either one x3

So as I said, it’s rare for us to get a set of anything so it’s already pretty nice because of that. I also think the designs are really nice, and because of it being a set you could share these if you wanted :D which is always nice.

If I had anything negative to say it’d be the fact that they have visible holes from where the little plastic bits held them together. But they’re not that bad.

Content - 5 out of 5. I really liked what we got! I’m a little on the fence with the Origami paper, but I don’t hate it. We got a nice variety of items we don’t often get, minus the stuffed animal anyway.

Quality - 4 out of 5. Everything is fine, but the booklet mentions that there were bonus Nyanpire stickers for Halloween that I don’t remember getting. I don’t know if it was a last-second change in decision to not include it, or if I actually was skipped. I can’t remember if I wrote them an Email about it or not. So for possibly forgetting an item I’m marking them down for quality control.

Price - ???? out of 5. I’m not really sure how I feel about it this month. I kind of want to say no, I don’t think these are items all together worth 30-35 dollars, but because of the name brands I could see why they might be.

Theme: 5 out of 5. I feel like the items are sort of a play on the theme. Like Pokemon, which are Pocket Monsters, Nyanpire is a spooky-cute series, the rabbits are meant to resemble the magic aspect as familiars/pets owned by magical beings, cat paws for costumes, Jiji is a black cat... you see where I’m going with this?

Total Rank: 8 out of 10. I really liked the box, and I like how they kinda played with the theme rather than directly aim for it. But at the same time I kind of get tired of these mainstream brands showing up in these boxes; as much as I love Pokemon and Totoro, a break would be nice.

the extremely under appreciated one

ummm @kiminguy??? @guanlliver??? @lovebugi??? @wanhyun??? (Mutuals on here and our SVT blogs squad!! LOOL) I love all of them and their graphics to death I will literally make a blog and reblog all of their creations 50 million times like they deserve. Of course they all have such cute personalities dlkgjfdkj but I’ll spare you from my rambling and focus on their beautiful works~ Naomi has such soft, pastel graphics (pastels are one of my fave things in the universe) and she was one of my first favorite graphic makers in the Seventeen fandom back in the day. I followed her first and then when she followed me back I was SOOOO HAPPY OMG BC ONE OF MY FAVES NOTICED ME. Next we have Yasmin and although we haven’t talked much I really adore her graphics because they’re really unique! She uses vibrant colors and dark colors so well (a thing I’d like to learn how to do hehehe) AND also pastel graphics with vibrant coloring… a jack of all trades tbh. Next, there’s Jaymee, who I’ve been mutuals with forever on our SVT blogs but I never really got a chance to talk to until recently! (And she’s the sweetest…my one and only fan….LOOOL). Once again she works with both dark colors and pastel colors very well! Her edits and graphics have a minimalistic approach to them which I admire so so much because I always cram stuff onto a canvas and get bothered when there’s empty space in my graphics. Last but not least there’s IMA!!! My self-proclaimed little sister c’: I’ve known her for most of her time in the Seventeen tumblr community and I love seeing how her works changed over this period of time. But her works always have that special charm and uniqueness that you know right away that it’s her work! No one could imitate her style and pull it off! Inimitable seventeen carat hehe Ima always has a special place in my heart. I love her coloring style, I love her graphics style, I love her. But yea as you can tell I have much love for graphic makers and more especially underrated graphic makers! Graphic makers are a blessing to each and every fandom. Thank you.

Here we are guys, the Kawaii Box I’ll be reviewing tonight. I’ve had these pictures ready since Sunday but I blame my birthday and the delivery issues for the Lucky Treat as to why it took me almost a week...

Happy Day Pill Organizer & Kawaii Candy Wrapper Hairclips

For a summer holiday it can come in handy to have some little necessities with you, especially if they’re really cute ones. Both items are available in other designs/colors on Blippo.com.

First up is this little pill box, featuring a ball chain you can attach to a bag or purse, or even pants or belt loops for easy access to your vitamins or essential medication. I think you could even pack other tiny items, like a handy place to hold small jewelry, ear/nose plugs, contacts (maybe), little hair accessories, etc.

I’ve gotten a few other pill box containers, but they really do come in handy. Not only can I pack the above items, but I’ve also started taking vitamins these past two years, I also have an antibiotic I’m on right now, and I try to keep ibuprofen and stomach medicines on hand for me or others. Because I have a couple it also saves me room in my bed-side table.

So yeah, I’ve been making good use of them.

Hair care and accessories can also be a necessity, clips provide an easy and quick method of getting hair out of the face. They also look adorable~

These clips are made to resemble wrapped candies or sweets, with a clear resin or plastic on front decorated with various items and a painted back, along with a vibrant semi-translucent clip. The clip quality is nice with little spiked pieces to weave through the hair and securely hold it, and the charm itself isn’t loose or flimsy.

I love their original hair clips (except for those neon nightmare ribbons from a few months ago), and these are very sweet and fun. The candy theme and colorful mix of vibrant and pastels makes them perfect not only for summer, but any occasion!

Aiko Headphone Case

Next up is this adorable Aiko-chan case for... I assume earbuds? It says headphone but I don’t think they would fit in there. Anyway, it features a double-sided image and an attachable pink metal piece so that you can connect this to various items, or you could even loop something else through the strap if you wanted.

The inside is a basic black, with a half-mesh piece on one of the sides. It’s compact but you could definitely fit some decent things in here besides earbuds; like everything I listed above, a hand sanitizier, small makeup items, toothpicks or ear cleaners, mints, candy, a mini notepad or sticky note set, etc.

This is really cute, but I kinda wish the design was more... summery? Like using the one from the booklet cover, which is what they usually do.

Hello Kitty Mermaid Plushie

Now this is what I’m talking about- although... this would have been a better match for the previous months box, with the mermaid items don’t you agree?

This is from a brand or company called Nakajima, and is part of a Sanrio Characters line. It’s officially worth or costs 20 Sanrio points, and I’m pretty sure its based on the much larger Hello Kitty mermaid plushies. I’ve seen a handful of them though so this could just be another catfish in the sea ;3 She has a light pink piece of tulle on her head adorned by a glittery felt star, with the same tulle around the top of the chest, and her tail is light purple with a shimmery, glittery hot pink semi-translucent fin. By the corner of her eye are two stitched stars in matching colors.

