   This was suffering. Why did HE have to watch some performance when he could be doing something else? Oh, right. Because PANTALONE threatened to deduct money from the funding if he rejected participating in the holiday activities like he was planning to do. After all, Dottore has NO QUALMS in saying he didn’t like something no matter who it came from. He might be a tiny bit more professional about the matter, but that wouldn’t STOP him from making his displeasure known. 

   What he WASNT expecting was to find someone who was also apparently displeased at their current circumstances. Garnet colored eyes slide towards the balladeer, observing the puppet like a crocodile observing the shorelines from the water. Hee. Oh he always was a FUN one to deal with. A valuable subject for learning, a cruel little project of the doctor for centuries now. The puppet who thought he had no strings.
