i also wish we would've gotten more of blarke discussing oct*via. clarke seems to bite her tongue when bellamy brings her up, and it seems like there have been a lot of off screen discussions, because she can clearly tell he's upset about his sister again here in 4x06. does she know who gave him those scars in s3?? does she know how his sister has continuously blamed and mistreated him since?? she must, she has witnessed a lot of it. but i wish we could've seen this instead of me having to rely on fanon speculation (tho i do love what fics/meta has sprung up over some of these missing scenes)

༺═──────────────═༻
She had no idea what to expect when she walked into the rental hall for the Devils Christmas party with her boyfriend of two years. She knows that Jack, Luke, Nico, Dawson, and Jesper decorated the whole thing, but she's surprised at how well it's actually decorated.
Everyone is either wearing red or back, which makes sense considering the Devils' colors are red and black. She thought there would be more green worn since it is the day after Christmas. A lot of the guys are wearing one of their arrival suits with crazy ties.
Jack isn't though. He has on one of his arrival suits and a black tie. He didn't go all out in his outfit but he did with the decor.
"Wow, Jack," she gasps when she walks into the hall. "Looks good. I had doubts."
He looks offended as (Y/N) greets him with a very quick kiss. "Ouch, baby," he says as he feigns chest pain. "That hurt."
"I mean, the oldest one out of the five of you that decorated is only 25," she defends. "Sorry if I had a few doubts about a bunch of mid to young twenty-year-olds decorating for a Christmas party. Luke also just left college in May so excuse me for being worried about how it would look with you guys decorating."
Jack drapes an arm around her shoulders and smiles. "We had our captain with us," he comments. "We were in good hands, (Y/N). He kept ordering us around and telling us where things should go. Merc even got yelled at in Swiss-German because Nico got so frustrated with us at one point."
She smiles as she walks further into the large room. "I wish I could've seen that," she laughs. "That sounds like a very Nico thing to do."
"What sounds like a very Nico thing to do?" a accented voice says from behind (Y/N). She freezes mid-step and turns with Jack to look at Nico Hischier.
"You yelling at Dawson in Swiss-German while we were decorating," Jack answers for her. No words form on her lips as she looks Nico up and down when a smile forms on his lips. She swears her cheeks get hot when he looks over at her.
She has no idea why she gets tongue-tied around the Swiss captain. He's been around since she and Jack started dating. She should be used to seeing him and talking to him by now.
Maybe it's that damn accent or the fact that there are no words in the English language that could describe how hot he looks in his suit and fresh haircut. The dimple that forms when he smiles makes her lose her mind every single time.
If she weren't dating Jack, she'd absolutely go for his captain. She's always had a thing for European guys.
"Well, it was frustrating that he wasn't listening," Nico says, pulling her out of her head. "You know when I get frustrated, I switch languages. It's something that's always happened. Sometimes it's out of my control."
"I'm well aware," Jack laughs, completely unaware that his girlfriend is checking out his captain, or that his captain is checking out his girlfriend.
It's something that started very recently, and neither of them have acted on their thoughts. (Y/N) is very much in love with Jack, but she is allowed to look at other men. As long as she doesn't act on the thoughts she has about other men.
An arm wraps around her waist and she looks up at Jack. "Why don't you go get us drinks and maybe something to eat?" he suggests. "I need to talk to Nico about some strategies for our next game against Columbus."
She nods and spares one last glance at Nico before walking off. She finds the area with the drinks and food. She makes a plate for them to share and orders them both a drink from the bar.
When she turns around with their plate of food and their drinks, she sees that Jack and Nico are still very deep in conversation. Nico looks surprised and confused at whatever Jack is saying to him. Nico does glance over at her then quickly looks away from her and back at Jack.
He nods at something Jack said before Jack turns and walks over to her. He takes one of the drinks and (Y/N) asks, "What was that about? It looked like a much different conversation than strategies about the game with the way Nico looked."
"Don't worry your pretty little head about it," Jack tells her with a soft kiss to her temple. "Just know that it was a very good and informative conversation between a captain and his alternate. That's all you need to know right now. Let's go eat, yeah?"