The plush is soft in the paws, but the head is more firm, with the tail just slightly softer. She’s well made and she even has a ball chain, so I could attach her to things as well if I wanted and bring her with me~

Icy Pastel Popsicle Pen

As usual we got a fun pen, and these never fail to please when it comes to fun, cuteness, and theme matching. So this month we have a multicolored pastel popsicle-shaped piece attached to the nubbin’ of a pen lid. The pen itself is a plain, thin white tube and there is a fine tip; and as usual it’s available in a few other colors. I love popsicles too, so I made sure to add it to the other pens I enjoy using. 

There isn’t really much to say about the pen quality wise, other than the fact it needs a few minutes to dry. The pen can hold a line for a long time (as in, you don’t need to force flowage) and it can dot and write very easy and smooth.

Tiny Party Sparkly Stickers

As usual we also get adorable stickers, and this month we have a set of adorable, glittery, pastel items perfect for not only a fun party during summer or a get-together with friends, but also add a sweet touch to various items- like letters, notes, photo albums, picture frames, etc.

The stickers are “barely puffy“ to give them a 3D look, and what I think is adorable is on the upper corner, where it lists this:

Enjoyment: 110%

Happiness: 100%

I really like all of the stickers but I think my most favorite are the candy containers, the unicorn cupcake or ice cream, and the jelly desserts.

Happy Nikukyu Polar Bear Gummies

We’ve gotten gummies like these before from Kawaii Box, and in a few other boxes, but usually they are cat or dog themed. To cool down from the warm summer weather, we’re invited to enjoy these chilling polar bear paw gummies, which as you can see are filled with a creamy gel. The bag is re-sealable and the entire bag is 102 calories- which I don’t really think is too bad. If you ate the whole bag it’d be a nice little snack.

I usually like these gummies, and they’ve never been filled before so this was a fun change. I also love soda flavors, and these are very yummy. The cooling effect lasts for a few minutes and is very soothing, it isn’t harsh or minty at all.

Korean DIY Kawaii Bracelet Set

Fun for a rainy day or just a bout of boredom or some time to yourself, we have this cute and colorful jewelry set. It consists of several colorful charms in various shapes and sizes, and it has a long bundled up stretchy string.

I pulled out the more “random charms“ to show you guys, and there was several that I only had one of, like that heart, the flower, the big, that big rose. I had multiple of the heels, but I thought they were so random and cute I couldn’t help but include them. I also noticed a lot of spare little bits of plastic I can’t do anything with, and there was one or two pieces with extra plastic I’ll need to remove before use.

However... I actually kind of like how they look in the little jar, I’m a bit hesitant about using them. I might just leave them as is. But I’ll probably use a couple pieces.

Korean DIY Kawaii Cupcake Set

I’ve done a couple of kits like this before, they’re a lot of fun and I love to see how different they are between each one. I do wish we could have a little more variety kit wise, but because they differ it’s not that bad. Plus there are color variations so you can have a lot of fun making these, then re-using them for re-ment or dolls, or just cutesy displays later.

So as you can see we have two frostings, along with 3 cupcake liners and 3 glasses, and four bottles of deco bits: Styrofoam balls, glittery green stars, fruits and random other canes, and various glittery bits.

Here are 3 I did, including 1 cupcake and 2 drinks. I’ve gone ahead and did another cupcake sometime after this pic, but I still have 2 pieces left over and a little bit of the “frosting“, which is a lot like glue in terms of consistency and feel. When you finish, it has a smooth and puffy texture, but it hardens over time and loses the squishiness.

I believe there would be enough to finish the last 2 pieces, but I’m unsure. The cupcake isn’t entirely frosting, I used spare bits to fill the bottom, a squirt of blue frosting, then filled it in white.

It’s very fun, but I will warn you, from the experience I’ve had with these types of things you definitely want tweezers to use. It will make the job loads easier and less-messy.

Theme - 2.5 out of 5: I felt like this could have been a lot better, I want to say at least half of the box was summery vacation themed

Total Rank: 8 out of 10 Cuties. I liked the items a lot, but I didn’t feel excited or super-thrilled with the box either. It was just good, not great or fantastic though, but you can’t please everyone and I still really liked it. The items are cute and colorful, and fun and practical. I can’t help but wonder what Augusts’ box will be like though, since both this one and the June one are both falling short on summer expectations. We’ll just have to wait to find out!

1. Polar Bear Paw Gummies - These were delicious, I’d recommend them if you ever see them

2. Kawaii Hairclips - As I said above, I love the unique hair accessories we get from Blippo/Kawaii Box, I especially love these ones inspired by food items :3 I’ve worn them a couple of times and I really, really like them.

3. Popsicle Pen - It’s so cute, I just wish the pens tube wasn’t so plain. It’s a little boring, but I can understand the design choice.

4. Sparkly Stickers - I probably won’t use these because of how much I like them. Unless I just find the perfect place for them that is~

5. Pill Organizer - It’s very fun and I love the use of black as a pop of color to the soft pastels. It’s been easy to use and it came in handy freeing up space.

6. Hello Kitty Mermaid - It’s very cute and I’m obsessed with Hello Kitty, I don’t have a mermaid hello kitty, unless you count the large dress-up hello kitty doll I have, who was mermaid themed when I bought her.

7. DIY Bracelet Kit - Same as below, but I’m less-likely to actually touch it right now. I love looking at all the pieces~

8. DIY Cupcake Set - It’s very cute and fun, and relaxing too. But I’ve been there done that. 

9. Aiko Case - It’s very cute and small, I won’t be using them for earbuds or headphones but I know I can find a use for it in my bed-side table or purse. I still wish they used the design from the front though...

Cutie Reviews: Kawaii Box July 2017

Sorry Cuties, I know this is way overdue. I really can’t say why but I put this off for a long time and now I’m WAY behind on reviews. I apologize if you were waiting.

For summer festivals or just those days when it’s too warm or troublesome to carry a purse, the Sanrio Drawstring Bag is a 18.5cm by 14cm length pouch with an adorable design. It is 100% polyester fabric, and features a double-sided design; this one in the pic, and the other is My Melody with the little blue mouse (like the one on the tag).

I like this little bag because I feel like it comes in handy for necessity items. To test it out, I threw in what I feel is necessary for myself, including: Cell Phone, tissues, pain medication, hand sanitizer, lotion, mini-flashlight, lip gloss, a few cough drops and candies...

