it literally fucking sucks trying to talk about my snakes or hermits and people around me saying how disgusting they are or how they think my pets should die :/
#mrowr.txt#like i know ive said it before on here im just frustrated again#i was talking to my coworker who DOES like reptiles and my one manager kept having to interject#about how she thinks snakes are gross and scary and she just doesnt understand#like ma'am go away then! stop listening! i am excited about my rescue baby and have 1 friend at work i can talk to about him!#and she kept saying how she saw the pics of snickers on fb and was so bothered like..#i wont be mad if you unfriend me or do that thing where you block my posts while staying on my friends list#or just. scroll past?#and then another coworker heard i had a snake and immediately said it should die#and like. shes not great at social cues. i told her that was really rude to say and explained more about them#and she was sort of understanding that like. i care for these guys like they're my kids#even if other people dont like them they're still important to me