She nods and they find a table with Dougie, Erik, Vitek, and their significant others so they can eat. She enjoys the meatball hoagie she made for herself and Jack enjoys the piece of steak she grabbed for him.
The two of them make small conversations with each other and with the people at their table. Dougie compliments Jack on how good the decorations look and he talks all about how fun it was to decorate with Luke, Nico, Dawson, and Jesper.
(Y/N) doesn't realize it at first but her eyes scan the room looking for Nico the first time Jack mentions the captain. She's surprised when she doesn't find him anywhere. She hasn't seen him since he walked away from Jack nearly ten minutes ago now.
"Hey, Jack," she says to grab his attention. He looks over at her. "Have you seen Nico? He's nowhere to be found."
Jack blinks at his girlfriend. "Why are you looking for Nico?" he asks.
"It's just weird that I haven't seen him," she explains. "He's usually walking around and talking to everyone but I haven't seen him since he walked away from the conversation with you."
He swallows a bite of his food and says, "He said something about going to the bathroom. He's probably still there."
She's confused by how Jack is being so casual about his MIA captain. A teammate would go find him and make sure he's okay.
(Y/N) stands up when Jack goes back to talking with Dougie, Erik, and Vitek. She makes her way towards the bathrooms. Dawson walks out of the men's room and she grabs him. "Is Nico in there?" she asks. "Jack said he might be in there."
"Yeah, he's in there," he tells her. "He's freaking out about something but won't tell me what. Where's Jack? I wanna talk to him."
"At the table with Dougie, Erik, and Vitek," she replies. "They're talking about the decorations actually so if you want to go and brag, there you go."
Dawson smiles and heads into the main room.
(Y/N) hesitates for a moment before she slowly pushes open the door to the men's room. She peeks her head in and sees Nico leaning with his hands against the sink counter. His head is down, but he seems to be the only one in the bathroom so she walks in.
The door closing behind her gets Nico's attention. He blinks a couple of times before before he realizes that she's standing in the bathroom with him. "What are you doing in here?" he asks. "Where's Jack?"
"That seems to be a really popular question," she says with a smile on her face. The smile falters when she realizes he's being serious. "He's talking to Dougie, Erik, Vitek, and now probably Dawson. He said you might be in here so I came to check on you to make sure you're okay."
Nico still seems confused as to why she is standing in front of him instead of Jack. "Did he tell you?" he questions.
Now it's her turn to be confused. "Tell me what?" she asks. "He didn't tell me anything. He's actually being really weird and refused to come see if you were okay when I realized you haven't been seen in like ten minutes. Then Dawson said you were panicking about something so that really had me worried. I needed to come check on you."
He leans against the counter and crosses his arms across his chest. He's taken his suit jacket off and she can't help but look at how the button-up hugs his arms in all the right places. She presses her lips into a line so she doesn't say anything.
The captain squints his eyes at her and says, "I think you should talk to him about the conversation we had. I shouldn't be the one to tell you."
"Now you're being weird," she comments. "Why is everyone being so weird recently? I am really not a fan of-"
Nico crosses the floor in four large strides and pulls her by the back of her neck into a deep kiss, cutting her off from whatever she was about to say.
She gives in because she's always wondered what it would be like to kiss Nico. He's an attractive guy and she's always thought he was attractive.
The dark hair that he's let grow long enough to cover his forehead and form a curtain over his eyes when he looks down. Her fingers play with the ends of his locks on the back of his neck. The dimple in his cheek every time he smiles makes her weak in the knees sometimes. The deep, accented voice makes her wish that she got to hear how it sounds in bed.
She kisses him back after a lapse in her judgement.
The shock of the initial kiss wears off and Nico walks until (Y/N)'s lower back is pressed against the same sink he was leaning on five minutes ago. The kisses exchanged between them are feverish and desperate.
His free hand rests on her waist and she moves to grip the collar of his shirt so he doesn’t move away from her. Nico shoves a thigh between her legs and she has to refrain from grinding against it.