(I told you I was a mess ╭( ･ㅂ･)و)

I give this a 5 out of 5. It’s practical, holds nearly everything I need, and oh-so-cute~♥

Next, something I haven’t done before for these reviews, I grouped items. Here, I put the cute animals together~

First is this official Blippo.com Neko Purse, It’s very high quality, featuring a leather-like outside with precision stitching and details, the inside is smoothly plush, and a well-sewn fish charm is included on the zipper, along with a ring.

On one hand, I don’t see this holding nearly as much as the Sanrio Pouch from above. But if you just want something cute to hold some small items, like change, lip product, candies, etc, it’ll get the job done. 3.5 out of 5. It’s bigger than a lot of the change purses we end up getting in these boxes, but the amount it can hold is essentially the same? The size feels a bit “excessive“ to me and I worry over its durability.

We also get these kawaii Sparkle Neko & Inu Stickers, sorry I didn’t get it closer- but as you can see we get a colorful mix of kitties and puppy-dogs, plus some ♥‘s and paws ♡＾▽＾♡

3.5 out of 5, I really want to decorate some things with these cuties! I will admit that a few of them look deformed though, and the sparkles are sort of scarce...

Lastly in the Animal category is the Amuse Korohamu Koron Cafe Plush. I love the Korohamu series, but the quality of this is on the poor scale. It’s soft and cuddly, but I noticed several issues with mine. It’s cheek blushes aren’t the same (one is a lot lighter applied), the ears are kinda weird looking, and there’s a lot of stray glue strands on the feet, paws, and cookie. It wouldn’t be fair to give it more than 3 out of 5- even if its super cute and cuddly.

Now, time for some delicious, non-suspicious looking foods! :D

Okay, I kinda lied. Only one item is real. Can you guess which one~?

If you said the cake, you are wrong! It was the Bourbon Petit Strawberry Cookies ♥ I was very excited by this item, not only as a chocolate chip cookie girl; but because I love strawberries. Not much to say about them, 5 out of 5. They taste like strawberry’s and chocolate. However, I still have some left and they have become a bit... crunchier, since opening them a few weeks ago. So if you ever get bourbon cookies be sure to eat them with vigor!

Oh, but don’t choke on them. Cutie does not endorse choking! Σ(･口･)

Moving on, we were lucky enough to get TWO Squishies/squishy’s, including a Blippo Kaomoji Squishy Charm, and the Soft Summer Cake Charm.

The Kaomoji is a steamed bun with a variety of faces you could get. It’s SUPER SOFT and a “medium speed riser“, for those curious. The description says it has a sweet smell, but it reminds me of kinako or soybean powder, which to some is good, to others might not be. I also noticed mine has some remnants of material, but they came off really easy and left no signs of damage.

5 out of 5. It might have been a tiny bit messy but it was perfectly fine to fix up. It’s cute, AND I even got an emotion I often type into whatever I do (｡･ω･｡)

We also get a delicate, but lovely cake Squishy charm. It features the same softness, but it also features a rubbery cream and a plastic fruit charm, along with sprinkled pieces which fall off like crazy! 4 out of 5. I really like it but I hardly touch it because I’m worried over the mess and don’t want to ruin it. It also smells weird...

As usual we also get adorable hair clips, this time Summer Fruits themed. Very simple, but perfect for that extra POP! I don’t like yellow- at all, but I actually like the contrast of colors here. You also also wear them on either side of the head, and despite their small size, I find them helpful for holding back some stray curls of hair that never want to behave for me.

5 out of 5. I’ve been wearing them every time I go out for that cute summer touch. But I have a feeling I’ll be wearing them even after summer~

Here we have a unique item, not only is it perfect for summer heat, but it’s pretty cute. It’s the Pastel Ice Cream Fan (also known as the Kawaii Ice Cream Manual Fan on the blippo website). Now, right away it reminded me of something...

The colors are there, even if it isn’t a precise match. This is a mechanical cupcake pencil I got from several boxes ago.

4 out of 5. I’m rating it right now because it’s easier. I really like this, it’s like a cooling toy o(^∀^*)o But with the good comes the bad...

First of all, this thing looks like a cupcake to me. I keep calling it that despite knowing the name. Secondly, while it works AMAZINGLY well (trust me on this, it works!), it makes a loud obnoxious sound that will bother people (or your pets) and you need to work it yourself, which can be a downside to some people ≧��≦ I would recommend it though if you’re someone who gets hot easily and needs quick relief. It’s only $3.50 and comes in 4 color types too!

(I feel like I should point out that I was not sponsored to say these things. These are my own opinions and thoughts.)

This is the last item, an adorable Donut Neko Mechanical Pencil. And look, it’s PINK. I’m lucky to get my favorite color (Pink) over my hated color (yellow) in this box in most cases.

The pencil itself is pretty much an average pencil, with the addition of an adorable kitty, pattern, and charm ♥ 5 out of 5. It’s cute, and sure to show-off your love of cuteness~ Also, it has the tiniest, adorable eraser. Just be gentle with it.

Content - 4 out of 5. I think I liked it even better than my last box, but I try to point this based on my ratings.

Quality - 4.5 out of 5. The only really problematic things were the Squishy. I loved them both- but one was fairly messy and had to be picked at, the other makes a mess.

Total Rank: 8.5 out of 10 Cuties. The items were definitely favored compared to the last box. I didn’t see an apparent theme (the image shows hamsters, we got a few summery items...) so I didn’t count that in my scoring. This was a pure box of cuteness ♥

1. Cake Charm - I know it might not look like much- but it’s just my top choice. It’s troublesome but I still love it’s design!  

2. Squishy Bun - The :3 face just won me over since it’s one of my favorites~

Cutie Reviews: NMNL March 19

Okay, I wanted to let you guys know that I’m probably going to be moving. Long story short our land owner gave us an ultimatum we don’t agree with, and we only have this month to find places, check them out, pick one, pack, and get moved. We might be able to extend this to September, but we’re not sure. A month seems like a long time but not when you can only work on it a few days of the week.

I was devastated when I was told this back on Friday, I felt really sad and angry over the whole thing. But at the same time there is actually a whole, HUGE list of positives in this move; like a bigger home, an actual porch and backyard, I can modify my room to fit the current me instead of the me that moved in almost 20 years ago, we’ll finally go through things we’ve been putting off, central cooling~

Basically, I just wanted to keep you guys updated so if my activity slows down you know why.

