i saw wicked for the 3rd time last night at a local gay bookstore and it was a sing a long and part way thru there was an intermission with drag performances and a bunch of my friends came out and it was just sooooooo good honestly god's way of watching the film

#it was so nice seeing it in a space where like u can talk and make jokes and call out ur observations and of course sing!!!#ive been so lucky the 2 times i saw it in theatres no one was singing or clapping or talking or anything and like i do like the #everyone stfu and watch the movie energy (esp when watching for the first time) but it was just so good to see it in a casual #setting with a full crowd of gay ppl + also just having an intermission at all like thank u lmaooo #+it wasnt even that busy so no big worries for covid stuff (we were masked ofc) so like literally perfect night like everything worked out #my posts #oh ya 2 more things: wicked as a movies pretty good as a sing a long bc the first song has glinda going as high as she does so #everyone gets their silly haha none of us can sing lets just have fun nerves out #and second there were two like amaaaaaing amazing singers who COULD hit those notes it was a treat all around to hear
