stop doin my lil post work pilate time for a few days and i did one again and died. plank involved anything are still very much my nemesis. also outer glute stuff BURNSSSS

AHHH#and my abs shake when i habe to curl lmfao#i am like an udon noodle. thicc. supple. floppy.#i been tryin to practice holding my navel in at random times to get used to the feeling tho cause i am a relaxed gut mfer most of the time#and trying to remember to hold it while doing the exercises is HARD. but helps with spine pain