“Tired of the cold? Don’t worry, spring is on its way! Everything is coming to life: flowers start blooming and colors around us are becoming more vibrant. Glam Gift

This month the glam gift seems to be focusing on pretty pastel colored items for the face. The two featured brands are Missha and Nihonshu.

Meanwhile, this months horoscope is a Must-Try Activity. For example, mine (Libra) suggests a new recipe to work on cooking skills, my friend is a Gemini and it suggests she take friends on a picnic. The featured celebrity is JooE from kpop group Momoland, who is also the face of the makeup brand Baker7.

 Hair Curler Set & Mineral Ion Hairbrush

First we have this unique set of hair curlers (you get 4 of both pieces), that bind the hair over night to produce lovely waves without the use of a hot curling wand. Depending on how you use them, you might also produce curls instead... which happened to me because I didn’t realize I was putting my hair into it wrongly. The book gives you no instructions, and the back of the packaging just made it look like gibberish to me. You’re supposed to like... flatten/spread out the hair, if you just wrap it around you get curls.

So curls or waves, I’ve used this twice and as a warning, this probably wouldn’t be a good item if you get headaches easily. I got one both times of use. Once I wore them over night (9 hours give or take), the second time about a few hours, and I actually got the same results: curls that hold for a limited amount of time and still look kind of messy.

But to be fair, you do get a result. If you want it to last then you'll need spray or something to hold it.

Our next item is this mineral infused mini-brush to repair and nourish the hair by stimulating the blood flow. If used repeatedly each day, there should be a noticeable improvement with split ends. The brush was available in pink or blue.

As a brush, I use types like this (my current is a really old bamboo brush that I was obsessed with and need a new one of) because any other type hurts me. Initially I thought it’s smaller size would make it difficult, and it did feel a little weird holding but the more I use it, the more natural it feels. I also feel like there has been some difference in my hair since using it a few days ago, so I think it works.

Cake Hand Cream

Our next item is a Baker7 Cake Hand Cream, which was available in Pink Berry, Banana, and Blueberry. The creams are made with ingredients that brighten, prevent aging, and protect the skin.

Out of the 3 I could have got, I’m sure you can tell I got the one I really wanted x3 it has a really pretty pale pink color, and it has a faint strawberry scent, it kind of reminds me of strawberry chocolate; and a very light hint of banana.

Well besides the adorable packaging, scent, color, it’s pretty much a typical hand cream. My hands feel really soft and nice after using it, and it seems to soak into the skin pretty quick so your hands don’t get greasy.

Candy Lip Tint

Another BK7 product, this time with JooE on the package as you can see. This lip tint comes in 3 delicious candy colors; from cherry red to red orange to coral. They’re also scented.

I think the creative design of the package was adorable, but after you take away the stick you’re left with the top half; so I was like “how does this open? Is it just liquid? is it on something?“

Well here’s my answer; it’s a wand. According to the back of the package I got Cherry Red. I agree there is a scent, but it doesn’t bring cherry to mind. Initially I was getting like... cinnamon? But now I can’t really place it.

Rating: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 

I really like the unique packaging of the product. It’s really cute looking and fun to use, and the wands brush is very soft on the lips so the product glides on with little effort. It does tint though, so yeah it did take me like five washes to get it off my hand, and even now it’s still barely on my hand. On the lips it seems to come off easier, but you’re left with a pretty pink hue.

One oddity is that I noticed that when applied, my lips feel weird. I’m not really sure why that is. I did notice it lacked a foul taste though, which I appreciated. A lot of tints and “lip tattoo” products taste horrible. 

Etude House Eye Shadow

Our next item is the Etude House “Look At My Eyes eye shadow“, available in red or pink with an adorable heart pattern in the product ♥ As you can see by my finger, the product is a bit of a... smoky copperish red color and has a vibrant shimmer with sparkle.

Rating: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 

The product applies very easily, you can use it as is or build it up. I feel like the color would work with a lot of things, and I can’t get over how nice it looks. The hearts etched in the product is very cute, and I love how the container is clear.

Color Mascara

Our next item is this colored mascara, available in either red or blue (like delicious snowcones~) which as you can see is by Crayon Touch-me, like the lip product in February’s box. Ironically, this one says it’s made in Taiwan, rather than Korea or Japan.

As of late colored mascara seems to be growing as a trend, and I really like the concept but worry I can’t pull it off. But given my hair color, I feel like this would actually be a really nice color to compliment it.

The image on the package shows the product being applied all over the eyelashes, while the book suggests giving your lashes an ombre look with it. I’m not really sure a full lash is possible, because the product is fairly scarce on the wand (which the book also shows) and in most cases, applying too much mascara makes your lashes clumpy and gross. I noticed that I had an easier time applying the product with my eye shut and doing it in swooping down motion. 

But if you don’t mind a medium-minimum look, then the gradient/ombre is pretty good, and you can tell the product is there. It’s definitely noticeable though, and I’m planning on using it when I go to the mall, either later today or tomorrow.

Facial Cleansing Brush & Animal Mask

Okay, so any long-time readers will recognize the facial brush. I recently got in some boxes back and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it if you can find it! It’s super-soft and feels amazing on the skin, and your face will thank you.

In saying that I won’t be reviewing it since I already have. 

The next and final item though is an adorable animal mask by berissom: available in either collagen kitty/tiger, Vitamin C + arbutin sheep, blackberry panda, or hyaluronic acid puppy. These are called animal masks because they resemble a specific animal. All you do is wear it 15-20 minutes, then pat the remainder of product onto the skin.

In terms of scent, it smells really good in a pleasant sense. Oddly enough, I get a combination of the store Target and shampoo. It was very wet and moisturizing when I put it on but it ended up being a lot longer than my face actually is, so I probably wasted three minutes or so fiddling with it. Because of that (I assume anyway) the ask dried very quickly, so I barely wore it for even 15 minutes before it got on my nerves.

But my face did feel better than it did prior to using it.

Content - 4.5 out of 5. Everything is practical and I like the items a lot. I just think some of them could have performed a little better.

Theme: 5 out of 5. Yeah, I guess I see it. I mean, the items are very vibrant looking and fun, I’m not sure they all fit spring well but I do like how all of the items were in pink-red and blue themes, to match the cover design.

