I said this yesterday but I’m saying it again. Every time I see the adidas hey Jude ad it feels more ironic
#like itv stop playing it it’s giving me second hand embarrassment !!!#it’s starting to make me cringe when initially I thought it was kinda cool like damn#the mood and positivity around England has just taken an absolute nose dive since the beginning of the tournament it’s insane#and obvs Jude’s been shit for 2.5 games out of 3 but these things are all caused by multiple things#at least he did score a goal in the first game that saves the whole thing from being total humiliation#imagine an ad gassing you up as the hero of the team only to deliver near nothing …#again not even blaming him he’s carrying an injury and the whole team is rubbish but yeah . man#I���m not joining the hate train or scapegoating him but it’s also clear he’s not been playing well. although none of the forwards have been#playing well.::
