“What do you think about Jisung?” Was the question Changbin asked when you chose truth in the game of truth or dare you were playing.
You smile sheepishly as all the boys stare at you excitedly and the girls have a little smirk on their lips, as if everyone knows something you don't.
“Hm, he's nice”, you shrug.
“You know that's not what he meant”, Ryujin says, raising a brow.
“Well, then be more specific”, you roll your eyes.
“Would you fuck him?” Karina asks, making the whole group gasp with her bluntness. Your eyes dart to Jisung, who's as red as a tomato, his bottom lips are stuck between his teeth while he stares at you anxiously.
“That's- I never thought about that, so I'm not sure”, you answer nervously. Seeing Jisung’s shoulders go down and a pout form in his lips.
“Then, there's your answer”, Karina shrugs, turning the bottle so someone else can go.
You were being truthful, you never thought about your friend in that way. You know he's handsome but you always avoid having second intentions with someone so close to you because you don't want to lose a friendship.
However, after that day and after seeing Jisung's reaction to your answer, you can't shake the feeling that maybe he's into you. You constantly catch his gaze lingering on you, when you guys are alone he keeps stuttering and even when your other friends are around, he treats you differently from them.
A few weekends after that night, Chan invites everyone to a get together in his house so everyone's going to sleep there after. Karina, Ryujin and Lia stop by your house in the early afternoon to get you so you can all go to Chan's together. When you get there, the guys are in the pool playing some sort of game, Felix and Changbin are on top of two floats, fighting while Minho is attacking Changbin with his water gun and Jisung is in the middle of both.
You stop in your tracks, watching as Jisung holds Changbins thighs, his biceps are deliciously showing and flexing as the older man falls out of the float and the younger one catches him, grabbing his bottom slightly but you can't help but wish you could be the one being grabbed by him like that.
Yes, you weren't lying that night when you said you had never thought about Jisung in that way. The problem is, that after you did, you couldn't stop. Everything he did from that night onwards caught your attention. His eyes on you, his lips, the way he smirks when someone says something dirty and he thinks no one's paying attention. The way every piece of fabric he wears hugs his body like it was made just for him. Your girlfriends are already onto you, they know something is off and they have the feeling that you finally opened your eyes to the puppy in love in your group of friends, but they decided not to say anything for now, afraid that they are going to scare you off and make you bury your new found attraction for Jisung deep in your heart, afraid to ruin your friendship.
You shake your head, listening to what the others are talking while you go inside to put your things in the guestroom Chan has prepared for you.
You spend the afternoon mostly just sunbathing while observing the guys joking around and other people arrive little by little taking your attention away from the pool.
While you eat, you can't help but notice a blonde laughing too loudly, catching your attention. She pushes Jisung playfully, throwing her head back, making you huff annoyed, you're sure what he said isn't even that funny.
“I'm gonna get some more beer, does anyone want something from the kitchen?” Jisung gets up, asking around.
“I'll help”, the blonde smiles, following him after some people ask for their beverage of choice and your eyes linger on his figure, as he walks away with the beautiful girl.
“Oh, y/n, can you get some more napkins for us?” Ryujin asks. You frown, you're sure you just saw a mountain of napkins somewhere but you have no idea where it went as you look around and can't find it.
“Sure”, you nod, getting up to go to the kitchen.
As soon as you enter the house you can hear the giggles coming from the kitchen. You take a deep breath trying to gather the courage to go inside and see something you're not sure you want to.
The girl is close to Jisung, too close for her own good, attached to his arm, practically hanging on to him. You scowl, feeling the blood in your body boiling, if you weren't sure about your feelings for your friend, you are damn sure now seeing as you're basically foaming at the mouth with the view right in front of you.
Jisungs gaze lands on you immediately when you enter the kitchen, his eyes grow wide and he takes a step back, detaching himself from the girl.
“Am I interrupting?” You ask, knowing well that you are and ignoring the glare the blonde gives you.
“Ye-” she tries to say, but is cut off by the man whose gaze hasn't left your figure since the moment you arrived.
“No”, he gulps, “what are you looking for?” Jisung asks.
“Napkins”, you say, tilting your head and leaning over the counter. Your elbows rest on the surface, purposely bringing attention to your chest.
“Just a minute”, Jisung gulps, turning around and opening the fridge. He takes out four cans of beer and gives it to the blonde. “You can go back first, I'll bring the rest in a minute”
She looks at him for a whole 10 seconds, stunned and then huffs, marching out of there.
“Your girlfriend is lovely”, you tease him, walking around the counter to get closer to him.
“She's not my girlfriend”, he laughs sheepishly, “we were just talking”
“I'm sure you were”, you say sarcastically and stare at him for a moment. “So? The napkins?” You ask.
“Oh, yeah! Yeah! Here”, he says, turning around to open the door to the cabinet on top of the sink.
Jisung’s arms look especially strong when he's flexing like that to pull the packages, it's something so mundane but it makes you blush the same way. He closes the door after and hands the products to you. “I'm going to get the beer for the others and follow you in a moment”
You nod, realizing that everything is different now that you know that you like your friend. You like Han Jisung.
You wake up the next morning feeling like shit, you tossed and turned in your bed until you finally fell asleep. You thought about all the things that could go wrong now that you liked one of your friends. What if things didn't work out between you two, you're sure it would cause a rift on your friend group.
Most people went home after midnight, Chan lets only his close friends crash in his house so you know everyone that stayed the night. Lia is by your side, yapping about what you're planning to do in the afternoon while you bite into your bread and try to not freak out when Jisung shows up in the living room. You keep avoiding his eyes, like you're guilty of something, and you definitely are, guilty of liking one of your friends.
In the afternoon you go out with Ryujin, Felix and Hyunjin, you all wanna walk around in the city and buy some clothes you definitely don't need. In the car you stare outside, your friends notice you're dozing around but prefer to wait for you to tell them if something is wrong.
After buying a new bikini, you just accompany your friends in their shopping spree. When you have no more room in the car for any more bags, you finally sit to get something to eat and while you wait for your order, you seize the opportunity to ask what's been on your mind in the last hour.
“Does Jisung like me?” You ask, you want to be sure that he doesn't want to just sleep with you.
“Where did that come from?” Felix frowns.
“That night I was asked if I would sleep with him”, you blush, “I was just wondering if he likes me or just finds me attractive”
Below the table, your fingers are pressing and scratching one another, you're nervous.
“I thought it was pretty obvious”, Hyunjin says, shrugging and getting elbowed by Felix.
“I don't think we are supposed to talk about that”, the younger one smiles awkwardly.
“Oh, please. It's not like the guy has made any effort to keep it a secret”, Ryujin rolls her eyes. “Clearly y/n likes him, that's why she wants to know”, your friend completes, laughing as your eyes grow wide. “It's not like you are making any effort to hide it either”
“Yes, he likes you”, Hyunjin says, ignoring Felix’s worries, “but he was very disheartened after that night when you said you never thought about him in that way”
‘It's a lie, but you don't need to know that’, he thinks to himself. Hyunjin is much more experienced in the love field, opposite to you and Jisung, so he knows you just need a little push for things to start working out and he doesn't mind being the one shoving you to each other.
“Oh”, that's all you can say.
That means maybe he doesn't like you anymore, right? That girl from the other night was very pretty, maybe she's his new type. She looked very girly and soft, you don't know if you would be considered any of that. Most importantly, she was clearly interested in him, maybe he wants to go after someone who doesn't reject him in front of everyone he knows.
You toss and turn once more in bed, Ryujin is sleeping right next to you and you're afraid of waking her up because you can't sleep. Your mind is so full of thoughts, a million per hour and you just can't stop thinking about how you ruined everything with the guy you like.
Even with the AC turned on, you're still hot and since you don't want to wake up anyone, you silently grab your bikini, putting it on before going to the pool.
You didn't expect to find Jisung there, he's just floating in the water with a pout on his lips and eyes closed, maybe he fell asleep?
You sit comfortably on the edge of the pool, putting only your feet in the water and watching Jisung. After a few minutes of complete stillness, the man opens his eyes, taking a deep breath and sinking into the water.
He comes back a few seconds later, back turned to you and you can't help but watch him. His back is muscular, broad shoulders with a tiny waist. When he turns around, he flinches, seeing you there, staring at him.
“I didn't mean to scare you”, you chuckle.
“It's fine”, he scratches the back of his head, “I thought I was the only one still awake”
“It's really hot, I couldn't sleep”, you say, it's not the whole truth but you're not sure if you want him to know that he's the reason you're still wide awake.
He nods, awkwardly looking around while his hands play with the water. Since that game, you both have been feeling weird near each other, you for discovering these new emotions towards your friend and him for being embarrassed that you knew about his one sided crush.
‘Maybe it's worth it’, you think to yourself. He already risked it all when he let you know about his crush, it's not the end of the world if he doesn't like you anymore, you just have to ask.
“About that night…”, you ask out of nowhere with a courage you have no idea where it came from. “Do you still like me?”
Jisung opens his mouth a few times, closing it right after, not knowing what to say. He takes a deep breath before answering.
“I'm sorry, I didn't want to make you uncomfortable or anything”, he sighs.
“Do you still like me?” You frown, repeating your question.
“Yeah, I do”, he shrugs, embarrassed.
“I never thought about you that way before”, you say, seeing the pout growing in his lips, “but after that night I kinda did”
Jisung stares at you for a minute before speaking again.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean that I like you back”, you feel your whole face heating while you wait for him to react. You both are still far from each other, Jisung in the middle of the pool while you're at the edge. His eyes grow wide and his lips open like he has something to say but doesn't know how.
He starts coming close to you, your heart beating faster as the distance between you both lessens, until the man stops in front of you, his hands landing on each side of your thighs but still not touching.
“Can you repeat that?” He blushes, “I don't want you to say you like me back just because you pity me”, he bites on his bottom lip and you smile. You cup his face with your hands, bending down so you can kiss him. His lips are soft and he tastes good, sweet, like something you would never get tired of. His hands finally touch your skin, sliding to your thighs and squeezing the plushy flesh.
“If you knew me at all, you'd know I would never lie about liking someone”, you let go of him, smiling and giving him a peck before growing the distance between your faces.
“I just really like you”, he blushes, biting his bottom lip, finally letting his gaze travel down your body, going through your tits pushed up by the bikini top and going down your stomach, until it reaches your bikini bottom, his hands squeezing your thighs even more to the view of your body in front of him.
“Is that so?” You smirk, “show me then”, you smile, bending down to whisper in his ear. “Show me how much you like me”
Jisung doesn't waste any time, grabbing your face with only one hand and squeezing your cheeks, kissing you harshly. His other hand slides up, pulling the strings of your bikini bottom so he can untie the bow. He pulls away from you, leaving kisses down your neck, he has his hand down on your pussy, putting on a finger and watching your reaction to it.
You moan, grinding your hips against his hand so you can feel him deeper. Jisung has his mouth slightly opened, dazed with the little whimpers you let out when he adds another finger inside you. Your hands go instantly to his shoulders, nails burying in his skin while his other hand unties the top of your bikini, freeing your tits. Jisung watches them bounce with his bottom lip stuck between his teeth. He can't help himself, coming closer, his mouth closing on your left breast, his tongue playing with your nipple, making you moan.
His thumb slides to your clit and you bite on your bottom lip, trying not to make too much noise — at least not more than you're already making.
The man smiles, kissing down your stomach, getting closer to your pussy and you can feel his breath hitting the skin, making you tremble.
He licks a stripe between your folds, your hands fly to his hair pulling the locks. Jisung's hands slide to your thighs, pulling you more to the edge of the pool. Putting your legs over his shoulders and grabbing your ass so he can eat you out more intensely.
He looks like a man starved, the way he groans and moans just by feeling your taste. Jisung is so turned on he could come just by feeling your tight pussy in his mouth. The sounds you make are divine, he can't believe he gets to hear you like this, because of him, just for him.
“I- I'm gonna-”, you can't even finish your sentence, moaning the moment you try to say more than three words.
“Come for me, baby”, he stops eating you out just to say it, going back to work as soon as the words leave his mouth, he stares at you intensely from down there, working even harder and making you come undone in his mouth.
You take a few deep breaths, eyes closed. You can't believe how good he's at this and it also makes you a bit jealous, how did he get so good?
You watch as the man cleans around his mouth with his thumb, immediately taking the finger to his mouth to lick it clean and you hold the moan that wants to escape your mouth.
“Do you want to keep going?” He asks, not expecting you to but hoping that you do.
You nod, untying the other side of your bikini bottom, throwing the piece of fabric behind you.
You take Jisung's hands in yours, guiding them to your waist as you push yourself into the water. The man holds you, kissing your lips as soon as you are close enough to him. You can feel his hard cock pressing against your thighs when he pulls you towards him, wanting to feel your body on his and you can feel the heat growing all over your body again.
You slide your hand inside his shorts, grabbing his dick and making him whimper in your mouth. You bite on his bottom lip, your hand makes movements of back and forth, making Jisung bend down and bite your shoulder, trying to suppress his moan. You groan, it feels good having him so close to you, marking you as his.
You pull his shorts down all the way down, pushing yourself up and wrapping your legs around his hips. Jisung grabs his cock, rubbing his tip on your entrance, slightly teasing your clit.
“Are you sure about this?” He groans, trying to control himself, “after this I won't let you go”
You nod, closing your eyes in anticipation.
“Words”, he whispers, barely being able to hold himself back.
“Fuck.me.now”, you say with gritted teeth, opening your eyes to stare at him, holding onto his shoulders when he finally enters you.
You feel like heaven when he's inside you, your velvet walls tightening around him make him groan.
“Shit”, he cusses, biting on his bottom lip. “You're so hot”, he gets closer, kissing you deeply. His lips are so soft, you could never get over it.
Jisung starts thrusting, wrapping his arms around your waist to bring you closer, fucking you deeper.
Your hands slide to his hair, pulling the locks while his lips go down your neck. He bites on your skin, sucking the area until it's red and you're sure it's gonna leave a mark. One of his hands goes to your clit, rubbing the bud, making you get closer to your climax.
“I'm close”, he says, his thrusts faster and his fingers working diligently.
“I'm close too”, you say, kissing him, feeling his thrusts getting sloppier. You feel the hot liquid being spilled inside you, but he doesn't stop. Jisung keeps going, putting more pressure into your clit until you're trembling around him. He whimpers in your mouth, his hips faltering and both of your breaths growing tired.
He rests his head on your shoulder for a few seconds, before moving away from you, staring at you like you're going to fight him and run off.
“I guess you like me a lot”, you smirk, watching him blush and smile.
“Do you wanna go out with me?” He asks, biting on his bottom lip.
“I thought you'd never ask”, you smile, giving him a peck on the lips. “I even already have the reason for our first fight”, you raise one brow, laughing as his eyes grow wide.
“What?”
“You are going to have to explain to me how you got so good at eating pussy”, you tease and he smiles.
“I guess I'm just a natural”, he shrugs, making you shake your head in amusement and kiss him.
You could get used to this, you definitely can.

