You know I hate headbands but hey! Mitsuki is using one too, I thought he wouldn't. I'm not sure if its like this tho, since the wind(again...) is scruffing his hair
Funny how I thought "Maybe I should draw Chouchou on the right since if I draw her on the left, her fringe will cover the eye" turns out Mitsuki has something similar going on too? Anyway I doubt it since its the WIND who is getting in the way(But if is this way then he is quickly approaching Orochimaru's hairstyle haha)
Brief thoughts about the recent spoilers
I didn't want to keep my hopes up with who are sent to Suna, I wished it would be the case they would interact at least once, I don't have any hope by now tbh
The choice of who are sent is concerning tho. I mean its fine Team 7 is having(at last) a proper reunion(Or gonna have since Boruto is going to be there too) But lmao Shikamaru sent not only Konohamaru who is already a Shinju target but also Sarada which means she could lure Hidari, and with that they have not 2 but 3 potential Shinju to fight.
In the end, does it matter? The one who they should be worried about is Kawaki(Posing as Boruto) since if he(Boruto) gets eaten is over for everyone...
Another thing that caught my attention was Mitsuki and Sarada being chill with each other? I thought omni messed up their friendship but they are like "whatever, man". It's like all the conflict that omni could generate didn't really matter :p(Hope its not only Chouchou the one friendship that went under the bus but I wouldn't be surprised really...)
The girl talk was... cringe... CRINGE!
why I'm here again?

Prince!Bakugou x Princess!Betrothed!Reader
A/n: Prompts once again coming to save me.

“We’re going to stay where?”
“With King Masaru and Queen Mitsuki,” your mother replied, smiling.
Recently, a fire had broken out and part of the palace you and your family lived in had been burned down. You knew that you needed to find another place to stay, but you never imagined you would completely leave the kingdom.
“Now, it’ll just be us two,” your mother said, “since your father will be staying behind to oversee the rebuilding of our castle. Besides, it’s been so long since I’ve seen Mitsuki, your old mother misses her best friend from time to time you know.”
That’s right. Your mother and Queen Mitsuki were childhood friends, just like your father and King Masaru. The pairs met each other at the royal academy and it wasn’t long before your parents and Mitsuki and Masaru were engaged.
That had eventually led to you and Katsuki Bakugou being born, and your parents betrothed the two of you in an agreement to unite the kingdoms.
“Um, but won’t it be, you know
 improper?” You fiddled nervously with the hem of your dress. You already knew that nothing would happen between the two of you, but you already had enough of the maids giggling about your engagement to Katsuki at your own palace; you didn’t want to imagine what the rumors would be like with the two of you together at his.
Wrong question to ask though. Your mother’s eyes narrowed and you could almost feel a chill crawl up your spine as she leaned in asked, “You're not planning to do anything improper, are you?”
“Nope! Of course not!”
“Good. And if he tries doing anything to you, kick him where it counts,” your mother said before sauntering off to check on her luggage.
“Just remember,” she called over her shoulder, “all those things can wait until after the wedding.”
“Mom! Don’t say those things-” and she was already gone.
You blushed furiously. Nothing was going to happen between the two of you.
The plan was just to enjoy a nice stay with your “Aunt and Uncle”, maybe go sightseeing, and overall have a nice time. That was it.
**
Those darn parents. They planned this, didn’t they?
You and your mother had arrived yesterday evening at the royal palace, and now you were heading to breakfast in the dining hall.
The dining hall that was completely empty save for your wonderful fiancé.
“So
 good morning, Katsuki.”
“Morning.”
“Are your parents busy?” You asked.
He rolled his eyes. “The old hag said her and the old man had a last minute conference to attend to.”
“Oh, I see. My mother ended up sleeping in.”
“Hn.”
‘Hn’? I guess I should be used to it by now.
You awkwardly began eating your breakfast. It wasn’t like you disliked Katsuki, and you weren’t uncomfortable with him either, it was just so painfully obvious what your parents were doing.
