as someone from a mainly civilian household and background, sakura does have her own prejudice and experiences where she can tell the shinobi society is clan-leaning. as in, while there are a lot of understandable traditions pertaining to the clans and their secrecy, the way the shinobi world probably mainly favours them [suggesting bias] is something she does observe and is careful around. sakura also has a bit of anxiety regarding that, because it's hard to stand out in a pool of talented shinobis from established families, though that mostly returns to the fact she never feels quite up to par with her own teammates, both from quite powerful families (deceased they may be).