Total Rank: 9 out of 10. I’m pretty happy with this box, I liked it a little less than the previous box, but I still thought it was really good. As I noted above, there was some minor issues, but nothing was useless and I know I’ll use these.

♥ Cutie Scale ♥

1. Mineral Hairbrush - I was kind of surprised by this decision, but I actually really really like this. I’ll probably be using it for now, if I can force myself to throw away my old brush...

2. Eye Shadow - the color is really pretty and I love how the piece looks; the product reminds me a lot of my favorite eye shadow palette to use.

3. Cake Hand Cream - Again the packaging says a lot, I love it! It smells so good it makes me want to eat shortcake... or strawberry chocolate.

4. Candy Lip Tint - I’m still not sure about the scent, but the color is really pretty. I can’t get over the unique package~

5. Color Mascara - I really like how it looks, I just wish it was possible to get a fully coated eyelash without having to use so much product... 

6. Animal Mask - The package is very cute, and the smell was lovely. But the quality wasn’t doing it for me.

7. Facial Cleansing Brush - I’m not rating it low because of quality, if I went by quality this would probably be the #1 item! I just put it here because I already have it, and because I really liked the other items too.

8. Hair Curlers - They’re very unique, and although they are a little uncomfortable and can induce headaches, they aren’t unbearable. I would probably reach for my curling wand over these though.

Cutie Reviews: Kawaii Box Oct 18

Hello! Welcome to the October 2018 Kawaii Box review :3

Before I begin I wanted to let you guys know that I will finally be making a purchase at Blippo.com -the official shop relates to Kawaii Box- this upcoming month. I don’t really have any plans in mind as to what I’ll be getting, but my goal is to spend over $25.00, as this is the limit needed to obtain a “free gift” and I’m curious to see what it pertains. I’ll be making a follow-up blog post about the whole experience, items, etc, when it comes.

Without further ado, let’s get on with the review!

Kawaii Neko Pocket Mirror

Our first item is this ultra-cute pocket mirror with an adorable kitty in a cup with Please written on it. I’m not sure what the writing on top translates as- but isn’t this the cutest thing ever~?

From the book and Blippo website, I assume there was various alternate designs/colors you could receive, I couldn’t find this exact model on there but they had a bunch of cute ones like it ranging from $3.90-$4.90.

The mirror is very clear and easy to clean, and because there’s two sides of it you can easily see whatever angle you’re trying to get.

Besides being really cute, I was actually surprised by this. In the past, a long time ago I’ve gotten a couple of folding, flimsy, plastic mirrors. They got the job done and they were really cute too- but there was always that risk they would break you know?

This mirror is perfect! The outside feels very sturdy, I’m not sure what type of material it is but I’m not nearly as worried about it breaking in comparison to my others. I’ll definitely be putting it in my purse and taking out the other one.   

Kawaii Neko Bag Charm & Kawaii Onigiri Plush Charm

(they look a bit alike, right?)

Our first item is the neko bag charm, the perfect little companion to cutify the day (and your purse/bag/pouch/pants loop/etc). These are available in 3 different styles, and each costs $4.50 <_< I was a little surprised to find that out, I assume it’s a material thing?

Besides being an adorable charm, there is also a big slit on the back. Now, the booklet nor Blippo mention this, but usually that means the charm can be used to discretely hold change!

Rating: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 

I just want to mention that as a warning if you would try to use this or something similar to hold coins, BE CAREFUL. While feeling around I discovered a sharp pointed piece on the inside of the top area, which is connected to the keychain. That makes it really sturdy- but it’s not worth using if you’re worried about harming yourself. It’s perfectly safe as a charm though.

Anyway, I think it’s very cute (I love its cheeks x3) and the detailing is really good. This would be ideal if you prefer smaller, non-plush charms but still want the appeal of a cute character.

Next to go with the neko charm, we have a plush onigiri (rice ball) charm. It came in 4 various expressions, and each costs $2.90.

I love rice, so this would be the perfect charm for me ♥ It’s also very soft, and the details are stitched on and look very clean (except for one little strand on the one blush). It’s just precious~

I should have bought the other three, then I could’ve swapped them out to fit my mood.

Halloween Ghost Squishy

This little cutie is perfect if you’re an avid squishy collector and want something for the holidays :P It was available for $4.90 on the Blippo website, but it’s no longer listed. This doesn’t seem like a hard squishy to find though if you’re interested in it; and they did have some other cute Halloween squishy (and ghosties) there.

It’s mentioned to be scented and it is- exactly like most other squishy. I think it would have been adorable if it smelled like vanilla, or pumpkin.

It’s very cute and ultra-soft. But I noticed mine has a bunch of shedding areas, the “lining“ is very messy and could use a trim, and there are a few tiny coloring issues, but I have seen way worse squishy and it isn’t really that bad; especially if you just want something soft to squeeze. This is amazing.

Halloween Stickers

Continuing our adorable ghost and Halloween trend, we got an adorable family of ghost stickers! On Blippo these were available for $1.90, they kind of remind me of dollar store stickers.

The sheet was full when I got it, don’t worry. I used some of the stickers to seal some wrapping in a package I was preparing for my friend because I was in a position where I didn’t have the time to look for my tape and I had to hurry up.

They’re very cute and I love the various poses and styles. I’m not too crazy about repetitive sticker sheets like this- but when this happens it’s at least nice knowing I don’t have to feel sad for using a sticker I liked.

I’m not the only one who gets like that right...?

I wish they were a little big bigger, but at the same time there is something to be said for adorable little stickers, although they can be a tiny bit hard to get off the sheet. Stickiness is 10 out of 10.

Kanahei Sticky Notes

I’ve noticed the Usagi and Piske duo beginning to show up a little more often in the boxes as of late. I don’t mind though, they’re pretty cute.

These are available in both sticky note format or the one I got which is called “foldadble message fusen notes”, both types for $2.90 in a few different styles.

I finally understand how these work because of the “tutorial“ on the back. Basically you write something in the middle, then you take the paper and fold it so the middle is hidden by the top and bottom of the image to create a seamless note that looks like there isn’t anything there. Then you open it to find the note.

Unfortunately... by the time I got mine folded properly, the note was so beaten up I decided to trash it. For such an easy concept it’s actually a little hard >3<

Despite that issue, I still think these are ultra-cute~ Especially this breakfast themed one, it would be perfect for inviting someone to breakfast or wishing them a good morning x3

Sanrio Sticky Bookmarks & Ciara Unicorn Card Protector

(In hindsight I should have put the sticky bookmarks with the message notes...)