“Oi, hurry up and finish eating.”
“Huh?” You looked up, momentarily startled from being broken from your thoughts. “Why?”
“The old hag said I have to take you sightseeing today.”
“Oh, okay!” This was good. You two would be more comfortable getting out of the palace.
“By the way,” you said, finishing up your breakfast, “this food is really good. You must have some amazing chefs here.”
A small smile tugged at his lips. “Of course it was good. The royal family should only have the best.”
But what you didn’t know, and what he would never tell you on account of his pride, was that he had made the food himself.
**
“Wow, Katsuki! This is beautiful!” Katsuki had taken you up to the belltower in the capital, and you couldn’t believe how beautiful the view was. Right under the tower expanded the city, with its cobblestone streets, stone fountains, and various different vendors calling out to the people.
To the north were rolling hills covered in flowers, and to the south lay the sea, it’s turquoise waters beckoning you to come.
“Your kingdom is amazing
” you breathed.
“I know,” he said, a smirk growing on his face and his chest filling with pride, “and it’s all mine.”
“Well,” you smirked back, feeling bolder now that the mood felt more natural, “it’ll technically be mine one day too.”
“Huh? Oi, don’t get ahead of yourself.”
“Why not? Our marriage is set in stone, isn’t it?”
Your gaze softened a bit as you looked at him. “I think
 I think we’ll be happy together. I mean we’ve known each other our whole lives and we get along pretty well. I, for one, really enjoy your company.”
Katsuki stared at you for a moment, then suddenly turned around and started down the steps. “I don’t have time to be thinking about stupid stuff like weddings right now. Come on, let’s keep going.”
You reluctantly obliged, casting one last glance at the view.
As you gazed at the sea one last time, you didn’t notice the tips of Katsuki’s ears turning bright red.
**
You let out a sigh. Katsuki had been busy with his trade lessons again, and although you were interested in attending, the King and Queen insisted once more that you stay and relax, as you were their guest.
A few weeks had already passed since you began your stay. You enjoyed spending time with Queen Mitsuki and King Masaru. Although they were both completely different people, they were both nice and had their individual charms.
But most of all, you really did have a lot of fun spending time with Katsuki. Although he acted all grumpy about it, he still spent time with you each day, even going as far as to see you in his breaks.
You had even met some of his friends, like Prince Eijiro and Prince Hanta, but on those days he seemed even more grumpy. The one day Prince Denki had come over he even challenged him to a sword fight, which promptly convinced the prince to literally run away.
As you strolled through the peaceful palace gardens, you became aware of several footsteps coming from behind you.
You turned around, thinking that it may have been a couple servants coming to fetch you, but you saw no one.
No
 could it be? Assassins? Even if you were overreacting, it would be best to be careful-
“Wow, you’re really pretty.”
What?
Then you saw it. A few pairs of eyes were peeking out from behind a rose bush, timidly gazing at you.
‘How adorable,’ you thought. ‘They must be the servants’ children.’
One of them was more courageous than the others and stepped out from the bush.
“Who’re you? I haven’t seen you here before. You’re really pretty and have a really pretty dress, are you a princess?” She asked.
The others, seeing their companion’s bravery, stepped out from the bush too.
You giggled, “Yes, actually, I am a princess. I’m staying here for a little while.”
You sat down on a nearby bench, and the children sat themselves in front of you.
“Do you know the prince?” One of them asked.
“I do. He’s actually my betrothed.”
“REALLY?” They all gasped.
“Why would you marry him?” The little girl asked. “He’s so loud.”
You choked, trying to shove down a laugh. “I know he’s loud
 but it’s just how he shows emotion. He’s very passionate. About everything.”
“Mmm, if you say so,” she eyed you, not quite believing what you had said. “At least you’re really nice. I hope you come live at the castle and visit us once you two get married.”
“Oh, I’ll be sure to visit you guys,” you smiled.
