i don't know basically anything about music theory but i feel like even if i did i wouldn't be able to articulate the way that the melody and lyrics in some songs just make my brain fucking vibrate

You know how we constantly loose our minds over the juxtaposition between the Mechanisms' deep, poetic lyrics and their silly lyrics? Ouatis is special because they spend the entire album straddling the line.

it totally fits his Red King persona. like, the group are having a traditional feast in Dogwarts and Ren starts singing this over drinks. idk if that makes sense, just something i liked the thought of!

and the spoken interlude fits too

Somewhere, in the centre of this labyrinth, stood a small, unremarkable room, roughly hewn from thick black rock, where King Cole sat on his white throne. His shrivelled form seemed all the more withered on its ivory bulk, surrounded, as always, by the three little pigs: silent guardians who never moved nor spoke as the blood pooled on the floor before their ruler. The feast was soon to begin.

right down to "surrounded as always by the three little pigs" which kinda refers to Martyn, Skizz, and Etho if you think about it LMFAO (i would like to say that i am not seriously likening them to pigs lol)
