Shoutout to High Rhulain for introducing otter sexism. You didn’t have to do that but you did, and I have no idea why
#redwall#high rhulain#like I get why logistically speaking#because if she’d become skipper#it would have been hard for her to be queen at the same time#but I feel like they could have used literally any other reason#skipper could have said ohh well maybe we’ll put you in training to become skipper#then she could have used her leadership skills when she ditched to become queen#and someone else with more experience in Mossflower could have done the job#etc