“Tch. Why are you brats hanging around the princess?” You turned around just as Katsuki came and placed himself on the other end of the bench, crossing his arms and glaring at the kids. “Shouldn’t you be doing work or something?”
“No. We wanna hang out with her.” The little girl pouted.
“Yeah well I’m the prince and I wanna hang out with her so scram.”
“Hey, don’t be like that, Katsuki. They’re just kids. And besides, I want to hang out with them,” you said, adding a little bit of sass to your tone.
“Yaay! Tell us a story!” They all looked at you with puppy eyes.
“Okay! I know a lot of good ones!”
The kids suddenly crowded around you on the bench, putting even more room between you and Katsuki. You laughed and picked the little girl up, placing her on your lap.
“Alright, here’s a story about a dragon and the fierce duo who took it down...”
Katsuki rolled his eyes. Although he was annoyed that you were spending time with them instead of him, he kind of appreciated how you treated the brats.
He didn’t like them or anything, but he knew one day he’d have to have one to pass down the throne to.
There were plenty of arranged marriages with people who hated each other. That hate was only passed down to the children they had. But you were kind and gentle with kids. The way you smiled lovingly at them while trying your best to entertain them, Katsuki knew you’d be good with children of your own.
A brat
 from the two of you

A boy brat with his hair, and your eyes. Or a girl brat with your hair and his eyes

“Why is your face so red?”
“Huh?”
“Ohhh, I get it! You like her, right?” The little girl asked, a smug grin on her face.
“Eh? OI, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!” He screamed. “DON’T BOTHER HANGING AROUND IF YOU’RE GONNA SAY STUPID STUFF LIKE THAT. PLAYTIME’S OVER.” He stood up and walked away, face aflame and huffing.
Wow. Kids really don’t have any filter, do they?
But you had to admit, Katsuki blushing was a sight you’d never thought you’d see. It was adorable.
“So what happened next?”
“Oh, that’s right, so the knight
”
**
You let out a sigh, but this time not from missing Katsuki, but from missing your kingdom. The moon had risen long ago, and you still couldn’t fall asleep.
‘Maybe if I take a walk around the palace I’ll fall asleep sooner,’ you thought to yourself. You slipped on a night robe, and quietly walked out the bedroom.
As you walked through the hallway containing the rooms of the royal family, you noticed light peeking out from underneath the door of the king and queen’s bedroom. From inside you could hear faint voices.
What could they be talking about? Your curiosity told you to listen, but you resisted the urge. ‘It would be a breach of privacy, and if it concerns me I’m sure Katsuki will tell me in the morning,’ you reasoned with yourself.
Just as you turned away however

“Are you sure you’re okay with marrying the princess?”
You stopped in your tracks. So they were talking about you. Maybe it was wrong, but you had to hear Katsuki’s response. Your future, after all, centered around his next words.
“Eh? What’re you asking that for, Pops? Of course I am. Tch, what a stupid question.”
“DON’T TALK TO YOUR FATHER THAT WAY!”
You flinched, hearing Mitsuki’s scream.
“OI, DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, STUPID HAG! AND BESIDES, I’M JUST BEING HONEST! IT’S A STUPID QUESTION!”
This definitely wouldn’t help you fall asleep.
“DON’T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT EITHER! And besides,” Mitsuki said, her voice finally quieting, “it’s not a stupid question.”
“Your mother’s right.”
“No, she’s not, it’s a dumb question.”
“No, it’s not. Katsuki, we know we betrothed the two of you because of our friendship with (Y/n)’s parents, and in hopes to unite the kingdom, but from the start we knew the deal might fall through.”
“That’s right,” Masaru continued, “we only hoped the two of you could be happy together, but we won’t force you into marriage. There’s still plenty of time to call the engagement off. Her parents will understand.”
“Personally, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t be happy with (Y/n), but I understand why she wouldn’t be happy with you,” Mistuki added. “You can always find another princess and she can find another prince.”
No, you doubted you could ever be happy with another prince.
But would Katsuki be happy without you?
