I was super into the 2005 TMNT cartoon when I was younger and the emotional whiplash of Raph in an alien drag race one episode to the very next one being Donatello in a a hell scape future where his entire family die on screen to send him back to the past was crazy. And the episode with a teenage Donnie being tortured for information and crying out for Splinter proper did something to me as a kid.

HII??? THAT HAPPENED?? Jesus CHRIST I knew some of the eps were dark BUT NOT THAT DARK!!!

Im gonna be honest here I did NOT get into rottmnt with the idea of getting into the other TMNT shows BUT WHEN YOU SAY THINGS LIKE THAT IT MAKES ME RECONSIDER. GOTDAMN!!!