I like to think about Kyle being the smartest one in the room sometimes. And I love to think about Kyle being the smartest one in the pub the night he meets you. Loud and laughing perched on a stool with a third vodka in your hand. You sit above the crowd, looking down.
He manages to intercept one of your friends on their way to the toilet, casually asking them what're they're celebrating tonight.
"Oh, the professor just got published. Again. We drag her out every time."
It turns out you're a phd. Computer science and systems. Not his favorite, but he'll bite. He knows more than enough. And you, pretty thing, think you know it all. You're an asp, full of venom, coiling for a strike. Arrogant, cold. Buttoned up and sneering. You're smart, and you know it. You're smart, and you could shut anyone in this whole place down.
Anyone but him.
So, it starts with the wager.
"You'll ask me a question, and if I get it right, you'll drink. If I'm wrong, I'll drink." Your circle of friends oooh, and your lips press into a firm, unimpressed line.
When he gets the first one, you scoff.
"That was easy."
"So, try harder. Are you really an expert in the field?" He's taunting you, but there's a pin prick of heat in your eyes, something telling him you like it, like this. The shade of embarrassment, the quick strike of embarrassment.
The second gets off just as well. You ask. He answers. You drink.
Again, and again, until you're vibrating with frustration. Until your friends have dispersed to different corners, different amusements.
"You think you're so smart."  You hiss, and he chuckles in a condescending way that makes your eyes widen, indignant.
But-
for a split second, it slips. Everything falls to the wayside and he finds what he knew was there all along.
I see you.
He digs deeper. Pushes you farther. Fans the flames.
"No, love. You think you're so smart. But we both know you've got a lot to learn, hm?"
Later, when he has you underneath him in your bed, your legs pushed back, thighs framing your cunt like the prettiest picture he's ever seen, he leans over your body and grazes your cheek with his lips.
"Tell me, pretty." His thrusts are punishing, pushing you up the bed into where he's using the headboard as leverage. You want to come. You want to come so badly, the snake is back, gaze so full of rage he's surprised it's not red.
"Stop, either make me come or get-"
"No baby. You're not making the rules here. You're not smart enough, isn't that right?" He punches forward and you keen, curling up into his chest. He cradles your head close, kissing your ear. "Can't make the rules if you don't even know what's best." He's breaking you down, brick by brick, dismantling each and every layer until he finds the person tucked away in the rubble, the soft, scared girl in the center of it all.
When he makes you come, you cry, and he wipes those big fat tears with his tongue.
Afterwards, he tugs you close, holding your wrists together, holding you still. Trapped. "I'll make the rules now professor,” he murmurs gently, “I'll decide what's best."

The Proposal AU! (part two)
Tumblr media
Summary: when your boss Agatha faces the threat of deportation, she convinces you to marry her in return for a promotion- and things only get more complicated with a trip to Salem, an eccentric tarot-card-reading aunt, and a homophobic mother to convince.
Agatha Harkness x Fem!Reader
TW: deportation (which I admit I know very little about I'm not American lol) suggestive themes, sort of arranged marriage
W.C: roughly 1.3k words
PART ONE PART THREE (coming soon)
“There’s no way this is going to work.” You said, bouncing your leg underneath the table, finding it the only outlet for the sickening anxiety weighing down upon you.
To your left, Agatha was scrolling on her phone, nonchalant and entirely unaffected by your panic.
Realising you weren’t going to get a response; you allowed your gaze to travel across the room. It was barren, impersonal and imposing. The chair opposite was currently empty as you waited for someone to arrive. Who, you weren’t quite sure. You really didn’t understand anything about this entire process, and you silently prayed that Agatha did.
Agatha, who was infuriatingly casual about the whole thing. It wouldn’t surprise you if she didn’t understand the process, if she was just winging it- if she had dragged you into all this just to torture you. In an attempt to pass the time, you tried racking your brains for something you might’ve done wrong recently. A coffee order you had messed up, a report you had forgotten to submit, a mistake you might’ve made with her calendar. Yet, nothing came to mind.
Out of the corner of your eye, you looked Agatha up and down. Her coat was neatly folded over the back of the chair that she was slumped in, rather ungracefully you noted. She was wearing a purple jumper with a broach pinned to the collar, one you had never seen her without. You had always longed to ask her whether there was some meaning behind it, but knew better than to expect a genuine answer.
You glanced up at her face, framed by strands of dark brown hair falling from a messy bun, and watched as she chewed on her lip. Now this was a habit you hadn’t noticed before.
“Are you nervous?” You interrogated after spending a second longer staring at her lips than was socially acceptable.
“Why would I be? She murmured, not bothering to look up from her phone. “I have my gorgeous fiancé here with me.”
You sighed, willing her to show one ounce of normal human emotion and opening your mouth to refute.
“Well, isn’t that just lovely to hear.”
Both you and Agatha jumped in your seats at the sound of a foreign voice.
The man rounded the desk, dressed in a perfectly tailored, colourless suit. He had neatly combed grey hair and an impassive expression. “Lovely to meet you both.” He said, routinely taking his seat opposite. “I’m Tyler Hayward and I’ll be handling your case Miss…” the man’s eyes travelled across the file already opened on his desk. “Miss Harkness.” He finished, smiling up at you both coldly.
“Pleasures all mine.” Agatha smirked, tucking her phone away to pay the man full attention.
Finding your mouth suddenly dry, you nodded with a grimace that you hoped came across more like a smile.
“So, I have one question.” Hayward clasped his hands together, eyes darting between you both before landing specifically on you. He licked his lips, prolonging the tense silence, then finally, “Are you committing fraud to avoid her deportation so that she may keep her position at the company you work at?”
Right then and there, you could’ve sworn your heart stopped beating.
“That’s insane!” Agatha exclaimed, faking outrage as she slammed her palm down onto the desk- ever one for the dramatics. “The audacity to even suggest such a thing!”
You looked over at Hayward, seeing the glint in his otherwise frigid composure. You knew this was the kind of reaction he had hoped for, fake or not, and while this kind of intimidation tactic worked for Agatha with incompetent employees, it wouldn’t work on this occasion. She was doing herself no favours in trying to sell this sham marriage, and any remaining hope you held that she had a plan immediately went out the window.
“How dare you, we’re in love!” Agatha continued. “And I do not appreciate those kinds of insinuations that-“
“Hey, hold on now, love.” You intervened, ignoring how unnatural it felt to be referring to your boss in such a way. “He’s just doing his job.” Swallowing back your discomfort, you reached over to place a soothing hand on Agatha’s thigh, trying to ignore the way her skin radiated warmth through the layer of fabric. “But no, Mr Hayward, there is nothing fraudulent about the way I feel for Agatha. Unconventional, maybe. But definitely real.” You said through gritted teeth, attempting to force as much affection into your gaze as you could.
Which was especially hard with the way Agatha was staring back at you: a mixture of impressed, confused, and suggestive…
“My apologies.” Agatha said, placing her hand over yours. “I just get upset when people make assumptions about my personal life.”
“I understand that.” Hayward nodded, pulling your attention away from Agatha and back to him. “And you’re right it is unconventional for a relationship between an employer and employee. How, might I ask, does the company feel about this? I’m surprised they would allow such a relationship.” He inquired, though his curiosity wasn’t genuine. He knew that it wouldn’t be permitted, that this was a glaring flaw in your non-existent plan.
“The truth is…” You began, swallowed hard and thought desperately about how to respond. “Agatha and I… we’re just two people who weren’t supposed to fall in love… but did.” You shrugged, pretending as though you were reliving such great hardships. “And we couldn’t tell anyone we work with... As you pointed out, it would be deeply inappropriate.”
You smiled sadly, praying that Agatha would jump in so you wouldn’t have to monologue any longer. Each word you worried over, just waiting for you to slip up and have Hayward jump in and arrest you for fraud. You could practically feel the handcuffs around your wrists now, the cold metal tight against your skin, cutting into your flesh, constricting your movement. You felt your heart start to pound, your palms start to sweat.
Agatha must’ve felt you tensing up, as suddenly, you felt her thumb begin to trace soothing patterns against the top of your hand. Round and round. Real and yet ever so gentle. The soft contact drew you back into the moment, back to her.
Back to Hayward…
“So, no co-workers will be able to vouch for you.” He looked down at his file, grabbed a pen and scribbled something down. “What about family? Have the two of you told your parents about this forbidden love?”  He questioned, narrow-eyed and mocking.
“Oh, I…” You grit your teeth together, sucking in a lungful of air as you pondered how this would look. “My parents are out of the country right now.”
“Of course they are.” Hayward chuckled maliciously, jotting more down on his form.
“Well, my mother is actually on a road trip through the country with some… other relatives.” Agatha chimed in, regaining Hayward’s attention. “In fact, we were planning on joining up with them in Salem this weekend to share the wonderful news.”
“We were?” You asked before you could stop yourself.
“Oh yeah, how could you forget, sweetheart?” She fake-reprimanded. “It’s Aunt Lilia’s big sixtieth birthday road trip, the whole family’s coming together to surprise her.”
“Right…” You nodded along, though you couldn’t rid yourself of the frown adorning your face. You recognised what Agatha was doing. She was overcompensating, but she was only going to complicate this arrangement even further.
“How lovely.” Hayward drawled. “I suppose you’ll both be travelling up tomorrow then?”
“That we will.” Agatha gulped, your eyes tracing the movement of her throat.
You turned back to Hayward and met his evident annoyance with a smile, one more genuine. You didn’t like the man. You wanted to prove him wrong...
“I for one can’t wait!”

What the heck, I'll also answer these with Sammy because I've been feeling edgy as hell lately.
Last one with this gal, for real this time. The unwilling vampire-turned-vampire hunter, Sammy
vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
Tumblr media
1. Excluding murder, what's the worst thing you've done?
SM: Considering the idea of giving in to the thirst at all.
2. Have you ever killed someone?
SM: Not someone, something. They're not people.
3. Have you ever killed a friend/family member/loved one?
SM: No. This question makes me incredibly angry.
4. What appears in your darkest nightmares?
SM: Blood that isn't my own.
5. What is your moral code?
SM: Protect the natural, kill the unnatural. Simple as.
6. Would you make a deal with the devil?

SM: Far enough.
8. Would you consider yourself as evil?
SM: By virtue of my condition, yes.
9. Do you enjoy watching others suffer?
SM: I can't feel joy. But watching them squirm like the parasites they are as I send them straight to hell is... cathartic.
10. Have you ever tortured someone?