“ARE YOU TWO STUPID? DO YOU REALLY THINK I’LL LET SOME EXTRA LAY HIS HANDS ON (Y/N)? I’LL ALWAYS PROTECT (Y/N) AND PROVIDE FOR HER. SHE DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER PRINCE!”
“Hey, we were just-”
“I know she’s happy with me. She’s already told me. (Y/n)’s the only girl I’m interested in marrying, and I’ll work hard to make sure we’re happy together every day for the rest of our lives.”
Whatever his parents said next was lost in the night breeze. You slowly walked back to your room, the memory of what you just overheard replaying.
He wants us to be happy together too

Katsuki’s fierce proclamations only made your heart beat faster, and you felt more awake than before. Any feelings of homesickness were long forgotten, and when you finally fell asleep, your dreams were filled with vague images of a distant future

**
You screamed internally.
This was not how you wanted to spend your day.
Tomorrow was the day you were finally supposed to return to your kingdom. While you did miss it, you were having an amazing time with Katsuki and his family. You wanted to spend your last day with them.
Not surrounded by gossiping princesses at the once-monthly tea party of Princess Lydia of the Land of Rain.
You didn’t hate any of the other princesses, after all, they weren’t the worst of people. You didn’t dislike them for their stupidity, after all, stupid people deserve love too. You didn’t mind that they liked ball gowns, many of them had a great eye for fashion. Their love for boys didn’t faze you either.
After all, you had your opinion on them too.
But boys and ball gowns were all they ever talked about. And these parties were monthly.
To top things off, the only group of princesses you really enjoyed spending time with wasn’t there.
They would’ve made this more interesting.
“Now, onto the next subject that I think we’re all very interested in,” Princess Lydia giggled.
Here it comes.
“Princes!” She sang. “Now, I know this opinion changes constantly, so this month, who do you girls think is the most handsome prince?”
“Prince Todoroki!” An entire chorus of girls cried out.
“I think Prince Eijiro is so manly!”
“Prince Mirio is so big and strong!”
Please just shut up already.
“What about you, (Y/n)?”
Oh.
When I said shut up I didn’t mean I wanted to talk.
“Who do you think is the most handsome prince?”
How did you get out of answering this last time? You couldn’t deny there was one clear answer in your mind. A boy with fiery red eyes that sent your heart racing every time he looked your way.
“Come on, don’t be shy. We’re all shamelessly spilling our hearts out, aren’t we?”
What would their reaction be? Your fiancĂ© wasn’t popular among other royal ladies due to his rough demeanor. Would they criticize you?
Who cared anyway?
“I think Prince Katsuki is the most handsome prince.”
“What?”
“Oh please, you’re just saying that because the two of you are engaged. Certainly you would feel ashamed if you said anyone else.”
“If I was going to feel ashamed about my answer or pressured into saying a different one,” you glared at them, “why did you ask?”
The princesses visibly shrunk back.
Nobody said anything, until Princes Lydia spoke up. “Princess (Y/n), how do you really feel about being engaged to Prince Katsuki?”
If they had asked you some time ago, maybe you would’ve tried to avoid the question, or maybe you simply would’ve said that you felt content. But after spending so much time with Katsuki, the bud of love you always had in your heart was blossoming into a flower.
“I’m relieved.”
“Relieved?” She asked, confusion evident on all the ladies’ faces.
“Yes, relieved. Instead of marrying the man with the largest kingdom, or marrying a man I danced with once at a ball, I’m marrying the man I love. So, yes, I’m relieved.”
Once again, you were met with silence and shocked looks.
“Well, that’s very fortunate,” Lydia said, a look of discomfort on her face. “Now, I was wondering what you all thought of satin, as compared to silk
”
You sighed. The atmosphere felt heavy now, but you wouldn’t take back your words.
You loved Katsuki, and you were truly happy.
**
“HAH! YOU LOSERS REALLY THOUGHT YOU COULD BEAT ME?” Bakugou stood triumphantly over all the other princes.
