#jungle juice#s2e52#i love huijin and suchan and bom but#the fanservice hijinks just aren't hitting#actually no scratch that. they don't hit as hard without the love that made them#back during the stray dogs arc i liked whenever bom and suchan got close in panels#i liked how they went from trainer and trainee to teammates#and i felt like their close proximity w/o the whole 'eek he's so close and i'm a girl and he's a boy and' was refreshing#(firmly excluding bom's inebriation. was massively Not fucking w that)#and in the opening of s2 w huichan flying as a unit was soooo so cute#the panel of his arms looped around her belly looked like a hug#i loved seeing them get more intimate and close w each other#but like. idk but it feels underwhelming to rely on The Hijinks for them to be closer together#and bom deserves more than to be treated as a nonexistent wedge between their relationship to make drama#loving the new developments in this ep otherwise tho