Our first item in the picture is a set of Sanrio themed bookmarks based on a specific character. Each set costs anywhere from $1.90-$2.90 and includes 2 thin bookmarks, 2 mediums, 1 large, and 1 horizontal one, for a total of 90 bookmarks!

There was a huge variety of sanrio characters these were available in.

Rating: ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 

I usually don’t use these as I have bookmarks for the novels I read and I don’t have any sort of files or binders or anything in need of organization. BUT these come in handy for make-shift labels, which I have been putting them to use for :3 I love the variety of colors and sizes these come in too, usually I don’t see too much variety in one pack.

The other item is an adorable Unicorn Card Protector, available in 4 adorable pastel colors, each with it’s own unique unicorn drawing. Beneath the Ciara logo is the words “Make a girl more kawaii somewhere on a rainbow”, and on the back is a single chibi wing drawing. The front has tiny wings and stars covering it.

The protector has a flap on both the back and front, but the back flap is translucent. Each one costs $1.90.

I love unicorns, and the second I saw this I knew I would need to use it for my cards, which I will be doing after I finish this review. The one I’ve been using is pretty old and beaten up, so I figured it was time for a change.

It’s very easy to put the cards in and out of the two sides, and I was able to put about 5 cards in there with little effort. I feel like I may have been able to put in one or two more, but I didn’t have anything else nearby.

Halloween Umaibo

Our snack/food item for this box is an Umaibo, which I have no complaints against. I love these x3 although this one was extremely broken up... I’m not really sure if it was like that before I got it or after, but I’m going to assume before because I don’t throw my boxes around and beat them up like this stick was.

I wouldn’t ever turn down an Umaibo (unless it’s an intimidating flavor...) though, and it was still perfectly edible. It was corn/corn potage flavor, my favorite!

They can be bought on Blippo for $2.50 and you get 5 per purchase! But I saw a handful of them were sold out right now, I’m sure they will get more in soon though.

I’ve already made it clear that I’m obsessed with this umaibo flavor. It’s my #1 favorite, I wish they sold them in large boxes~

I also like that they gave us a Halloween packaged one... but I sorta feel like this might have been a missed opportunity. They should have chose a fall flavor, or something more associated with Halloween like pumpkins, squash, etc. I’m sure I saw something like that before.

Korean Okitoki Stationery Set

(Note the upside down pencil sharpener and toppers above it :P)

This is a nice little stationery set that provides the essentials needed for writing or a day at school. This is produced by the brand Caramel Popcorn; I’ve gotten a few items from them before. But I couldn’t find this exact set on Blippo, I did see a handful of variants, including a few bigger sets.

This set includes 2 pencils without an eraser or tip (I guess so you can pick?), 2 pencil caps, 1 glittery blue eraser with a non-taped or glued wrapping, 1 pencil sharpener, 1 Ruler with a numbered side and a bumpy side.

I actually didn’t expect very much with this set. Looking at the items and the packaging just gives it a cheap quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pencils and sharpener work like normal (I got very long strands from the sharpener :3 very satisfying), and the eraser is pretty to look at. You barely need to press to use it too. Ruler is flimsy but works with no problem.

My only noteworthy thing is that the pencil lids don’t seem to want to stay on if you put it on the sharpened side, but it stays fine on the other side. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose though?

Content - ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  It was a typical case of me being unsure if I liked the box much besides one or two items. I wasn’t very crazy over the abundance of stationery it seemed like we got this time, but I’ve come to enjoy it for what it is by the time I finished the review. Sometimes it’s just how it happens.

Price -  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥  I didn’t count the Umaibo since it’s for a set of 5 on the Blippo website and we only get 1. I’m not good at math so there was no way I could figure that out... I also didn’t count the stationery because I didn’t see it. Without them the box is worth about $24.00, so I imagine it’s around $30.00 in total. Which is really nice since we pay around $20.00.

Theme - ♥ ♥ ♥ They could have done better. Like it was obvious the theme was Halloween, and we only got 3 Halloween items out of 10. Unless you count the 2 neko things, which kind of associate with Halloween...

Total Rank: 6 out of 10 Cuties. I appreciated the box and enjoyed it, but I wish they would strongly follow themes more. I understand they probably don’t want to force it on people who might not celebrate the holiday, but I think it’d be better not to try to enforce a theme if you don’t plan to follow it. The design of Aiko-chan on the front is adorable, but it would imply the Halloween gimmick is stronger than it actually is.

1. Neko Pocket Mirror - it’s my favorite shade of pink and includes a super-squishy looking adorable kitty~

2. Unicorn Card Protector - very sweet and delicate looking, and I needed a new one so it was great timing x3

3. Ghost Squishy - it might have some faults, but it’s super cute and perfect for Halloween!

4. Umaibo - I’m living for the Halloween exclusive design x3 they make really cute Holiday packaging.

5. Halloween Stickers - They’re so kawaii, I just wish there was more variations on it.

6. Neko bag charm - it’s face is so sweet and adorable, I just wish it was cuddly.

7.  Onigiri Plush charm - So soft and squishy. Do you think it’d be rude to eat Chinese food in front of it?

8. Usagi & Pitske Notes - I love the adorable pancake themed image x3 but it might just be because I’m really hungry right now. . .

Cutie Reviews: Yume Twins April 18

See, I said I’d be back didn’t I? I wanted to get this done earlier today, but we got to the painting part of bathroom redecoration fairly late and even though it’s a small room, we started a bit after 1pm and worked until about 5pm and called it a day. We got the entire room done but it’ll need another coat before we move on.

Honestly, if I wasn’t so excited to remove these images from my laptop and finally put the booklet away I probably wouldn’t have been posting this for a day or so. In the March Yume Twins post, I mentioned accidentally taking the wrong pictures.

Well, that was these ones (｡･ω･｡) funny how that worked out.

Theme: EASTER MELODY ヽ(･ω･ゞ)

If you’re a fan of Sailor Moon and My Melody, you’d want this months Yume Prize:

It included a variety of items for all sorts of fans, such as those who like makeup or do a lot of shopping, or those who like cutesy plush and squishies!