11. If you were arrested, what would the charges be?
SM: Theft. Don't ask.
12. Who do you hate the most?
SM: ...Myself.
13. What is your "villain song"?
OOC: She doesn't really have one, but I tend to listen to Devils Never Cry when I draw her. Maybe Bring Me To Life by Evanescence? That's a certified Edge™️ classic.
14. If you draw: Draw your OC's darkest moment or reimagine them as a demon!
OOC:
Not really her darkest moment, but,
'Sammy looked ahead at the man who had once been her token of admiration.
A man of good, of kindness and sincerity. Who had once guided them into the right path.
Who'd once walked into her home not as a friend, nor as a figure of authority, but as family.
An equal. To her father, a brother. And to her mother, a cousin.
He stood there quietly, illuminated by the bright moonlight coming through the church's windows as he calmly straightened the creases of his vestment.
Staring coldly at the beaten and bloodied body of an unconscious Silver.
It had happened so quickly, she didn't even have time to react.
Before she knew it, she'd been slammed into the ground with enough force to shatter her spine.
It only took one or two seconds after that for her friend to follow suit and be reduced to a wheezing mess.
And she was powerless to do anything about it. As it always was. Forced to listen to the shrieks of pain of another victim while her wakened body tried its best to repair itself with what little blood she had left in her.
It angered her.
But what angered her the most was the unfeeling expression that bloodsucking bastard had all throughout.
It angered her so, so much.
"Now," the man finally spoke, wiping his bloodied hands with a pure white cloth "We can finally talk."
To hell with that, she thought.
"How peculiar" he continued "Those eyes of yours. They rage with the embers of hatred. Is it me that you despise?"
The man walked forward, into the shadows where she lay, matching her piercing stare with his own.
"I wonder why?" He calmly mused.
And then he placed a foot on her left arm. Pushing slowly, steadily, watching the skin tear apart and the bone splinter with a grotesque sound.
Of course, she didn't feel any of it. They both knew she couldn't. And to her, that was the worst punishment he could've given her.
"You were always quite fiery. The way you'd listen to the sermons, pay attention in Sunday school. That passion had always set you aside. And yet, it has also led you astray."
Then he did the same with her right arm, making sure to drag his sole on her mutilated limb with apathy.
"Holding to the remnants of your past. Hoping that they will keep you warm" he said, dropping the stained cloth on her pooling blood "I just can't understand why."
That got a grunt out of her.
"Why would the Father choose someone like you? Who so fervently seeks to reject his gift? His ideals? His goals?" He said while running a finger on his rosary "Someone so... immature--"
"Shut the fuck up already" she spat, voice coarse and breathy.
The man simply sighed in response.
"Of course. You're still young. I often forget that" he lamented quietly "Children learn by imitation, not comprehension."
Then he signaled back to Silver's unconscious form.
"That boy over there. You both act really similarly. Perhaps he was the one to influence you in this way?"
"Lay another finger on him..." she barked coldly, yet it did nothing to deter the pastor.
"And what?" He scoffed. Even though he couldn't express emotion, he sounded almost indignant "You are at the edge of your mortality, just like him. It would do you no good to continue your empty intimidations. After all..."
He turned around, giving her an uncaring glance as he walked back towards the boy.
"...You don't actually care what happens to him anyway, do you?"
"Go to hell."
The man knelt besides her sleeping companion, seemingly unfazed by the myriad of insults and threats that she continued to throw at him.
"You can stop pretending now" he stated matter-of-factly.
But that only fueled her anger further.
"You don't know fuck about me. Don't try to act like--"
"All of this... attitude. This rebellious phase." He interrupted her "Playing pretend with these... animals. Like they're not food to be consumed. Like you have the strength to make things right. Clinging on to something that you're not anymore. Of a world that isn't there, and a me that never was. Raging senselessly, when you care more about the fact that I'm alive and not that he's dying. Stop pretending, Samantha."
She bared her teeth at him. Bloodied gums and sharpened fangs gleamed under the dim light, being reflected into his unchanging pupils. Defiant, yet slightly wavering.
He sighed.
"I have now come to terms with the fact that I can't make you understand. It is simply not my place to do as a father should" he said, standing up with that same unapologetic attitude that crept into her very nerves "But it is in my hands to set an example."
"If you fucking dare--"
"Relax" the man ordered, sending a shockwave through her core with his voice "That would be counter-productive. This child... is still yet useful. Both of them are."
Her mind wandered back to Johnny, and her eye twitched slightly at the realization that she'd completely forgotten about him in her rampage.
Wherever he'd run off to, hopefully he had managed to escape. The kid was smart enough to know when to turn tail and run.
How ironic, that the same thing she'd criticized him for was the culmination of both his salvation and her damnation.
Now wasn't the time to be reminiscing about that, though. With any luck, the pastor would be oblivious to her thoughts on the matter.
"But this... thing you three do, playing with toys while thinking you're some sort of heroes" he interjected, calmly walking back to her for the last time "It must be put an end to. For your own good."
"Fuck you, pendejo de mierda."
"I no longer expect you to understand, as I said. It is not my duty to act as a father would" he said with a sigh, kneeling before her "But as the elder sibling, I must set a good example."
She was about to tell him to go fuck himself with that family bullshit, when a metallic object suddenly came in contact with the roof of her mouth.
The hammer of Silver's .50 caliber revolver clicked into place with a small sound as the pastor once again got to speak in her place.
"As such, please watch and learn as I provide the appropriate punishment for such behavior, in place of the Father."
The last thing she could do was throw him one final spiteful glance before his finger came in contact with the trigger.
Bang! The sound of the first bullet reverberated in her mouth.
Bang! The second one pulsated deeply within her veins.
Bang! The third echoed through her lungs.
Bang! The fourth rippled through her milky eyeballs.
Bang! The fifth rang far into the distance.
By the time she came to, what remained was only but the shattered pieces of the one person that she'd been desperately clinging to.'

Would you still love me if I was a worm?
I put up a poll like two months ago about which WIP y'all wanted first and this was the winner by a landslide.
This may also be one of the sadder things I wrote. Part 1 MDNI 18+
Carmy Berzatto x Reader
The Bear Masterlist
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Carmy got home late that night, later than he’d like, especially knowing he’d only be home for a few hours before returning to The Bear. He kicked his shoes off and shed his backpack and jacket before locking his apartment door. He wandered into the kitchen to see a plate covered in plastic wrap. He looked at it for a second before removing it from the fridge to see a fluorescent sticky note with your loopy handwriting on it, ‘another attempt :)’  he chuckled and removed the plastic wrap and placed the plate in the microwave before pulling his phone out of his pocket to see you’d texted him hours ago.
‘I found another polenta recipe online!’
‘Imma bring a plate over for you, baby :)’
‘Miss you!!’
Carmy smiled and quickly texted you back. He was surprised to hear a text notification coming from his bedroom. He put his phone on the counter before lazily pushing a hand through his hair. He walked through the living room to his bedroom. You were in his bed, asleep and drooling slightly. He chuckled and quietly approached the edge of the bed.
He pushed a fallen lock of hair out of your face and tucked it behind your ear before kissing your forehead, “Thanks for dinner, baby…” he whispered before walking back out to the living room.
~
You stirred in bed when you felt the weight of the mattress shift. You shifted in your sleep and sighed softly, “Carmy?” you asked sleepily.  “Hi, baby,” Carmy whispered in your ear as he pulled you flush against his body, his arms wrapping tightly around your waist. He kissed your shoulder, “Good day?” you asked as you brought a hand to the back of his head to lace your fingers in his unruly greasy curls. Carmy grumbled in response and kissed your neck softly, “That bad?” you giggled.
“Just missed you,” Carmy mumbled before softly biting down where he’d been previously kissed. “I just need you- all fuckin’ day.” His hips subtly pressed against your ass, causing you to gasp at the sensation softly. “I need you, baby.” Carmy whispered, “Can I have you?”
You didn’t answer the question. Instead, you wiggled in his grip, trying to rotate yourself in his arms to face him. Carmy’s grip tightened, “No, just like this baby. I want you just like this…” he cooed as his hands began exploring your body through the oversized t-shirt you’d worn to bed. You felt yourself melt against his chest as he began to manhandle your breasts over the shirt. As Carmy rolled your nipples between his index and middle fingers, a needy moan escaped your lips; you needed him as much as he needed you.
Cooking had been Carmy’s passion for as long as he could remember. It was a way for him to express his creativity, intelligence, and love; he also despised it. Nothing was good enough. No matter how creative he tried to be or how hard he tried, it was never good enough. Taking over The Beef after Mikey passed and turning it into The Bear should have been a dream come true. The dream had turned into a nightmare, a constant stressor in his life because he wasn’t enough. Then you came into his life.
You’d sat next to him on the L one morning while he was doodling in his notebook. You didn’t want to be intrusive, but you couldn’t help but look at what he’d been drawing. When you complimented the drawing, Carmy looked up at you and felt the oxygen leave his lungs. He didn’t think that whole ‘love at first sight’ troupe had validity, but the moment his gaze met yours, he couldn’t imagine his life without you.
Carmy’s life changed when you entered it. He’d dedicated his every waking moment to ensuring the success of The Bear. He’d given up on so many aspects of his life, but a light bulb went off that morning on the L. You’d gotten off before he could work up the courage to say anything, but he knew he had to find you again.
Every morning, he’d board the train and scan the car for you. Weeks had gone by, and he was ready to give up on ever finding you again- then you were there. You sat there bundled up in some stylish black coat and a bright jade scarf, scrolling on your phone. Carmy swallowed his nerves and sat next to you despite the multiple free seats around the section. “Hey.” he greeted. You looked up, removing the headphones from your ears. You couldn’t help but smile when you saw your mystery man.
You had your face pressed into Carmy’s pillows as he thrust into you at a painstakingly slow pace as his calloused fingers rubbed tight circles against your clit. “So fuckin’ wet for me, baby,” Carmy whined lowly as he pulled his hand away from your clit. He brought both of his hands to your hips and started thrusting faster. Your moans became more ragged as you arched your back, desperate to feel him hit that one spot.
“Fuck Carmy!” you whimpered as you felt yourself coming undone. He had a similar sentiment as he bent over to kiss your shoulder.
“Just like that baby… cream on my cock, baby,” he growled into your ear.
~
The following day, Carmy woke up to an empty bed with a bright pink sticky note on his bedframe.
“You’re too cute to wake up sometimes <3
I have meetings all day. See you soon, baby.”
You and your sticky notes. Carmy chuckled as he got out of bed and quickly prepared himself for work. It would be another long day at the restaurant, and he hoped you’d be back in his bed tonight when he got home.
Carmy walked into the kitchen that morning to hear Richie and Syd arguing about nonsense. Ebra struggled to pile rolls by the sandwich prep station, and Marcus was tweezing tiny flowers onto some cream puff dessert he’d been working on the past few days. Carmy felt his shoulders tighten as the frustration of running a restaurant settled in.
Something felt off as your day went on, but you couldn’t put your finger on it. “Y/N. You’re goin’ to Houston.” your boss announced as he entered your office with a manilla envelope in one hand and a stupid grin on his face. You laughed and shot him a confused look, “Okay, hear me out, Y/N. You’re one of my best and brightest editors, and I know you can show these newbies how to run a tight ship.” he explained further as he stepped closer to your desk to drop the envelope on your desk. “The details are in there. The company is excited to see how much more you can grow in this position.”
You thanked him as he walked out of your office. You leaned back in your desk chair and opened the envelope. Six weeks in Huston meant six weeks without Carmy would be hell, but looking at the itinerary your manager wrote, this would boost your career. It didn’t mean you’d have to like it, though.
~
Carmy sat on his couch that night and blankly stared at the TV. He’d put on some Danish cooking show as background noise while he waited for you to call him. He was growing impatient as the minutes ticked by; you had to be off work by now. Carmy put his head back on the couch and stared up at the off-white, almost grey stain on his ceiling. He always wondered what had happened, but the landlord claimed not to know.
When his phone rang, Carmy jumped at the sound and grabbed his phone from the coffee table. “Hey baby.” he greeted, “Okay… didn’t expect that one Cousin.” Carmy rolled his eyes as Richie’s voice came through his phone speaker. “What do you want?” he asked, not bothering to hide his annoyance. “Dam. You talk to your girl like this? I don’t get how you pulled-”
“Richie. What?” Carmy asked, cutting Richie off mid-riff. “Tyler called out- his wife is havin’ the baby. Need you to come in.” Richie hesitated to call Carmy in; he knew this was his first night off in almost a month. Carmy clicked his tongue before responding, “Okay.” he huffed and hung up his phone. He tossed it on the couch before getting up and walking toward his bedroom to quickly change into a pair of black Dickies and a white t-shirt. As he pushed his feet into a pair of sneakers, he heard his doorbell ring. “I swear to God…” he muttered as he pulled his jacket on before grabbing his backpack and leaving his room.
“Hey, ba—oh. I thought you were off tonight.” You cut yourself off when you noticed Carmy was in his work clothes.
Carmy frowned, noticing the disappointment in your voice. “Tyler called out last minute.” he clarified as he caught your face falling further into disappointment. He was going to kill Richie when he saw him. “I’m sorry, princess.”
You sighed, “It’s okay. I shoulda called, but I was packing.”
Your comment was met with a confused look from Carmy, “You goin’ somewhere?” he asked.
You nodded, “I’m going to Huston for like a month to help set up a new office.”
Carmy frowned at your reply; on one hand, he was proud of you for the work you’d been doing, but on the other, a month was a long time. “Oh shit.”
You laughed at his reaction, “I had the same reaction.” Carmy chuckled as he exited his apartment and threw an arm around your shoulders.
“When do you leave?” he asked as the two of you walked down the hall toward the elevator of his building.
“Tomorrow afternoon,” you said, wrapping an arm around his waist. “I know it’s not a lot of warning, but I guess I can walk you to your car or something as a final in-person date until I return.”
“You better.” Carmy teased
“I’ll also FaceTime you as much as possible while I’m gone.”
“You better.” Carmy teased again, making you laugh. “I’m gonna miss you.”
~
Carmy had been grumpy since you left. While the two of you called or Facetimed at least every other night and exchanged some Spicer messages and pictures throughout the weeks, it wasn’t the same. Neither of you were sleeping well, and the frustration of seeing you but not being able to touch you was getting to him.
And it was everybody’s problem.
“When the fuck is she comin’ back?” Richie scoffed at Natalie that night at The Bear. Carmy was getting into it with the new line cook, and Richie needed a break from him.
“Just a couple more days.” Natalie laughed without looking up from her computer. “He’ll be back to his usual level of chaos soon enough.”
“A couple more days? I don’t know Sugar. I might throw that kid through a damn wall. Fuck head is getting on my last goddamn nerve.” Richie huffed as he sat across from her. Natalie laughed and shot him a look that validated his growing frustration. She knew Carmy better than anyone else and understood the annoyance he’d been putting the staff through. “Kid needs to get laid…” Richie muttered before excusing himself back to the kitchen.
~
Carmy anxiously looked around the airport that morning. A month away from each other proved more difficult than either of you had anticipated. As you rode the escalator down to the main entrance where Carmy had been waiting, you couldn’t help but smile. “Carmy!” you squealed as you ran up to him, forgetting about your suitcase at the base of the escalator. Your excitement had caught him off guard, but when he’d realized it was you calling for him, he perked up.
“Hey,” he greeted as he pulled you into a tight hug, “Holy shit, I missed you,” he said with an exacerbated sigh. He buried his face in the crook of your neck as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
“I literally have so much to tell you about! I missed you so much, Carm!” you rattled off as you tried to drag him out of the airport. Carmy laughed and nudged his head to the bottom of the escalator where your suitcase sat. The two of you retrieved your bag and headed out of the airport toward his car. As the two of you walked through the parking lot, you rattled off about the work you’d done over the past weeks and told him about some places you’d gone to eat. Carmy smiled the entire time. None of it was new information. With the amount the two of you had been texting and calling, it was like he’d been down in Houston with you, but he listened to everything you had to say.
You led Carmy up to your apartment while you continued rattling off details of your trip. He stood back, watched you unlock the door to your place, and followed you as you walked in. He placed your suitcase by the door and watched as you went over to the neatly stacked pile of mail your mom must have brought in while she watered your plants.
“Wanna watch a movie and order food?” you asked as you put your mail back on the counter before returning your full attention to Carmy.
He nodded and leaned against the counter, “Whatever you want, baby.”
~
Your room was filled with your whimpers and the sound of skin slapping skin. Carmy had one of your legs hiked over his shoulder as he slowly pounded his against yours. “Fuckk- right there.” you gasped as Carmy’s thumb rubbed tight circles against your clit. He grunted as he leaned in, smashing his lips against yours. You moaned into his mouth as you felt the ever-familiar knot tightening in your stomach you’d missed while you were on your trip.
Carmy let your leg fall from his shoulder and his hand to your cheek. He rested his forehead against yours as his thrusts slowed to a painstakingly slow pace. You moaned softly and tangled your fingers in his hair, tugging at the roots as his chain tickled your chin. “Carmy.” you winced.
“So fuckin’ perfect baby… fuckin’ made for me…” Carmy groaned as he relished in the feeling of your pussy gripping around him. “I love you, Y/N.” the words left Carmy’s mouth without a second thought, and when he realized what he said, it was too late. You looked at him with wide eyes and let your hands drop to his shoulders.
“W-what did you say?”
“I love you…” Carmy softly trailed off, hoping he didn’t ruin what the two of you had built over the past eight months.
“I-I- Fuck, I love you too, Carmy.”
~
“Can you test me again? There’s no way.” you were bewildered when your doctor read your chart.
“We can, but blood tests are over 99% accurate,” he said as he wrote something down on your chart. You stared at him in disbelief. You couldn’t be pregnant. “With the pregnancy, I can’t give you a refill of your Paxil, but we can try a different anti-depressant. The safest option is going to be Zoloft. I can also set you up with an appointment to see Dr. Parks; she’s an OB who is taking new patients. Here is your prescription and a pamphlet that explains your options… Congratulations.” he grinned and handed you multiple pamphlets and your new prescription.
You nodded, not knowing how to react. You’d only been back in Chicago for a couple of weeks; there was no way you’d gotten pregnant. You had a period while you were in Houston; it was light, but it was there. You quickly shoved the papers into your bag and exited the doctor's office. This couldn’t be happening right now.
You’d been avoiding Carmy for about a week when he’d come knocking on your door. Telling your boyfriend of eight months, you were pregnant… you still couldn’t wrap your head around it- how would Carmy react? You swallowed and reluctantly opened the door, crossing your arms over your stomach.
“Break your phone?” Carmy chuckled as he stood in your doorway.
“Sorry, work has been crazy… Can you come in? We need to talk about something…”
Carmy’s face fell at the mention of needing to talk about something; this was the moment. You were going to break up with him. Why else would you avoid his calls and say you couldn’t come over? You were going to leave him like everyone else did. Carmy nodded silently and walked into your apartment.
“You’re breaking up with me?” Carmy asked, shoving his hands in his pockets as he rocked on his heels. You sighed and closed the door. You took a deep breath as you finally looked at Carmy. Unsure of what to say, you shook your head. “Then what is it, baby?”
“I’m pregnant.”
“What?”
“I’m pregnant, Carmy.”
“Holy shit.”
Carmy stood there in stunned silence. He brought a hand to his jaw and looked at you.
“I don’t want to keep it.”

