#turns out i may be more of a dirk kinnie than i originally thought#this is not a good thing#me.txt#dont read this i just need to get it out somewhere#so i. think i might be depressed#or like. my anxiety is *way* worse than i thought it was#idk i did a k10 test last night which is like a test therapists and psychologists and shit use to assess anxiety and depression levels#and apparently ive been experiencing 'high levels of distress' for the last four weeks#and it also linked a ton of anti suicide helplines and articles which i dont need but *fuck* that was kinda uh.#wild to see under an assessment of my mental health#idk#i had a really bad spiral yesterday which im still kinda riding out the after effects of now#so odds are i was projecting how shit i felt then onto the last four weeks#but still uh. not great i dont think#eh there isnt shit i can do abojt it
