#the way horoscope bs is marketed amongst and by young! people today is sickening#and to make it even more disturbing it's now being blended and advertised with tiktok psychology speech#i just got an insta ad promoting some sort of hip ''''service'''' where they would help me (finally) find toxic-free relationships#based on freaking horoscopes#where they were assining 'toxic trait types' to certain starsigns and birthdates#WHAT#people are in all honesty just sick in the head#and they probibly think themselves liberal and modern for not being 'religious' and being woke and open minded or idek#this is so SO SO utterly disturbing#how people are making some sort of prejudicing science out of this complete and utter crap#and knowing HOW MANY people actually believe in this nowadays#like 10 15 years ago hososcopes were like 'you'll fall in love this week'#'watch out for xyz this week'#and some call in shows were very few people would spend very insane amounts of money by calling there#but today it's an entire industry of influencers and idek i probably just know the tip of the iceberg#and the way people treat it as this legitimate and somehow selfcary way of handling relationships and mental health is INSANE#I N S A N E#it actually scares me#i still somehow have this belief we grew up with where every generation will be more reasonsble than the previous one#but... well