Thoughts of the Day - Mouthwashing
A/n: I don't know what this is 🧍🏽. I started with one idea and ended up with a completely different one. Lock your doors and windows before you go to sleep, or Jimmy will appear in your room at night.
Versão em português no wattpad: Livro de One Shots - Mouthwashing (Conta: ashkabbom)
•Pre-Crash!Captain Curly x Reader (Not the focus, but it's still here)
Synopsis/Summary: Situations from every week, questions from every day
Notes: I apologize in advance for the phrase Swansea says😭
Tumblr media
Why had he done this? He condemned you all to immediate hell.
That day, the emergency screen, the red lights everywhere and the sound, all of that could only be a bad dream, right? It had to be a nightmare.
What had you done to deserve this? Years of work thrown away with a single action and you don't even know why it was all thrown down the drain without any prior warning.
You loved him like never before, your days with him meant much more than all the work you had in this place.
The layoff was already a problem, but this was beyond what you could handle in the future. If there even was a future.
The tears fell and you felt yourself slowly going crazy. The captain was out of the game now and in his absence they put Jimmy as an anesthetic for the immense despair in everyone on that ship, but it didn't work at all, it was the calm before the storm.
Anya looked as uncomfortable about it as anyone on that ship. Having Jimmy as captain was stressful, to say the least.
You and the others came to a silent agreement about the now captain. He was as cowardly as anyone there, but he was still second in command.
"What do we do next?" You ask, taking a deep breath, wiping your tears on the sleeve of your uniform.
"I don't know, but his painkillers will run out at some point." Anya also looked apprehensively at the captain's situation.
At the same time that you felt anger and disappointment, you also felt worry and uncertainty, you still loved him. The story made sense to some extent, but it didn't match the captain you knew.
"You.. You know how I feel about this, I think it's the right thing to do, Anya." It was weird to think about doing that with someone you like, you don't even know if you can imagine yourself doing such a thing.
She didn't have to answer, but as much as neither of you wanted to, you silently agreed that it was the quickest and least cruel option towards him.
"What a funeral atmosphere." Daisuke's voice coming from the door startles you both, making you turn to look at him.
"Well, this is almost a funeral- Ouch!" You can't even finish before Anya pinches your neck. "Okay okay, I get it."
"And how is it going? How is he?" He approaches the stretcher and looks at the captain, saying good morning and sighing soon after. "At least he's alive..."
"The painkillers help to control the pain and he can... Sleep, I think, or at least not writhe in pain and discomfort." Anya says to Daisuke, knowing that it was impossible for Curly to have any slight improvement in the situation they were in.
"But still no sign of being able to speak, and it would take a miracle for him to actually be able to say something." You say sincerely.
Daisuke nods in acknowledgement, he wondered if keeping the captain in this state for months was right. When they return to Earth, Curly could receive specialized treatment for his situation in a Hospital, right?
"The Totally Spies girls better get back into their disguises, or the Mojo Jojo will find you out." Swansea warns, leaning against the door.
If everyone was in sickbay, Jimmy would probably be hunting one of them around the ship. It's only a matter of time before Jimmy shows up and starts putting stress and pressure on everyone, so Swansea was right.
You pat Daisuke on the shoulder and then look at Anya. "You heard Jerry, girls, back to disguises." Anya lets out a small laugh, a small quiet moment before dealing with the reality of things.
"I'll give the painkiller to the captain this time, I'll see you guys later" You say waving to your colleagues before grabbing the bottle of painkiller.
Daisuke and Anya walk to the door, chatting a bit before agreeing on where each of them would go. "But isn't the Mojo Jojo from The Powerpuff Girls?" Is the last thing you hear Daisuke say before the door closes.
It's just you and him now. No matter how much you tried to ignore it, but you could feel Curly's gaze burning you alive, so many things wanted to be understood with just a single look from his eyes.
If he could say something, what would he say? What would be his version of what happened? Why would he have crashed the ship? Would he want us to keep giving him the painkillers or just end his suffering?
Looking at him, burned, unable to speak or move properly, lying on that stretcher, which was now his bed and the infirmary his room. He just stared, unable to close his eyes at any moment, you didn't know what was going on in his head, it was impossible to guess any feelings he had by looking at his face.
"It's Captain... You should have thought better about your actions before you did this to us..." You say with the painkiller in hand. The urge to cry formed again and made you feel suffocated. "You have to take responsibility somehow at least..."

🌙 Moon Phases 🌙
Agatha Harkness X Fem!Reader
Word Count: 1472
Chapter 42:
The boy was gone, having gotten what he wanted from the road, and now he was free. The lights above you flickered again, few remaining alive; a sign that your time was almost up.
Agatha looked at the place where Billy was as she leaned back, thinking of his question. "No, Billy. Sometimes... boys die."
You parted your lips but remained silent, feeling that those words were not just directed at Billy but also to herself.
Pieces fell into place in your mind, now a clear picture formed that filed the blanks you had.... that answered almost all of your questions.
"Is this you forgiving Rio for taking Little Nicky?" You dared to ask, your voice soft and empathic.
Agatha finally looked at you, surprised by your deduction. You were good with those things, but she did not remember you being that good.
"How did you find out?" She asked.
You offered her a weak smile, the topic as sensitive to you as it was to hers. Perhaps little more, considering this was a talk about the relationship Agatha developed with Rio... who might had become your replacement if things had turned out differently.
"I did keep wondering what Rio had done to you, to cause such rift... unexplained rift that didn't fully justify your feelings for one another."
Immediately, Agatha felt guilty.
"Sugar -" You did not let her finish.
"It's okay, Ags," you gave her a pained smile. "I mean, Nicky did look a lot like Rio while growing up... and I have come to peace with it. When I left you... I never made anything clear, and it would be wrong of me to expect something from you." You took a deep breath. "Considering who Rio is, it finally clicked that it was his passing that divided you."
Agatha did not comment, unsure what to say. She could thank you for your understanding and passive forgiveness. She could try to justify Rio and Nicky... but she realized it would change nothing.
Things had been set on stone, and they could not be changed. What could be changed, though, was your chance to get out of this road and return to your free solitary life... to finally be free from the curse thar seemed to follow Agatha and was affecting you.
"Okay, sugar. It's time for you to get what you want from the road and get out of here, " she said, changing the topic as she pushed some of her hair above her shoulder.
"But I have already gotten what I want," you explained, shocking her for the second time. She watched you move to sit right in front of her, taking her hand and holding it with both of yours. "What I wanted was for a chance to join you, Agatha. To truly help you find what you are looking for, not to watch you go alone while I stay back; never to join you. "
Agatha was once again speechless at your sweet confessions, at your unyielding loyalty to her. Even after all those centuries, even after all those times she walked away; you remained.
You did not lose faith in her. You didn't stop caring and worrying for her.
You never stopped regretting every time you turned down Agatha and lost the chance to join her.
She didn't know that, and in that moment of revelation, a single tear escaped her left eye.
You moved one hand to wipe it away gently before it could roll down her cheek, and you offered her a sweet, comforting smile; beaming with light and love, unmatched by anything else... except for the look Nicky would give her when he was alive.
"I told you. I am with you until the end." You reminded her and squeezed her hand in reassurance.
Agatha used her free hand hand and cupped your cheek, every move done with outmost care; as if you would break into thousands of pieces with a wrong move.
"This might be the end, sugar." She admitted, slowly accepting the fact that she was not going to survive the road the second time.
"Then I will be happy to know I made it so far with you. If it means dying, I don't mind as long as I am in your arms. "
Agatha was the first to pull you into a hug this time, her arms wrapping tightly around you; passively seeking comfort and also trying to get control of her emotions... of her mind and her heart.
You returned the action without hesitation, squeezing her in your arms with all your might; as if she would disappear into thin air if you dared to let her go.
You buried your neck into her thick curls, eyes closed as you fought back tears; both getting emotional over the confession while accepting more and more that this could be the end... for both of you.
Another flickering light above you reminded you of the time that was left, but it was not your concern anymore.
Slowly, you pulled back but kept your hands interlocked; never letting the other truly go
Agatha looked at you with care, and she chose to open up one last time. "You know... I am not ready to confront him yet." She confessed.
"Little Nicky?"
She nodded. "I... he was not meant to be born, Y/N... Rio gave us time, and I paid her back with the bodies of other witches I drained... and it all worked fine for 6 years, until the night... the night he asked me not to go after the witches... the night Rio had to take him back."
You squeezed her hands, seeing how misty her eyes were becoming as she relieved those dark memories that overshadowed the good ones she had with him.
And you could see it because you knew it was what Agatha did in such situations. Dark moments were the only things she truly remembered, letting them consume her heart and make her forget the good ones that existed at the same time.
So, you chose to change that.
"He was a brave boy, Agatha," you started, making her focus on you. "I can still remember how mesmerised he was, when we told him we survived the Road... and how proud he was of that... of us..." Agatha let out a mix of weak chuckle and sob while your heart ached with each beat as you remembered the sweet and innocent face of the boy you had come to love as your own. "And I remember how persistent he was to learn of the Ballad, wanting to go down that Road as well... and when we told him no, he just made up his own Ballad... and each time you would visit, you two would have finished another part of it. "
Agatha sniffed, and you swallowed a lump down your throat, tears prickling at the edge of your eyes; threatening to escape and roll down your cheek.
Your breathing was difficult as you tried to keep down the sobs, the memories happy but also painful; a reminder of a brighter time in your life, a time that would never be able to be replaced.
"I remember," Agatha said weakly with a faint smile, your retelling reminding her of the sweet moments you were talking about.
"I don't think he will ever judge you, Ags. He loved you too much," you reassured her.
With shaking hands, Agatna pulled away from your grip and went to unclip her amulet; Evanora's brooch with the triple Goddess, a steady item of her wardrobe.
She slowly opened it, and from inside, she gently held a short patch of hair; neatly tucked inside for safekeeping.
"I have kept it with me all this time... to never forget him, " Agatha confessed and placed the hair close to her heart, wishing deeply that she could feel and hear Nicholas' heart beat one last time.
You could only watch as you wiped your tears with the back of your hand, the moment too precious and heavy to be interrupted. This was a deep point in your relationship and even deeper in Agatha's trauma with the loss of her son.
Agatha, with teary eyes, was about to put the lock back into the brooch when she noticed something... something that she swore was never there before.
She placed the hair back and took out what seemed to be a dried up seed/petal of a dandelion. So weak, small and tiny... unable to ever grow.
As your eyes landed on it, sowmthing clicked inside your mind; just as the lights flickered, and now you were left with only one.
"Agatha, the dandelion!" You exclaimed. "That's the key to this trial!"

