what’s a thing a bunch of songs do that you love every time? when theres a goooood loooong drawn out build up right before the chorus, iron maiden does this a lot, like it builds and builds, the drums the bass the guitar and ur anticipation and excitement builds up to and its sooooo good, we dont get enough good builds in music anymore

what's the worst song of all time? jump by van halen, HEAR ME OUT i love van halen i was obsessed with van halen in highschool, but jump just FUCKING SUCKS

do you put individual songs on repeat? if so, for how long and how often? all the fucking time, yesterday i had star star by the rolling stones on repeat for like an hour, but the longest i had a song on repeat this year was richie tozier by ok otter, i think i played it for 5 days straight (got 600+ plays)

Emil.RuleZ! I would say. Especially their song Bölcsidal because the chorus was about hot cocoa with whipped cream.

Eh, I can appreciate a good musical, but I don't care much for the genre as a whole. I really love Hair, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog and Sweeney Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street

Are there songs you consider so special you only listen to them very rarely?

The only songs I listen to deliberately rarely are songs I think are good but are overplayed, like Don't Fear the Reaper or Riders on the Storm - I hear them plenty anyways, why would I pick them whene choosing music to listen to?

What’s your preferred way of listening to music? (time of day, medium, situation)

Any time I'm not supposed to be talking to people or not watching something... Generally when I don't need my hearing ability. I listen to music at work, on public transport, to sleep, while drawing, while browsing the net... Constantly. At home I listen on my mini hi-fi system otherwise I recently got wireless earbuds and I'm very pleased with them. I usually listen on Spotify, unless it's not available there, in which case I use YouTube or music downloaded on my phone.

What would you say is the most niche music you listen to?

Edge of the World by Wolf, probably. If you search Wolf, some 90s band comes up on Google, you have to type something like "Wolf NWOBHM" to find them or just search for the album, so I suppose they aren't very well known.

Not really, unless like post-Fire of Unknown Origin Blue Öyster Cult counts. I'm slowly chewing through the albums I've dismissed before.

I'm sorry, so many of you will hate me for this but oh well, I've said it before and I'll say it again: Maneskin. Their music might be nice if you are into like modern day pop-rock, but they aren't bringing rock 'n' roll back any more than idk, Imagine Dragons (which I was also told was supposed to be rock?)

What’s an underrated song?

Cheater by Judas Priest, it's hands down the best song on Rocka Rolla, and yet it barely gets listens on Spotify.

What’s a thing a bunch of songs do that you love every time?

I hope I'm explaining this right: when they switch around between being all melancholic and going hard such as in Babe I'm Gonna Leave You by Led Zeppelin or Beyond the Realms of Death by Judas Priest.

I have Spotify on repeat in general (god forbid the music ever stop, I'd rather listen to the same thing over and over), which is fine for albums/playlists, but I'll sometimes search for a song and listen to it, and it goes on repeat and I forget to switch songs...
