what they dont tell u abt unexpectedly being the commenter to affect a celebrity's opinions on religious organizations is that u will still be finding alt-right/extremist hate comments about ur 18 yr old self years later. sucks man!

#not to out myself as the instagram commenter who made ellie goulding speak out against the salvation army but. that was in fact me #fun fact she was the first major celebrity to speak out against them so yay for that!#but oh my god worst week of my LIFE #i was bombarded w hate comments/threats and had to make my instagram private + eventually stopped using that profile altogether #thankfully the world has mostly forgotten abt that moment in time and now its mostly just a fun ice breaker for me #but i was just looking up info on ellie goulding (who i no longer support/listen to bc shes a fucking zionist)#and no joke saw someone on quora calling me a troll 😭#even QUORA???? im never going to escape this ARGHHH