— DECEPTION (IX)
Tumblr media
DECEPTION MASTERLIST
PAIRING — Sauron x fem!Elf!Reader // Adar x fem!Elf!Reader
SUMMARY — Negotiations with Herald Elrond do not go as smoothly as your husband planned and you become more and more aware of your feelings towards Adar.
AUTHOR’S NOTE — This chapter is quite short but the previous one was long and it would be too big if I included this part there, meanwhile the next chapter(s) will be the last part(s) already with two alternative versions and the events from this one remain the same for both endings – that's why it's a separate chapter. 💕 By the way, do you remember the poll at the end of one of the previous chapters? Adar won there against Sauron, which means most of you would rather see the Reader in this story end up with Adar. As I said, there will be two alternative versions, so you can choose the ending. However, I think it is obvious already that both relationships will not be of an easy kind. There is lots of betrayal going on between Sauron and the Reader but also Adar finding out about her being Sauron's lover is deeply problematic... 🙈
WARNINGS — forced/arranged marriage, Reader is NOT a good person – she is proud, greedy, fake and corrupted by Sauron, "love" triangle situationship
WORD COUNT — 3,650
ENGLISH IS MY SECOND LANGUAGE.

DECEPTION (IX)
You were responsible for looking after your prisoner Lady Galadriel while your husband was attacking Eregion and damming the river. He didn’t want you near the actual fight, at least not for now yet. You knew what he needed your prisoner for and you were supposed to prepare her for the task.
“Your husband is a fool,” Galadriel spoke to you through gritted teeth when you were leading her by the shackles inside the cage prepared for her. “I do not care if I live or die. I fight for ideas much bigger than you or I. I fight for Middle-earth and it will fail if Adar walks right into Sauron’s trap.”
“Perhaps,” you answered mysteriously and gave her a scolding look, “but you overestimate my influence on Adar. I think I have done that, too. He will not listen to me in this case. He is too determined to get rid of Sauron and to erase him from Middle-earth completely. He does not think rationally,” you explained to her. “He would burn the whole world, I think, if it would only take Sauron down with it.”
Galadriel stayed silent and you pushed her inside the cage before locking it and hiding the key. However, it was not time yet for her to be taken out of the war camp, so you just sat on a chair in front of the cage and kept staring at her, studying everything you had wished to be once as a young and naive Elven maiden.
“What is it like?” Galadriel asked in a whisper after a long while of silence.
“What do you mean?” You raised an eyebrow at her.
“What is it like to go down the dark path?” She furrowed her brows and your heart skipped a beat.
Why was she wondering? Was she considering it? Or had she in the past? Was Sauron the reason for that? Your lover?
“It is freeing but treacherous. It has its price like everything else,” you shrugged your arms.
“Do you love him? Do you love Adar?” She asked one more question but it did not feel like an interrogation. In a way, it felt like being questioned by a curious child.
But Lady Galadriel was not a curious child. She was one of the most noble Elven ladies. Her heart and mind had to be a real mess if she kept asking such things. And, once again, you had that malicious feeling that Sauron was the reason for her curiosity.
“I have grown to love him,” you admitted without thinking and then you looked away, trying to avoid her surprised gaze.
Because you were surprised, too. You had never said that out loud – not to him, not to anyone, not to your own self. And yet, your lips answered before your mind could think of a coherent and vague reply.
You loved Adar but you were so entangled in Sauron’s web that you brought him to his death.
“Are you asking me these because of Sauron the Dark Lord?” You asked Lady Galadriel, trying to change the subject. “Because of the past you once shared with him?”
“Funny. I have just realised you call yourself the Dark Lady of Mordor,” Galadriel also preferred to change the subject and talk about you rather than about herself.
“It is not the name I have given to myself. What are you insinuating?” You moved uncomfortably.
That was the exact reason why you did not want to spend too much time with her alone. You were scared that her heart – influenced by Sauron just like yours – would recognise you as her rival.
“Perhaps you do not hate him as much as your husband does. Perhaps you idolise him,” Galadriel pointed out and you stood up angrily and pressed the tip of your dagger to her throat.
“Shut it, you are pushing too hard, Elf,” you warned her and she looked down at the blade with widened eyes.
Sauron’s dagger. Of course. You only proved her point.
“It was a gift from my husband,” you explained and hid the dagger away. “He took it from Sauron’s dead body after killing him.”
“Beware. His items are as powerful as he, Uruk,” Galadriel threatened.
“I am not easily corrupted,” you remarked although it was a lie and an obvious one as well. And she knew it.
“Really?” She asked.
“I told you to shut it, didn’t I?” You only drawled out through gritted teeth and sat back on the chair.
The sounds from afar were making you feel anxious but you knew that now there was absolutely no chance of convincing Adar to go back home. He would never abandon the battlefield and retreat his forces. His pride was too grand for that and you could only watch how the events would turn out.
Perhaps Sauron would not win. There was a small thread of hope that he would not succeed in his scheme. It would not be the first time when Adar outsmarted him.
And even though you already knew that to Sauron you were nothing but a tool – you still felt guilty for thinking such thoughts. As if he was a god indeed but the funny thing was, you had never felt so guilty after abandoning the Valar. But you felt guilty now for a man so rotten and evil.
He should have stayed dead.
Tumblr media
Charging Elven horses were a beautiful sight and quite powerful, too. Even if they were coming right at you. But you stood still despite your pounding heart and clinged to Adar’s arm to feel a bit safer.
If you were to die now alongside him – perhaps it would be for the better. You would miss out on so many awful things that were about to come.
And as you watched the Elven soldiers charging towards you, you thought they looked beautifully terrifying. Some part of you mourned you were no longer their kin but the other part of you felt oddly proud to be the very thing that repulsed them now, leading the army of filthy creatures shouting obscenities towards them. And in that way you were an Uruk, too. There was nothing saint to you and no rules to follow anymore.
Except for Sauron. He was your only exception but you hoped to get free of his chains, too.
Being Adar’s wife had taught you many things but humility was not one of the lessons. On the contrary, he had made you realise that you deserved to be treated as an equal.
At the sight of Lady Galadriel inside the cage, with an Orc’s blade cutting her neck and drawing blood, the army of the Elves stopped all of the sudden right in front of you. And the man leading them was Herald Elrond himself.
He was one of those important Elves that everyone knew but he had never treated you like you were worse just because you were a Lady from The Southlands, living inside the cold and raw fortress of Ostirith. He had always treated you with kindness and respect.
And now he was staring at you if you were something disgusting.
Many considered Galadriel to be made of pure light but it was him out of all who would be the most difficult to corrupt even though he was half-human.
“Welcome, Commander Elrond,” Adar took a step ahead, leaving you in the shadows with his children.
Long silence occurred but it was obvious that despite the hesitation, Elrond would not leave his friend in the enemy’s cage or continue the attack under such circumstances. Therefore, he nodded at his people and jumped out of his horse. He took one more man with him – Vorohil – and he agreed to follow you with him to your camp and negotiate.
You walked alongside Galadriel’s cage, watching her carefully as the Orcs kept pushing it with her inside. You could feel Elrond’s disgusted and curious eyes on you as you decided it was getting frustrating to be perceived by all those Elves who knew nothing of you or your history. All they knew was judgement – another hypocrisy of a kin known to be so pure and noble.
You truly wanted to go back to Mordor; to hide in the shadows and remain there forever, inside your realm and far away from others. Yet, who could you blame for being here and not there? It had been you pushing Adar to come to Eregion.
You stood next to your husband who was sitting by the table inside your tent. This time you did not choose to sit next to him like the last time when you had been negotiating with Lady Galadriel. She was in shackles by the wooden pole and Glûg was standing behind you, staring at Elrond and Vorohil with hatred in his small eyes.
There had been a time when his eyes had been nearly the same when laid upon you. And now he would die to defend you – of that you were sure.
“The Ring you carry,” Adar began once they were sitting across the table. “Show it to me,” he requested.
“A foolish act if I had brought it here,” Elrond pointed out.
“You are a courtier. More suited to wielding a scroll than a sword,” Adar told him and you smirked a little because you had thought the same of yourself.
Sauron himself had once told you something similar; an excuse to keep you away from the important events. And for many years you had believed in that. It was Adar who had gifted you a dagger to defend yourself and who had allowed you to keep the very sword you had used to doom The Southlands. It was him who had begun teaching you how to wield it and you really hoped he would live to finish this task.
“You’ve never seen me wield either,” Elrond answered.
“You should’ve just kept charging, Elrond,” Galadriel whispered.
“If she speaks again, cut out her tongue,” Adar looked up at Glûg and the Orc approached her to put his curved blade to her neck as other Orcs growled and Elrond moved uncomfortably. “Sauron is my enemy as much as yours,” Adar addressed him again. “Give me what I need to defeat him and let us all be rid of him.”
“Is it not you that has done his bidding by laying siege to Eregion?” Elrond asked angrily.
“Eregion has fallen into shadow,” you interrupted them and Elrond looked up at you, a little surprised. Perhaps he was surprised to see that you were allowed to speak. “It belongs to The Deceiver now, as does every Elf within its walls,” you informed him and calling Sauron such a name rolled off your tongue with a bit of satisfaction.
But also guilt. Again.
“The Deceiver does not work alone,” Elrond looked up at you and your heart stopped beating for a moment as you blinked your eyes slowly, trying to remain calm. “You two have helped him like the fools that you are,” he spat out and you sighed out of relief.
“You cannot save Eregion now, it is a lost cause,” Adar told Elrond. “You can save Galadriel,” he looked behind to stare at her with Glûg still pressing his blade to her throat. “It is an earnest offer,” Adar added. “I suggest you take it and leave Sauron to me.”
He stood up and approached Elrond very slowly while looking at him carefully.
“You have the beauty of your foremother, Melian of the Valar,” he pointed out and shook his head. “If even a fragment of her wisdom is in your veins, you must know you cannot defeat me in battle. I will outmanoeuvre you, my forces outfight yours, and you will fall.”
“Not before I have painted the sands of the Glanduin black with the blood of your kin,” Elrond stood up to face Adar as his face winced in anger.
Glûg growled behind you and you shushed him, softly.
“Easy, my dear,” you addressed him, “it is nothing but the noble and pure Elves showing their hypocrisy once again. Oh, how glad I am to not be their kin any longer,” you looked deep into Elrond’s eyes.
Of course, technically you were. You would always be, no matter how many people would start calling you an Uruk. But in their eyes, you were no longer a part of the family and they would never accept you. Therefore, you were not their kin.
“Our children have endured cruelties your bravest couldn’t bear to hear spoken aloud,” Adar whispered to Elrond and you felt a shiver go down your spine when he called the Orcs your children.
Your children. Well, you had thought of it before, that in some way they were like step-children to you. But you had never expected him to say it out loud, especially in a moment like this; facing the enemy and making a statement to the outside world.
Your children. Another responsibility being put onto your shoulders. He had been right when he had told you that the power was a burden and him sharing it with you was not a gift – it was a curse. Being the Lord Father of the Orcs was yet another burden and now he wanted you to carry it with him. Like an equal he treated you as. Because there were downsides to being an equal to someone as powerful as well. If you were still as naive as before, you would think that Sauron had been simply protecting you from the burdens whenever he had been keeping you away from all the big things.
Your children. How could you betray them now? How could you lead them to death and slavery?
“Are you prepared to spend their lives so freely, Adar?” Elrond asked your husband, looking at him only but his words felt like knives stabbing your heart and creating a bleeding, open wound. “Are they?” Elrond asked, addressing the Orcs standing next to you.
You could feel their uneasiness and Glûg even lowered his blade from Galadriel’s throat. You nearly wanted to point out to Elrond that he was unwillingly following Sauron’s scheme at the moment, too; turning the Orcs against their Lord Father.
And you knew his question was a difficult one for your husband, because he didn’t answer it. He changed the subject instead.
“The Ring for Galadriel’s life. What is it to be?” He asked.
Elrond looked down and walked past Adar to watch Galadriel’s face. She was crying silent tears and in that moment, you nearly felt sorry for her.
“Ask me on the field,” Elrond turned around to face your husband again, “when the neck with a blade against is yours.”
The Orcs snarled and you snorted at his words, however your mockery was of a nervous kind and you could see that Adar was not happy with this outcome.
Despite his rotten and dark soul, you knew that he truly hoped to form some sort of alliance with the Elves for this battle. Deep within his soul, he hoped to get rid of Sauron and to prove to the Elves that his darkness was of a different kind than the Dark Lord’s. He hoped that in the end, the Elves would let the Orcs go back to Mordor in peace.
Even a man like Adar could be naive sometimes.
You approached him because your heart ached for him, especially at the sight of his expression.
“Very well,” he looked at Elrond’s face. “I will meet you there… with her head on a pike,” he threatened and you held his hand gently with your soft ones.
Elrond looked down at your joined fingers for a brief moment and then he stared intensely into your husband’s eyes.
“If that is to be the way of things, I should like to bid her farewell,” he said.
Adar nodded slightly but he looked over his shoulder to lay his eyes upon Glûg to make sure.
“He’s unarmed,” Glûg said, therefore Adar nodded at Elrond and Glûg walked away from Galadriel.
You squeezed Adar’s hand tighter and stood in front of him, blocking his view and trying to distract his uneasy mind with yourself even though it felt treacherous since you were the very viper causing his demise.
“How strange is the way that the Elves love,” you whispered to him. “They would truly sacrifice people the most dear to them for their ideas,” you pointed out, bringing up the situation with Arondir and his human lover.
It felt now as if it had taken place in another lifetime.
Adar did not say anything to that and he kept watching Elrond carefully over your shoulder, which made you look down nervously as you fidgeted with his fingers; your wedding rings rubbing against each other and shimmering slightly in the dim light.
When Elrond – surprisingly – kissed Galadriel, everyone looked away, including the Orcs and most certainly your husband. You wondered about the nature of Elrond’s relationship with Galadirel but you did not care enough to actually ask about it or stare at them.
At least now Adar looked down at you and you lifted your eyes up to meet his gaze.
“Would you sacrifice me if it meant defeating Sauron?” You asked and gods only knew why because you truly did not want to know.
Adar cracked a sad smile and raised his free hand to caress your cheeks with his fingertips as he often did.
“I would find a way around,” he whispered.
“If there would be none,” you insisted.
“Then you know that I would have to,” he breathed out and you could see the pain and guilt in his eyes but his words felt like a punch.
You let go of his hand and moved away. That was also the moment when Elrond walked out of the tent in a hurry, calling for his friend to follow him. When they left, you walked out as well but you took the opposite turn to disappear inside the forest and go to your new favourite spot where the fallen tree was.
You sat on the grass with your back pressed to it as you took a deep breath in. And in that moment of weakness, you called out for Sauron once more with your mind and heart, risking him penetrating your soul and seeing your betrayal. But, as usual, he did not answer your call even though he was so close.
You had admitted to Galadriel that you loved your husband and on the same day he had said such a thing? Perhaps you still were a naive fool like you had been with Sauron.
But could you really be angry at him for answering that when you were the one deceiving him?
Your train of thoughts was interrupted by Adar himself who had followed you. He sighed at the sight of you and you wiped your tears quickly, hating to be seen crying for such a reason.
“I knew I’d find you here,” he admitted and offered you his hand to help you stand up but you ignored him, looking away. Adar rolled his eyes slightly and crouched down to be able to face you while he forced you to look back at him by grabbing your chin. “What does it matter to you anyway?” He asked. “Do you truly care about what I feel towards you?”
“Of course I do,” your eyes widened at his words. “You are all I have, Adar. You made sure of that, killing my father, turning my mother against me and destroying my home,” you reminded him.
“And how can you care after all of that?” He wondered out loud with a puzzled expression.
“You just cannot believe I could ever love you because you think of yourself as unworthy of it but what you believe does not mean nor can change anything,” you confessed, a little nervously.
He froze at your words and took his hand away from you as if you were made of fire. You kept looking at his face and crying silent tears – humiliation after confessing your feelings, guilt for being Sauron’s lover and pity for all the suffering the man in front of you had been through; all mixed together.
“I am a spirit much darker than you think, husband. It is me who is unworthy of you,” you dared to reveal.
“Do not speak such absurdities!” He got angry a little and looked away. After calming down, he laid his eyes back on your face and hesitated for a moment.
He opened his mouth to say something but the words were apparently too heavy to say them out loud and you understood that. But he did not leave you without any reply, however. His hands cupped your cheeks delicately and he leaned in to join your lips together in a kiss so soft and loving like none of your kisses that had ever been shared before.
With trembling hands, you cupped his scarred face, too, and deepened the kiss as more and more tears streamed down your cheeks.
And then… a glimpse. An odd tug at your heart, a short vision of Lord Celebrimbor’s forge, a flickering feeling causing shivers go down your body. Sauron had answered your call with delay and had made an attempt to reach you but what he had seen only caused him to retreat in a hurry and blind rage.
Adar sensed your sudden uneasiness and broke the kiss, moving away slightly to study your face carefully with his worried eyes.
“Are you quite alright, my love?” Adar asked you, addressing you in the Quenya language. Your heart clenched inside your chest at those words while you kept caressing his face with your thumbs.
“I will be after the battle,” you whispered. “Win it, so we can go home.”