The prize for this months box featured Little Twin Star wallets, pouches, and a face towel. The contest had sounded like a lot of fun (use the egg boiler to make and then decorate eggs) and initially I did plan on entering, but with how things were at the time I decided to focus on other things.  

Review

Before I begin, I wanted to point out that I plan on doing something a bit differently in this post. I’m not sure I’ll continue/remember to do it afterwards though. It’s sort of a test to see how I feel about it.

My Melody Roll Plush

Sanrio Roll Plush are sort of a Sanrio’s answer to Tsum-Tsum or rolled stackable plushies that appear to be the popular thing now. So, we were told there would be 3 available to us, 1 in each box for 3 months; and My Melody is our first- perfect for Easter!

(btw, I do know who the next 2 were, the images they showed us hid the but the shape made it obvious. I won’t spoil it, but if you want to see them you can probably find them on the Yume Twins website)

It’s soft and squishy, the colors remind me of a yummy marshmallow making it perfect for Easter, or even just nice decor for a cute room. There aren’t too many details, but for what is there it’s very well made.

Japanese Egg Boiler

A small, handy, and cute egg boiler that only requires some water and time. It also has a base/stand within it to securely hold the eggs and remove them easily.

I will admit right now that I haven’t used this yet. It was intended but it just didn’t happen. I’m kinda basing this rating on everything else. Like, it’s a handy tool obviously, and it’s small and takes up little space. It would make boiling a couple of eggs easier, say if you need to walk away but you don’t want to leave a pot unattended.

However, these take about the same length of time for eggs to boil and if you need more than 2, it’s probably not practical to use unless you have the time to spare or prepare them in advance.

Gudetama To Do List

Our other item in the picture is, of course, Gudetama related. You can’t have Easter without him, and with a to do-style notebook it’s a guarantee!

It’s a small notepad with a lot of pages, each featuring the same design and egg bullet for a nice, orderly list.

Initially I didn’t think I would like it. I mean it’s very cute, but I assumed it was just an average, every day super-flimsy notepad. But I really like the concept and yes it does feel flimsy, but the back is doubled and it holds together really well. This came in handy for the things going on lately!

Or at least it would have, if I remembered I had it (;¬_¬)

Hoppe-chan Squishy

You can imagine how I felt finding this, given how in recent boxes Doki Doki got rid of Hoppe-chan. She’s also shown up in Kawaii Box a few times, so it’s kind of a random surprise for me~

This is her first time appearing in the Yume Twins crate; will we see more of her? Only time will tell!

Unfortunately for her, I did not like this Squishy. Yes it is very cute and nicely detailed, yes it has a chain so you can bring her around. But as a squishy... she isn’t even very squishy. Now I’m not a squishy snob, I don’t care about slow-rise and how they are squeezed; but I do know I like soft squishy and she isn’t soft at all.

But to be fair, if you need to work out some stress or aggression she does pretty well. In times like that it helps to have a more firm squishy- in fact, I feel like she can be used as a hand exercise toys.

My Melody Sponges

The irony that is knowing this would have been perfect for the prior Doki Doki crate...

Anyway, this is a cute decorative 4-set of sponges based on My Melody, featuring 2 different designs (which is why I set them up like I did). This is a perfect item for that cute kitchen, or anybody who likes My Melody or wants some Easter-esque decorations.

Not only are they really cute, but they feel nice to poke and rub. I’m not sure of their quality, but I always buy really cheap sponges from the dollar store and these seem better than they do. I like that we get 2 of the same designs too, so I didn’t feel bad using two of them and putting the other two away to avoid ruining them.

Given all the cleaning we’ve been doing lately, they came in very good use~

Pote Usa Loppy Nail Polish Highlighter

Our final item is this really cute nail polish accessory! A highlighter available in pink, blue, yellow, green, and orange, perfect for anybody who likes bunnies, Pote Usa Loppy, or cosmetic-inspired tools.

I’m very happy I got the pink one out of the 5 available colors. How lucky was that~?

It works like a typical highlighter so it’s not just for show, the quality is decent. The design and small size also makes it a good portable product- plus it’s really cute :3

Content - 5 out of 5. I wasn’t in love with anything, but I did generally like the items we got.

Price - 3.5 out of 5. Like last time I’m not entirely sure about pricing. I know character goods are more costly than most, but I believe size should play a role as well, and a lot of the items are really small this month. I assume it’s due to the sanrio roll plush.

Quality - 5 out of 5. Everything is spot-on, nicely detailed, etc.

Theme - 5 out of 5. I can’ say everything in here IS for Easter, but they DID remind me of Easter in some shape or form. So yeah, I’d say they nailed the theme if we’re going on that.

Total Rank: 18.5 out of 20 Cuties. I’m not sure if I liked this one more or less than the prior box. I know I keep saying that- but when it’s the truth, I honestly don’t know what else to say.

1. My Melody Sponges - I know, sponges of all things. But I love their pop of color and patterns/designs! They really liven up the kitchen- and soon so will the paint job we’re giving it :D

2. Gudeama To Do Notepad - I really like it’s soft, pastel design and practically. I plan on putting it somewhere when I finish this blog so that I’ll remember it for next time.

3. Pote Usa Loppy Nail Polish Highligher - I think cosmetic inspired tools/accessories are very cute. I’ll probably pop it into my purse to replace my other highlighter I never even use.  

4. My Melody Roll Plush -  It’s so cute and marshmallow like~

5. Egg Cooker - I like it’s cute shape and design, but there isn’t much to it otherwise. 

6. Hoppe-chan - I adore her but she’s so plain looking in comparison to the other items.

Cutie Reviews: Doki Doki 19 June 2017

Hello Cuties! I’m a few days later than I would have liked with this review but I had some other things on still, including some tummy sickness that seemed to stubbornly remain while I was trying to work on video game recording for youtube.

At any rate, the lighting is a bit different in this one. I noticed when I don’t have a bigger light source, the coloring appears more “realistic” with the products in person (as well as my skin when it rarely shows up). You’ll have to let me know if you like this style or not.

Also, I felt it was worth noting that the Doki Doki Crate box has changed/upgraded. It’s essentially the same, but bigger in shape, a bit darker in color, and has some minor design changes, nothing too extreme.

Here are the monthly Suteki Crate items. Including a My Melody Purse, Hello Kitty and My Melody Bowls, Hello Kitty Chopsticks, Gudetama Hand Towel, Hello Kitty Desk Basket Set, Animal Crossing on 3DS, a Nintendo 2DS, and a Gudetama Pass Case.

