Can all my non-USAmerican friends out there realize that American biscuits are in no way a scone and that just bc two things look similar doesn't mean theyre actually the same. Sick of the biscuit slander........

#american biscuits are delicious and fluffy #all the scones ive had have been hard. like not stale but theyre firmer with a different texture and flavor profile #and tbh id never put gravy on a scone even if it was a savory one #also people saying english muffins and scones are the same?? not the ones i had #im putting off getting out of bed to feed my cats rn