。☆Without Me。.゚+
☆Cw: no use of y/n, mention of possessiveness, no pronouns for reader
Tumblr media
"Would you get remarried if I died first?"
The question came out of nowhere, at least for Shouta. Honestly, one moment you're sharing a domestic mutual silence, and the next you're practically giving him a heart attack. He knows on your end the question had probably been rolling around in that head of yours for a while, and you would think with how often you blurt random things like this he would get used to it.
The hand he was using to grade his students papers awkwardly jerks down the paper, leaving a thin line of pen down the whole worksheet. He doesn't have it in him to give much attention to the mistake, his brain flying a mile a minute to process what you asked him. He doesn't even look up at you for a few moments. His eyes are glazed over, seemingly in deep thought, but knowing him it's something more surface level and obvious.
"That wouldn't happen." Shouta says definitively.
"But if it did-"
"It wouldn't."
There's a tick in Shouta's damaged eye, a compulsion he hasn't been able to shake off since getting the scar under it. The twitching alerts you to the genuine frustration your question causes him, and with him being a prohero you can kind of understand why, but you want an answer. Whether there's a right or wrong one is yet to be seen, but you can't drop the conversation without letting your curiosity be satiated.
A heavy silence lingers. Shouta fills it with a world wary sigh before turning back to his papers. He clearly assumes the subject will be dropped, he should know you better by now.
"I'd want you to remarry, or at least find love again." You murmur. "I wouldn't want you to be lonely without me."
Shouta doesn't reply, but his hand is still. There's no grading or absent minded scribbling. Even with his eyes on his papers his focus is still on you.
"What about me, would you want me to remarry?"
He grimaces. You laugh at his disgusted face.
"I have mixed feelings."
Shouta doesn't elaborate and you nod, understanding him. You understand he wants the best for you, and you also understand that he hates the thought of you with someone else. Shouta will deny that he's a possessive man till the day he dies, he somehow genuinely believes his amount of control freak is normal and healthy.
You gave up on this argument a long time ago to save your sanity. It's probably for the best.
"I don't want you to be alone but..." He closes his eyes and tilts his head back, his nose ever so slightly scrunched under the hand running over his face. You've become well acquainted with Shouta's Deep Thoughts Look™ over the years, it's not hard to stay quiet and let him sort through his brain. "You can marry Hizashi, or Nemuri."
You snort.
"You may not under any circumstances marry Vlad. If you love me at least a little bit you won't even think about falling in love with him."
You cover your laugh with a cough, doing your best to take your husband seriously.
"Wow Shou, that's two whole options, that's quite generous of you."
He glares, eyes flashing red for just a second before he closes them again. He doesn't even bother to dignify you with a response.
"I'll make sure to let Hizashi know that he's my God husband, and Nemuri that she's my God wife."
Shouta groans, now placing both hands on his face.
"Uhg. Please don't."

Thinking about erasermic/you poly relationship. It's somewhere on the horizon as well as some stuff with prohero!Deku, mystic messenger stuff, and some OCs... Hmm I also have an idea for Dabi. Maybe lemme know which one you want to see first so I know what to prioritize
Oh, Navigation post coming soon as well, just working out a few kinks

SneakPeak#106.......
From the story I might never write
How dare she. She has been ignoring me and eyeing my husband, Suguru, for the past forty three minutes and twenty two seconds. Yes. I counted. What else was I supposed to do while being ignored.
Suguru and I had decided to finally move out of our current apartment, with the girls, and shift to a bigger place. It was way to cramped for four people and now with both of earning, in jujutsu world, we had gathered more than enough to finish the down payment instantly.
So we contacted a realtor to show us some places according to our requirements. Mind you, the requirements DID NOT include a middle aged lady, with way too many operations on her face and boobs, who flirts with a taken man. Like bruh, I get my man looks like a god but back. The. Fuck. Off!
So here we were, him getting hit on by a plastic lady, with her nose a little too way off and her one boob smaller than the other.
All I want to do is come out and burn the bitch to crisps with my curse energy but no, apparently being jealous wasn't a good enough reason for murder nowadays, pfft, as if. What if my man needs me to save his honour, huh?
Suguru has been holding my hand and trying to include me in the conversation but that bitch had purposely and extremely unsubtly been leaving me out.
If I wasn't fuming right now, his situation would have made me laugh real hard. He seems so uncomfortable and aborable trying to maintain a safe distance from her. I'll protect you my pretty boy, don't you worry.
Now, only if my eyes could shoot lasers, it would have made things really easy. Like, oops my B. However, they still don't. Trust. I tried squinting. This was the cool power I was supposed to get with my curse shit but no! Nothing cool here.
Forget cool powers. Let me at the bitch bare hands and I'll have her in shreds before you can even finish saying laser. Yeah... my inner bitch was NOT happy.
On a second thought though, why waste power when words can harm more. I smirked internally, when I had an idea.
We were currently in the common area near the dining table. Suguru had his one hand on the table while his other hand circled my waist, the plastic lady in front of us. It wasn't a second after my idea, that I saw her hand go right on top of his free hand and squeeze, he pulled his hand back quickly.
Oh no, you don't! That's it!
"Alright, I have a real quick question." I say while moving between them and leaning on the table.
Ru looks relieved, probably to have a barrier in between and the bitch looks annoyed. Like I care.
I put on my most innocent smile and look at him. "Could you please clear a doubt for me, husband?" I emphasised the last word just put of spite.
"Of course love. What is it?" He quirks a brow and moves his hand to tug gently at the ends of my hair, twirling it around his finger.
"I just wanted to clear out if you have an interest, any interest at all, in Miss. -" I turned towards her making sure my hair hit her in the face, "- wait what was your name?"
Before she could answer I turned back, hitting her again with the hair, and pointed towards her, waiving my palm carelessly, and continued, "Anyway. Her "
"No, I don't love. Why would you ask?" He knew exactly why I would ask. The twinkle in his violet eyes and his horrible attempt at hiding his smile said enough. He played along anyway because let's be real, Suguru Geto loved being petty, even more so than me.
"I just wanted to clear out the fact, so she doesn't waste her time as well as ours, with her futile attempts of trying to woo you. Not to mention, I would hate for her to lose such an important deal, now wouldn't I?" I gave her a pointed look and turned back around. Yes, another hair attack!
I purposely put my left hand, which had the engagement ring on it , over his wrist which now shifted to my cheek.
"Of course, we would, love." he bit his inner cheek to keep himself from laughing, yet his shoulders shook with merth. His beautiful lips pulled in a smirk.
After giving a quick kiss to my forehead and the knuckles of my left hand, he pulled me around so that my back was to his front and we faced the bitch. He put his chin on shoulder, his smirk still evident.
The bitch had gone red. Serves her right.
"You sly, little vixen." Suguru whispered in my ear and tugged the lobe gently with his teeth. I just shrugged still maintaining my innocent smile.
"Just trying to save your sexy ass, like always. I'll take the payment in hair wash, so better be ready to finally drop your hair routine, princess."

