Losing weight unintentionally now 🙃
It's fine this is fine all good and certainly not very triggering
#its not been like *a lot* of weight just a few pounds#im less concerned about my actual weight at the moment and more concerned about my loss of appetite#because idk wtf is causing it but its not going away#i lose my appetite sometimes and im uswd to it but usually it just means i don't eat .uc#*dont eat much one day#and then eat a lot the next#my body naturally compensates normally and its honestly great#but not right now :(#and i know im at a weight where i can afford some careless weight loss but im scared of how its affecting me mentally#and idk whats causing it? maybe depression or anxiety... those are usually the two culprits#that or ironically being happier or less anxious will also make me eat less#but i dont know if thats been the case lately