They had all met up for the once monthly training session/competition that Prince Henry of the Land of Rain held, and he had won once again.
Although Prince Todoroki wasn’t there.
“Yeah, yeah, we get it,” Prince Henry coughed, getting onto his feet. “I’m beat. Let’s head back to the palace.”
“Yeah, and we can listen in on what the princesses are talking about,” Prince Kaminari said excitedly.
“Eh? What’re you talking about, Dunce Face?” Bakugou eyed him suspiciously.
“You didn’t know? My sister is having her monthly tea party today. A ton of princesses are there,” Henry explained.
“Yeah, Bakugou. It’s gonna be great.”
“Even your princess is gonna be there,” Henry said, looking at Bakugou. “... If you can really call her that, that is.”
Bakugou narrowed his eyes. “What do you mean, ‘if I can really call her that’?”
“Hey, Henry, don’t go picking a fight now,” Kaminari laughed nervously. “You already know how aggressive he is, don’t give him a reason to get even angrier.”
“Well, I was just thinking, you guys are only together because it’s arranged, right?” He smirked. “And it’s only arranged because your parents were friends? I’m sure they’d call off the wedding if you guys didn’t want to get married.”
“Hey, come on Henry,” Kirishima said, “it’s not very manly to talk like that.”
“Oi, listen here Dunce Face,” Bakugou growled, walking over to Henry and picking him up by the collar.
“Hey, Bakugou, please don’t beat him up right here, you’ll get in trouble,” Kaminari pleaded. “Besides, the drawing-room the girls are in is right ahead. They might hear.”
That seemed to abate Bakugou’s anger just a little bit. He knew you never liked seeing his temper.
“I’m only gonna say this once,” he snarled. “(Y/n) is my betrothed, which means I’m gonna marry her and make her my queen. If any of you tries to get in the way, I’ll blow your face off.”
He let go of Henry, walking past him with a deadly scowl.
“H-hey, don’t you wanna hear what the girls are talking about?” Kaminari stammered.
“Do I look like I have any interest in hearing petty gossip?”
“Well, no, but maybe you’ll get to hear what (Y/n) thinks about you,” he whispered.
“Princess (Y/n), Dunce Face. And I don’t care what-”
“What about you, (Y/n)?”
They all paused.
“Who do you think is the most handsome prince?”
Bakugou huffed. Slowly, he leaned against the wall, far away enough to act like he still didn’t care, but still close enough to hear.
It was an obvious trap, asking you your opinion on the most handsome prince when you were already betrothed. You must know that too.
“I think Prince Katsuki is the most handsome prince.” The other princesses let out exclamations of disbelief.
“Wow you see that, Bakugou? (Y/n) totally thinks you’re hot! You’re so lucky!”
“Great going, bro.”
“Tch, shut up, idiots!”
You were probably just saying that out of propriety.
“If I was going to feel ashamed about my answer or pressured into saying a different one, why did you ask?”
The others were stunned into silence.
He smirked slightly. That was his girl.
“Princess (Y/n), how do you really feel about being engaged to Prince Katsuki?”
“I’m relieved.”
Relieved?
“Yes, relieved. Instead of marrying the man with the largest kingdom, or marrying a man I danced with once at a ball, I’m marrying the man I love. So, yes, I’m relieved.”
Those words seemed to stop his heart, yet at the same time he felt it beat faster than ever before.
You
 weren’t lying. You could have simply said you were happy, but instead you said you loved him. You weren’t the kind to make an elaborate lie if you didn’t have to.
“Dude, you managed to capture (Y/n)’s heart? With your harsh attitude? Then why hasn’t anybody fallen for me yet?” Prince Kaminari whined.
“Dude, congratulations,” Prince Kirishima grinned. “You two make the manliest couple.”
“Of course we do!” He turned to Henry, sneering. “Now you know she feels towards me, so stay away.”
With that, he walked off to gather his belongings, and begin the journey home.