Without further ado, let’s get into it ♡

To celebrate the upgraded Doki Doki Crate, a mystery candy snack was included :D Now, I’m not sure if everyone got the same thing, or if this is a permanent inclusion now; but I love a little mystery~

I got Ring Candy in Strawberry. It resembles the cola one I got from Tokyo Treat a few months back, so I'm pretty sure they were from the same brand. It pretty much looks like the Ring Pop’s we have here, although I find the ring shape to be a bit cuter in Japan with it’s flower base ♡

However, where there is good lies bad. Anyone who read my previous T T review featuring the cola ring may recall that I hated it. This one fared a bit better than that because of its artificial strawberry flavor. It’s pretty to look at, but I can’t say it matches the packaging at all either.

In the end, I decided to give it a 3.5 out of 5 cuties. I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it.

I decided to work backwards with this review; so next we have our monthly Hoppe-Chan in Sakuranbo theme. This simply kawaii Hoppe-chan is based on the wonderful cherry flowers, when they begin to bloom and cherries are in season during May.

Honestly- as much as I complain about Hoppe-chan when she’s really simple in style like this... I actually really like this one ♡ It’s simple, but very sweet. So maybe I’ve been spoiled by the fancier looking ones? 4 out of 5 Cuties.

(Speaking of, I believe I have 10 Hoppe-chan by now so I’m pretty much set to make my Hoppe-Chan top 10~! But maybe I’ll wait until I get a few more~)

Sticking with the cute, daily essentials theme, we get this adorable My Melody Bag Set. In each crate, everyone could receive a medium or large sized set of these bags featuring the ultra-kawaii My Melody and other precious designs~

As a set, so many are included per pack- which is probably a good thing because I think I got the medium size and these things are actually fairly small looking. Like, about the size of the mini-bags Walmart uses for very small items.

As much as I love the design, I’m not sure I would be willing to use these. I’d be too worried they would rip and I still have two other reusable bags (A bunny from the December Doki Doki, and a Neko Atsume from Yume Twins), so I’m pretty much good for now.

However, if you’re worried about grocery shopping with these- they also provide other benefits; such as carrying some spare clothing, giving a gift or presents, and lunch :D I’m also delighted by the prospect of this kind of item, because it is important to respect the world and learn to reuse shopping bags, especially if you have to shop a lot (and trust me, we do. We have bags FULL of these bags!). 4 out of 5 Cuties.

Next we have this adorable little Hello Kitty Stamp Case. As the name would imply, this is a set for holding stamps, but you can also use it for other little items or trinkets.

(Funnily enough, it resembles a mirror and brush compact I have. I got them mixed up a few times already!)

I don’t have much to say about this one sadly, but it works great for organizing and holding items, like medications (which is what I used it for as a “trial run”), and it could come in handy for carrying in a small purse. Which I also think is nice.

I actually kinda wish we got stamps tho... I mean, I think that would have been more fun. But again I like that Doki Doki though about daily use items. What are you more likely to use anyway? A stamp kit, or something small you can put important things in?

I give this 5 out of 5 cuties. It’s small, but highly practical.

Now I think most Cuties would know by now how essential tea or coffee can be sometimes, so to cutify them a bit we get some Gudetama Latte Art Sheet Set!

These are simple little sheets reminiscent of latte art that you place on top of a drink. You can sip them, spoon them up, or watch it dissolve. This Gudetama set also features a custard pudding scent (although to be honest it smelled like a yummy, but smelly cheese to me...), that adds a little sweetness to the drink.

You get 10 of these per pack, which is good if you really like them, and not only that; but who wouldn’t like a cute little cutie in their cup now and then? 3.5 out of 5. I like these but I can’t say they are my thing.

My Melody continues to grace us in this crate, and not only does she bring bags, but she brings us the  My Melody Sticky Notes set.

I pretty much have the same opinion I always have on these; they’re so cute! But for me, they’re not practical.

5 out of 5. They’re pleasing to the eye and they have a good length to them. You also get many in the pack which I think is nice. I can’t just say they’re bad because I don’t have a use for them at the time you know? 

Our last item is the one I liked the most ♡ a super-practical, ultra-kawaii Mocchi-zuu Big Size Face Bag. Available in 5 designs, you can get Chick, Panda, Cat, Polar Bear, and Bunny. Out of the available, I definitely lucked out- although I love cats, panda, and pink bunnies~

I pretty much fell in love with this on the spot. Not only is it roomy and includes a shoulder string, but it’s also plush and cuddly~ I was just looking for a small-ish purse I could use to carry stuff in when I go to the mall or store and I got this in GREAT timing!

However roomy it is, I feel like the image in the book exaggerates a little. The drawing depicts Tomomi (the mascot girl of Doki Doki) and what she keeps in hers. This includes: Headphones, Cell Phone, Note Book, Keys, Wallet, Gum, Pencil Case, Make Up Bag, and her Instax Mini.

But in mine, I could only fit 2 lip products, inhaler, eye drops, cellphone, hand sanitizer, hair bands, small body spray, and one or two other things I’m forgetting. You can fit a decent amount of stuff in it, but definitely not everything that drawing claims.

Quality - 4 out of 5. The theme was spot-on with the items, but I felt like there could have been better choices.

Content - 3 out of 5. I think I liked this one slightly more than the last one. As much as I LOVE the purse, nothing in it really got me excited or super-eager to write this review. Which was kind of another reason I put it off, I was hoping my opinion would change but it kinda didn’t...

Practicality - 5 out of 5, given the theme that these are essential items for daily use the practicality has to be there. It really is, I’m not denying that. But in my case as I already noted, I honestly believe it would be a 2 out of 5.

Total Rank: 12 out of 15 Cuties. As I said, this box fared better than the previous one by a great deal. But nothing about it got me excited or praising it unconditionally... It’s almost been a year since I started to get these (September), so I’m really hoping the quality will go back up because I thought they were doing really well as of late.

Well, that does it for another review. I’m sorry if I appear to lack luster or anything- it was hard to get excited for this review and truly focus on it. I really couldn’t think of much to say DX I also hate the the fact that it was a June box that took me forever to get to.

But now I am officially moving into July boxes and I’m way more excited for them! Until then, stay Cutie!
