#the text adventure coding community is so cozy and everyone is pals and they play each others' games and then have fun yearly awards#and the Xyzzy Awards have been going ince the 90s!!!#unfortunately I cannot code so I am mostly just watching the community from the outside as a player#also the word Xyzzy is a huge decades-long running joke in the TS community#if you're ever playing a text game try inputting 'xyzzy' and see what happens#there's a good chance the author codes something in for it