Hearing you say you loved him made his chest fill with pride, and more importantly, it made his heart swell too.
He loved you. You were the only girl for him, and he was the only one for you.
He was happy, knowing just how deeply your feelings for him ran.
**
Although you were supposed to be on your way back to your kingdom, you had convinced your mother and Katsuki’s parents to let you stay another day.
Not that they needed much convincing.
But the extra day had already come and gone, and now the two of you were once again left alone as your parents disappeared to “take care of the luggage”.
The two of you stood alone in the courtyard as you gazed at the shining stars above.
“I’ll miss the view,” you chuckled.
“Oi, don’t get ahead of yourself. You’ll be back to see it. After all, it’ll be yours one day too,” Katsuki said, looking at you.
You turned and met his gaze, smiling softly.
“So,” he said, after a moment, turning away, “you think I’m the most handsome prince?”
You froze. “You
 were there? You heard that?”
“Yeah, I came for the brother’s training session. Obviously I beat every single one of the weaklings.”
“And you heard every single thing I said
” You trailed off.
“Oi, why do you look like that?”
You looked away. He knew how you felt. You knew he wanted the two of you to be happy, but was love too strong a feeling for him?
“Tch, idiot. The things you do to me,” he murmured.
“What?” Your head snapped up. “And hey, don’t call me an idiot.”
Katsuki ignored your statement and walked towards you. He hesitated for just an instant before pulling you into his arms.
“Huh?” He- he had never done this before. Did this mean that he

“It was good that you said that,” he mumbled. “It was a good reminder for all those idiots to back off. I’m the one who’s gonna marry you.”
From within his embrace, you could feel his heartbeat rising as the heat of your face did the same. You relaxed completely in his arms, surrendering yourself to the moment.
“Katsuki, I love you.”
He hummed contentedly, “Yeah, and I love you too.”
The two of you stood there, soaking in each other’s presence and feelings. Although you knew you would have to part soon, you knew it wouldn’t be for long, and you soon would rest in his embrace once more.
~~~~
“Katsuki, let me see your face.”
“Huh? No, just stay like this.”
“Why don’t you want me to see your face?”
“Are you blushing?”
“NO! OF COURSE NOT! SHUT UP!”
PLEASE . YOUR TAGS ABT BARBARIAN BKG i am clawing at ur door like an insolent cat. getting chickens as a present is a love language all on its own and i am now incorporating this into my belief system why is that so Cute hes so cute im losijg ny mudn
he's so cute and confused airhejqkq like look at the wonderful chickens i raised ?? my incredibly cared for garden ??? why arent you in love with me immediately ??? gives you his best grown veggies, which he tends to HIMSELF, despite being the son of clan leader mitsuki. won't let anyone else give you anything, delivers all his gifts himself; sugarcane, 20 feet tall, carefully arranged in rows out in the field behind his yurt. his hands always smell sweet, like the sticky juice he grinds and dries out in the sweltering sun, and when he kisses you for the first time, the taste of sugar on his tongue makes you dizzy.
a sheep-wool scarf, dyed to match his eyes, that he ties gently around your neck. you've only ever seen them as white or blue, to symbolize purity or even the unending sky, and the red should maybe worry you — but it doesn't, just as he doesn't. if anything, it makes you feel safer, knowing such a delicate thing could be made with his calloused hands.
a liquor made from goats milk that makes his cheeks seem sun-kissed, something he shares with you on high hills in the summer, surrounded by the very herd he got it from. it makes him a little sillier, more prone to smiling and open touches that make you shy. he already runs hot, but the alcohol has him even warmer and the afternoons have to end in a lake that's cooled by the shade — where he, unbothered by nudity, insists you two should bathe the day away. together.
(after you finally realize what he's doing — and accept the proposal — he gives the final gift of a necklace in the same fashion as his own, refined turquoise that dangles to the middle of your chest; it's nothing such as fancy as diamonds or pearls, but the look of fondness that overtakes his features when he plays with it is worth more than anything, more than everything.)