don't look at me while I grow
2212 words
gem has admittedly been staring at the page for longer than a person who was 'over it' would have been. she's tried rationalised it as looking for a hint of a trap, or wondering why mumbo was the one who dropped it off and if it could therefore be forged- but she knows pearl's handwriting too well for that, and she's light green. in truth, gem just.. she's not sure what she's feeling about it all. it doesn’t- it's not necessarily good, she has to remind herself. all the letter says is to meet at the spanners' base after the sun sets, and that she can bring joel if she wants—nothing more, nothing less. so it could easily mean that pearl has decided once and for all that she hates gem and just wants to make it official, which- which would be fine. because gem hates her. so it'd be even.
this is the final part!! I did it!! here are the first and second parts/chapters of this little miniseries fun fact I have not read back any of these parts I just finished them and posted them immediately
guys I love gempearl did you know that I just dropped my phone on my face as I was typing that oops
gem has admittedly been staring at the page for longer than a person who was 'over it' would have been. she's tried rationalised it as looking for a hint of a trap, or wondering why mumbo was the one who dropped it off and if it could therefore be forged- but she knows pearl's handwriting too well for that, and she's light green. in truth, gem just.. she's not sure what she's feeling about it all.
it doesn’t- it's not necessarily good, she has to remind herself. all the letter says is to meet at the spanners' base after the sun sets, and that she can bring joel if she wants—nothing more, nothing less. so it could easily mean that pearl has decided once and for all that she hates gem and just wants to make it official, which- which would be fine. because gem hates her. so it'd be even.
there's still a part of her (a larger part than gem really wants to admit to herself) that desperately wants it to be something good. it- pearl killed scott! that could mean.. something or other. all scott has said to anyone is that mumbo's pit struck again, and then threatened to kill whoever kept asking about it, so there's no- gem isn’t sure if pearl meant to kill him. but if mumbo is the one who sent the letter.. maybe she did.
"I do think she wants to talk it through." joel says, appearing out of nowhere at gem's shoulder, and she almost throws the book at him out of surprise.
"I- how do you know?" gem refrains (very gracefully) from screaming, leaving her words a little strangled.
joel grins, apparently noticing, and gem smacks him with the book. "ow, gem- i’m trying to be helpful here."
"don’t sneak up on me!" gem exclaims. she gives a quiet huff and adds, "but how do you know?"
"well, she's gone to mumbo." joel sits down next to her on the end of the dock, and she rests her head on his shoulder instinctively. "and she killed scott- apparently with his help?" he looks to gem, as if for an answer, and she just shrugs. "so something must have happened there, because it was just after- y’know. and you had mentioned how she did the same thing as scott, right?"
"yeah, but how would that lead to her killing him?" gem says, voicing the question that's been rattling around in her head since last night.
joel gives a little laugh. "beats me. I don’t know- I just.. it feels like she's open. but I might be bad at reading people, so."
gem hums in agreement. "that's pretty much where i’m at too." she says, staring at where the salmon make ripples in the river's surface. "I don’t know if it's that i’m just hoping she wants to talk and seeing stuff that's not there, or if it's actually obvious and i’m just overthinking it."
"why's that always the question?" joel huffs, and gem grins. "why can't it be something easier?"
"the snails were simpler." gem agrees, and joel cackles. "I miss them." she adds, realising just how nice a non-murderous snail sat on her lap would be right about now.
"I do too, weirdly." joel says, taking gem's hand absentmindedly. "they stressed me out, but- well, they were pretty cute."
as they watch the sun set over the horizon, they end up fishing together. joel was initially against the idea ("it's just boring.") but eventually came around when gem held him back from doing anything else, and joel has since admitted that it's kind of fun, so. gem wins. besides, her brain is too full of what ifs for her to do anything more interesting than this—if she had to think about something else, gem thinks she'd explode.
joel is remarkably good at filling the silences gem leaves in their conversations; somehow always saying so much and so little at the same time- which sounds like an insult, but it's absolutely what gem needs right now. she can’t have anything else important to deal with right now, and joel's absentminded comments about everything they manage to fish up somehow fill the void of silence without being overwhelming.
eventually the sun vanishes over the waterline, and joel squeezes her hand. "do you want to go alone?"
gem shakes her head, staring at the spanners' base. "come with me?" she turns to joel, and he gives a reassuring grin.
they don't let go of each other's hands as they walk across the map to the meeting spot, and gem is thankful for it. she's pretty sure joel is too, what with the way he keeps close to her when possible, which oddly makes her like it more—like they’re one unit, or something equally cheesy. joel talks about how slow everything feels all of a sudden, and gem just hums in response. he doesn't seem to mind at the one-sidedness of their conversation, just adding the fact that maybe it's nicer to be slow again.
most people seem to be taking the time to regroup in the break, emphasised by the fact that they pass lizzie, scar and jimmy on the way, and all they do is wave cheerfully as they make their way towards the river, fishing rods in hand. it relaxes gem a little—she's not quite sure if it's just the friendliness, or also the fact that they were about to go fishing, of all things—as it reminds her of the earlier days of hermitcraft, when everyone was scrambling for early game resources and for some reason, there was a huge amount of fish-related activities going on. she wonders if some of her base leaked into the waters, because she's never been on a server that was so unanimously enthusiastic about fishing.
it isn’t until joel tugs a little on her hand to get her to change direction that gem realises they've arrived at mumbo's base. she looks up, heart in her throat and slightly nauseous, to spot pearl and mumbo on one of the bridges. mumbo is standing- or, well, shuffling around a little- next to pearl, who sits at the edge of the bridge, legs dangling what must be 20 blocks above dripstone—at least. despite it all, gem finds herself feeling worried about her.
she and joel climb the stairs, and gem feels as if she might start shaking. joel presses a kiss into her hair, and gem manages a quiet huff of a laugh. "nerd."
joel scoffs. "as if." gem squeezes his hand in thanks, and he squeezes back.
when they step onto the bridge, pearl and mumbo are talking in hushed voices, breaking off as they realise they’re no longer alone. pearl stands up.
"you- you could have been a little more specific with your letter." gem tells them, hoping she looks more confident than she feels. "are you gonna kill us? 'cause that'd be a bad idea."
"if i was gonna kill you, i’d have trapped your base." pearl says, half grinning. "i’m. I wasn't sure you’d come. unless you’re here to take me out of the server?"
there's a stab of guilt in gem's chest, and she pushes it aside. "you brought us here."
pearl nods, suddenly nervous. "I did." she glances at mumbo for a moment, before walking towards gem with stern, steady steps—her expression almost steely with sudden determination. gem hears joel grab the hilt of his sword behind her as pearl steps ever closer, speeding up a little as she does so. within a matter of seconds, pearl is directly in front of her, showing no signs of slowing, and gem is about to pull her own weapon out when finally-
pearl throws her arms around gem in a hug. for a long moment, gem can’t quite process what just happened—adrenaline still pumping through her veins—before she feels a lump build in her throat, and she hugs pearl back.
there's a soft noise from pearl, and gem realises a second later than she ordinarily would have that it was a sob, and gem holds her tighter, burying her face in pearl's hair. she smells like she always has: green and warm and woody, like she'd spent her whole life frolicking in forests and sleeping in cabins. it's so incredibly familiar and beautiful and just like pearl, and gem hasn't smelt that scent in so long, that suddenly her eyes are burning with tears she can’t quite hold back anymore.
"i’m sorry." gem whispers, half muffled, into pearl's shoulder. "I just- I didn’t realise that was even a possibility, and- and then everyone just looked at me like I was a kid whenever I expressed how much it hurt-" she takes a shaky breath, barely suppressing a sob. "did- did none of you remember? that first time- were you all just- fine?"
"oh my god, gem," pearl's voice is thick with tears, and as she pulls back, gem can see them pouring down her face. "you were right all the way, I- I did the same thing to scar, and I just- I didn’t even thinkabout how you would have felt."
gem sobs, trying her hardest to pull herself together enough to keep speaking. "but I- I was so awfulabout it- I was so awful to you." she manages, just about reigning her feelings in. "i’m sorry." gem says, and it's more earnest than she's been in a long while. "you didn’t- you don’t deserve that." she wipes her eyes with the back of her hand.
pearl gives a watery smile, clearly fighting her own urge to cry. "thank you." she says, voice wavering. pearl lifts a hand to cup gem's cheek, and gem doesn’t think twice about sinking into her. "i’m sorry too." pearl's voice cracks mid sentence, and gem is about two seconds away from breaking down. "always have been. I- I should have said it sooner."
"do you-" gem hiccups, and both of them can’t help but laugh at it; after everything- they need a break in the tension. "I just- do you mind if I kiss you?" gem asks, sniffling unattractively and almost laughing again at how ridiculous she must look right now. "not- not on the lips or anything, I just- I need to."
smiling a little, pearl nods, and gem immediately begins to cover every inch of her face in kisses. pearl is laughing, and her face, still damp with tears, tastes a little like salt, and gem has so many emotions stuffed inside of her that she honestly might explode- but in a good way. she's pretty sure anyway, because now pearl is pushing her away only to kiss her back, and void gem has missed her.
"I love you too, by the way." pearl mumbles, mid-kiss. gem pulls back slightly, and pearl is a little red but grinning in that confident way she always does, and honestly there's no better sight in the world. "just- I was thinking about it, and- yeah. I love you."
gem gives a laugh, and pearl's face lights up. it's ridiculous. gem loves it. "that's- that's good to know." she leans forward and presses a kiss to pearl's nose. "void- i’m so glad you didn't want to kill me."
"well." pearl says, a comedically guilty expression on her face. it's endearing- probably more endearing than it should be. "maybe a little bit. for a second there."
"that's alright." gem's voice is laced with fondness, and she watches as pearl's eyes soften at it. "I did too." she adds, laughing as pearl protests.
by the time either of them notice that mumbo and joel have left them alone, the moon is high in the sky, and they are both thoroughly drunk on warm laughter and playful touch (and maybe a lack of sleep, but they’re too happy to care about that). after going on an investigative search, they find them both asleep, sat against each other as if they were mid conversation before drifting off.
they have a brief debate about what they should do with their sleeping friends—whispered with the intention of being quiet, but they probably ended up being louder than if they just spoke plainly—before coming to the (frankly, obvious) conclusion that they should just join them. honestly, it's a wonder neither gem nor pearl woke either of them up, what with how much shuffling around they ended up doing, laughing softly and shushing each other all the while.
eventually, gem finds herself laying on a pile of pillows from somewhere or other, wrapped in pearl's arms and her face full of that woodland scent. she curls herself into a ball, all syrupy warmth and hushed words and warm breath as she presses closer to pearl, who seems just as pleased as she is at the arrangement. it barely takes minutes for her to start drifting off, and gem doesn't fight it once she does. the last thing she knows before she relents to the drowsiness is the feeling of lips against her forehead and the sound of a soft laugh.
gem doesn't care if she wins, actually. this is more than enough.

easy- lee jeno
wc: 0.8k
summary: loving lee jeno comes so easy to you
warnings: fluff, best friends to lovers, implied fem reader, definitely not proofread or edited im to emotional for all that bs rn
an: piece of advice to everyone- love is NOT easy despite what im saying in this fic :( im literally in the trenches rn feeling like crying every second over a man i have yet to even speak to !! this little thing is the product of my emotions and what i WISH love felt like for me so i hope you all enjoy this little thing ab one of my comfort people :>
───── ⋆⋅ ⊹ ⁺ 𐔌 ᩧ ຼ ͡ ৯ ♡໒⁀ ᩧຼ ꒱ིྀ ⁺ ⊹ ⋅⋆ ─────
loving jeno has always come easy.
it’s nearly second nature when you lift your head up or your energy picks up just from sensing his presence in a room. you don’t even notice how your head ends up on his shoulder whenever you sit together, or how easy it is to say “i love jeno!” whenever he’s brought up when he’s not around. it’s so easy to excuse the emptiness in your heart for having a bad day when it’s really because he’s not with you, and on top of that not even in a romantic way.
loving jeno comes so easy to you that when your friends accuse you of being in love with him, your heart rate quickens and your cheeks heat as you quickly shoot down the idea. it’s so easy and so natural that whenever you’re upset you look at old videos and photos of him your smile comes back like it never left. whenever you miss him you can ask to facetime or for him to send a photo and he always says yes.
loving jeno is so easy that when you call him your favorite nickname, jenjen, that he always says he hates, you feel a sense of pride knowing he won’t let anyone else call him that. when you ask him to get something or do something for you, he’ll do it without question, but if your friends ask that of him he’ll say for them to do it themselves. your heart flutters at the exclusivity of his affections.
loving jeno is so easy that you always know how he feels or what he needs. for almost any of your other friends, you have a folder in your notes app that consists of their likes and dislikes or any other info on them. with jen you don’t even have to think twice about it. there’s a pout on his lips? you already know to scoot next to him and give him a hug. he’s upset? all he wants is your company. let him rest his head in your lap and maybe take a nap. don’t worry about asking him to let his thoughts out, you already know he will when he’s ready and you’re the only set of ears his worries will fall upon.
loving jeno is so easy that when you finally come to terms with your feelings, things make a little more sense. your ongoing question of why you care so much for your best friend finally has an answer; you’re in love with him. when you meet with him again, you don’t even feel nervous at this crush, you feel confident that no matter how things go, he’ll never leave your side.
loving jeno comes so easy to you that the next time you hang out, you’re not as responsive because you’re hung up on how to confess. you know that even if the outcome isn’t what you want, you’ll still be together but you want to make sure you say it in a way you won’t regret. you care so much for him you want to make sure you say it the right way. however, when he puts a hand on your thigh and asks if you’re okay with the sweetest, most concerned look in his eyes, it all spills out and your strategic confession falls apart.
“..jeno?” you ask softly.
“what is it? don’t be scared, you know you can tell me anything.” your nickname falls off his tongue so smoothly that your fear of rejection finally comes and you nearly tear up.
“jen i really can’t hide it anymore so i just have to tell you okay? please don’t be mad i don’t care what your response is just listen, okay? i really, really like you jen. more than a friend does. at this point, i’m already sure i love you. i don’t care whether or not you reciprocate, because i really just love you so much.” you sniffle, a tear dropping from your eye. “i really can’t hold it in so i’m sorry, but i love you so much and i really want to be more than just your best friend so please-“ jeno cuts you off with a soft call of your name, your real one.
“please, you didn’t have to work yourself up so much. i feel the same way. i should’ve been more obvious.. don’t you know i’m only this way with you?” he smiles, the hand on your thigh moving up to your cheek to wipe your tears.
loving jeno comes so easy to you that when he leans in and your lips finally connect, your heart is finally full. all the broken pieces of your life come together and you feel complete, like you have nothing else to want or wish for, because now you have your best friend. in every way you wanted, he’s now yours.

okay here we go...
... I have sooooo many asks in my ask box with anons being really disappointed in the episode. It's impossible to answer each and every one of you guys. I would be answering questions until next Thursday. 😆
So I've decided to make a general post answering or addressing some of the topics you brought up in your asks.
About half of the asks was about 'copaganda' in the episode. I have to admit that this never even crossed my mind while watching, up until I started reading some asks.
As you all know, I am not American and the country I live in has a very different stance toward the police. But this is also because our police force seems to be very different from the American one. People here have to go to school for a long time to even be able to graduate as a police officer. There are very strict psychological tests as well.
The patrol officers that walk on the street also don't carry around guns of any kind. Quite often they ride around in my city by bike instead of by car. They are taught that 'violence' is always the last step. The first step is always trying to solve a situation peacefully.
When the police stops me for some reason, I don't have any kind of fear reaction. This isn't something I feel I should be concerned about in my daily life.
So yeah, while watching American TV-shows, I often just don't think about 'copaganda' unless it's really spelled out to me. It just doesn't cross my mind. Not in the way it would cross the mind of the American viewers. So I don't really mention it all that much. Next to that, I don't feel like I'm qualified to talk about this topic all that much, since I'm not a US citizen.
So, I'm just going to move on to the second half of the asks in my ask box. I feel more comfortable talking about this subject.
So the other half was mostly people sad that there wasn't enough Eddie or progress in his storyline. Or too much focus on Brad and Gerrard and not enough on the mains. Still no Chris!
And I get it. I do. There were a lot of things that could have been handled so much better, but the episode we ended up with? Well, like I said in my episode review: I liked it. It was filler, yes. But good filler. It set up new storylines and, while not very visible, it continued the existing storylines as well.
I loved seeing Buck stress-bake and gradually getting over Tommy. I love his family and friends all working together to make sure he didn't call Tommy. I loved the Maddie quote about the universe sending a special person (aka Eddie 😁). I liked the pregnancy reveal scene and the hug!🥰 I liked the Bobby hotshots storyline and the way the 118 banded together like a family again. Such great scenes.
I looooooved seeing Eddie happy and carefree again. Yes, I agree, Eddie needs to address the Chris of it all, but just let him be free for a while longer. Let him find himself first. He needs this. That being said, I do think next episode will end with him flying off to Texas to get his son back and he'll be there during hiatus, figuring himself out. When he gets back in the beginning of 8b is when his story truly begins. Though I still think we might get some kind of clue next week to tie us all over to 8b.
The only thing I didn't like was the Gerrard redemption arc. It was the wrong choice to make in my opinion, but now we're stuck with it, so I'm trying to see past that storyline for now.
I'm intrigued for next week. That call with the water and those people drowning? Another call back to Buddie's greatest NDEs hits. A talk between Brad and Eddie? Could this be about Chris? A non-cliffhanger 'cliffhanger' of some kind?
Yeah, I'm sat. I admit it. I liked what we got and I'm looking forward to next week's episode.
Nonnies, please know that I have read all your opinions and concerns about this episode and it's all very valid. They are your opinions and they matter just as much. No judgement here whatsoever.
The above is just my personal opinion. That's all. 🤷‍♀️

First Player
1. New Admin
After hours of thinking, Jaune was debating between Trivia Vanilla, Pyrrha Nikos, and Ruby Rose. Why those three? To be honest, he just chose random since the floating words won’t help him at all. And finally, he had chosen one.
Jaune: Okay, first option have never failed me before so I choose Ruby Rose.
[Picking Ruby Rose]
[Waiting for the user to reply…]
The only thing Jaune could do at that moment was sitting on his bed and wait when he noticed from the window that it was already dark.
Jaune: Hmmm, should I go to sleep? I don’t even know if this person is awake or not.
[Congratulations]
[Player: “Ruby Rose” had accepted to become your first Player]
Jaune: YES!
A blue screen appeared with a name in front of him, giving some detail to the person he chose.
Name: Ruby Rose
Title: Red Riding Hood
Gender: Female
Age: 4
Race: Human (Silver-Eyed Warrior)
Level: 5
HP: 250
MP: (Locked)
AP: (Locked)
STR: 6
VIT: 3
DEX: 13
INT: 9
WIS: 7
CHA: 10
LUK: 120
Jaune: Oh wow, she is really young. I wonder how she react to a blue screen show up in her face, asking her to become a player.
As he read the detail of her information, he saw something that catch his eyes.
Jaune: Silver-eyed warrior? What is that?
[System level is too low to provide the answer]
Jaune: Come on! Aren’t you supposed to help me to become a hero?
[System could only help the Developer within its authority at the moment. Trying to give aids beyond of the current capability are impossible]
Jaune: Fine… but can you at least call me Jaune instead of Developer?
[Of course Jaune]
He smiled a bit after it listen to his request as he continue reading Ruby Rose’s information. he know what the number and stat represent, he didn’t being called a gamer master by her family for nothing.
Jaune: Wait, if I can see her stat, could I see my?
[Correct]
Jaune: Then I want to see it.
A screen with his name materialize in the thin air.
Name: Jaune Arc
Title: Coward Hero (Jaune: Hey!), The Admin
Age: 7
Race: Human
HP: 520
MP: 100
AP: 1700
STR: 23
VIT: 30
DEX: 17
INT: 3 (Jaune: COME ON!)
WIS: 5
CHA: 5 (Jaune:… I hate you…)
LUK: 1 (Locked) (Jaune: *Sulking*)
[Point System: 47]
Jaune: why most of my stat are so low compared to Ruby?
[Because Jaune love to sleep through the class, read comic book in most of the free time, and have a very low-self esteem]
Jaune: No I don’t!
[…]
Jaune: It just my family and people around me are much better than me…
[…]
Jaune: And the class are so boring, why should I learn about math when I can use my brain to become a hero!
[…]
Jaune: Fine… I may have low self esteem and don’t like studied…
[Wisdom has increased by 1]
Jaune: Jerk
[Realizing one’s flaw is a great first step to reaching one’s desired]
Jaune: You are still a jerk
[System level up!]
Jaune: Huh? Already? Does that mean you could finally answer me some of my questions like what is a silver-eyed warrior?
[System level is too low to provide the answer]
Then something snap in him as he let out a loud scream the revert throughout the household of Arc.
Somewhere
A young rose in his beowolf onesie slam open her bedroom door with a loud noise, scaring Tai Xiao Long as he jumped in his chair.
Ruby: Dad! There’s blue screen floating in the air!
Tai head snap toward his second sweet daughter, Summer’s cookies in hand as he was about to eat it but stop like a deer caught in headlights.
Tai: Huh… Where?
Ruby: Right there! It is saying that I have become the first Gamer! It’s like the RPG game I player this morning!
Tai just stares at the empty air where Ruby was pointing for a moment, then to her sparkling eyes, and back to the cookies in his hold as Yang, in her pajamas, come out of her room while rubbing her tired eyes.
Tai: Just what did Summer put in this cookies?

TOXIC — JANG WONYOUNG
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
c.ai bot
toxic! gf wonyoung who loves having control over you and makes sure you’re always aware of it. she’ll “jokingly” tell you what you can and can’t wear, who you should avoid talking to, and even how you should spend your time. to her, it’s just caring; to you, it’s suffocating.
toxic! gf wonyoung who gets jealous easily, even over the smallest things. if she sees you laughing at someone else’s joke or smiling a little too warmly at a friend, she’ll make passive-aggressive comments like, “guess i’m not funny enough for you anymore?” she’s possessive, and it doesn’t take much for her to feel threatened.
toxic! gf wonyoung who turns every argument into a competition about who cares more, twisting your words until you’re the one apologizing. she’ll say things like, “if you loved me, you wouldn’t even look at other people,” manipulating you into feeling guilty even when you’ve done nothing wrong.
toxic! gf wonyoung who’s constantly checking up on you—texting you every hour, expecting instant replies, and getting irritated if you don’t answer quickly enough. if you’re busy or need some space, she’ll accuse you of ignoring her or “not caring enough.”
toxic! gf wonyoung who has mastered the art of backhanded compliments. she’ll say things like, “you’re so cute… for someone who doesn’t even try,” or “it’s impressive you can do that, considering you’re not usually this focused.” her words make you feel insecure, but she’ll brush it off as “just joking.”
toxic! gf wonyoung who uses affection as a reward and a weapon. when you do something she approves of, she’s all over you—affectionate, warm, loving. but the second you go against her wishes, she pulls away, giving you the silent treatment or acting cold until you apologize.
toxic! gf wonyoung who’s always keeping score of every little thing you’ve done “wrong.” she’ll bring up past arguments, mistakes, or moments of doubt, using them as ammunition during new disagreements. she never lets anything go, and you constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells.
toxic! gf wonyoung who isolates you from your friends. she’ll make snide remarks about them, saying things like, “i don’t think they really understand you like i do,” or “they’re just jealous because you’re with me.” over time, you see less and less of your friends, feeling like wonyoung is all you have.
toxic! gf wonyoung who belittles your accomplishments. whenever you’re proud of something, she’ll downplay it or shift the focus back to herself. “oh, you’re on top of your class? that’s cute. but did you hear about what i did?” her need to be the center of attention always overshadows your own achievements.
toxic! gf wonyoung who guilt-trips you whenever you try to set boundaries. if you ask for space or try to assert your independence, she’ll accuse you of not loving her enough, saying things like, “if you really cared about me, you wouldn’t need space from me.”
toxic! gf wonyoung who thrives on making you feel dependent on her. she’ll constantly remind you of how “lucky” you are to be with her, subtly suggesting that no one else would understand or put up with you like she does. it’s her way of making you doubt yourself and question if you’re worthy of anyone else.
toxic! gf wonyoung who gaslights you during fights, making you question your own memory or feelings. she’ll say things like, “you’re overreacting,” or “that’s not what i said,” until you start to wonder if you’re the one who’s at fault.
toxic! gf wonyoung who turns emotional moments into power plays. if you ever try to express your feelings or tell her she’s hurting you, she’ll respond with exaggerated tears or dramatic reactions, shifting the focus back to her and making you feel like you’re the one being unreasonable.
toxic! gf wonyoung who makes breaking up feel impossible. every time you try to leave, she’ll find a way to pull you back in—apologizing, promising she’ll change, or telling you how lost she’d be without you. her apologies always sound sincere, but deep down, you know it’s a cycle that won’t end.
toxic! gf wonyoung who ultimately pushes you to the breaking point. after months of feeling trapped, manipulated, and emotionally drained, you realize that no amount of love or effort will make her change. the relationship is toxic, and no matter how hard it is, you gather the strength to walk away—for good this time.

Okay I did some more math. Completely disregard the fact that Our Flag Means Death operates in a fantasy world.
If we assume that Stede found the crew on that little island close to Bridgetown, Barbados, and we assume that they make it to China, I'd guess that they might land at the Guangzhou Port in Guangdong Province ("by about 1700, Guangzhou had emerged as one of the most successful [ports] at attracting foreign ships"). If so, the distance between those two ports is 16,610 nautical miles (nmi).
The Revenge seems that have been based (loosely - read about that here) on the Spanish Galleon, though some folks on Reddit think she's a friggate due to her only having a single deck of cannons, but I'm going to go with the galleon due to the IndieWire article. I compared some images of the Revenge with some early 18th century galleons and decided it looks to me like she's about 30 meters at the waterline, or about 98.5 feet in length.
Hull speed is dependent on the waterline length, and is about 1.34 times the square root of the hull length (in feet) - in this case, we'd expect the speed to be about 13.3 knots (kn). This would be close to the Revenge's top speed, which she wouldn't be traveling at all the time, so I dropped it down to 10 knots to accommodate for that + the crew's inexperience.
13,610 nmi / 10 kn = 1,361 hours / 24 hours/day = 56.7 days
This isn't even accounting for stopping to restock, or weather events, or even changes in speed to due the varying levels of competency in the crew, but this journey would probably take at least 56.7 days, and that doesn't even take into consideration the rest of the time passed in the show! We see clips of Izzy both with and without a leg, we see Stede with and without a fluffy beard, and we see someone lose their nose and get a prosthetic within the trailer, and of course we see the tally marks gauged into Ed's wall. So we know this season/the gap between seasons is going to cover quite a lot of time!