All she wants is to get some pressure on her core, but she doesn’t want this to be over so soon. If she starts to grind on Nico’s thigh, she’ll be coming in seconds.
She jumps up onto the counter behind her because her neck is starting to hurt from craning it to kiss him. His hand slides down to her thigh, his fingers dipping below the skirt of the dress that she’s wearing. She hooks her legs around his waist, and she feels something poke her upper thigh.
A door opens beside them and (Y/N) breaks the kiss to look at whoever walked in the door.
It’s Jack.
Her eyes widen and she pushes Nico away from her. “I-” she begins to say before Jack waves his hand to cut her off. She closes her mouth and tries not to cry.
The realization of what just happened sinks in the longer Jack stays quiet. She cheated on him with his captain. It doesn’t surprise her that he hasn’t said anything. He just looks between the two of them.
“Does she know?” Jack asks, looking behind her at Nico.
“I haven’t told her yet,” Nico says. She turns and looks at him. She’s surprised to find that he doesn’t look terrified at the fact that Jack caught them making out in the men’s bathroom.
Jack’s eyes flicker back to her. “Why do you look like you’re about to cry, baby?” he asks as he walks toward her.
A very surprised and confused (Y/N) says, “You just saw me kissing Nico. Heavily kissing Nico. You caught me cheating on you with your teammate, Jack.”
Through the tears in her eyes, she sees Jack smile. “The conversation with Nico was to tell him that it was okay if he did anything with you,” he tells her. “I’ve seen the way the two of you look at each other. It was obvious that you both were thinking the same thing.”
“But-”
“And I offered for him to join us in our bed tonight,” Jack admits, cutting her off. He brushes a piece of hair away from her face and tucks it behind her ear. “If it’s alright with you, of course. If it’s too much then you don’t have to but I don’t mind sharing you tonight and see where it takes us.”
She blinks away the tears and looks back at a flustered and slightly disheveled Nico. He has a small smile on his face as she realizes that it was okay. Nico knew it was okay to kiss her, and she’s going to get both of them as soon as they leave.
The thought of the two of them working together to take her apart is nearly enough for her to say that they should leave the party right now. The only reason she doesn’t is because they are both leaders of the team and can’t just up and leave just as the party is beginning.
“Jack, if you felt pressured to do this because you think I want this, I-”
“I want you to be happy, (Y/N),” Jack assures her. He cups her jaw in his hands. “It’s Christmas so I thought it would be a nice surprise for you. Plus, Nico is one of my best friends so if I’m going to share you with anyone, I’d like it to be him. You look at him the same way you look at me. I’d figure that I’d give this a try.”
She looks back at Nico, who hasn’t moved but keeps the smile on his face. “I’m okay with this,” he tells her. “Jack basically made me admit to him that I want to fuck you and he said that it was okay. If you don’t want this or if you aren’t okay with this then tell us and we don’t have to do anything.”
The thing is that she has wanted to get fucked by Nico. She just didn’t know how badly she wanted it until the opportunity presented itself.
“When can we leave?”
✧・゚: *✧・゚:*
Jack and Nico make some excuse as to why they have to leave the party. (Y/N) is just along for the ride. Her body is already buzzing with anticipation of what will happen when they get to the apartment she and Jack share.
It takes nearly fifteen minutes for Jack to drive them to the apartment. She sits beside him in the passenger seat while Nico sits in the back behind Jack.
He reaches over the center console about five minutes into the drive and rests a hand on (Y/N)’s exposed thigh, right under the end of the skirt. She looks over at him and smiles. Jack’s eyes stay on the road as he squeezes her thigh. “Such a tease,” she giggles.
“Says you,” Jack replies with a smile on his lips.
She glances back at Nico, whose eyes are on Jack’s hand. His own hand was on her thigh not even a half an hour ago. The bathroom makeout comes back to her full force and her body shakes.
If that’s what Nico can do to her in two minutes, she isn’t ready for when he can take his time with her.
Jack pulls (Y/N) against him as soon as they walk into their shared apartment. She smiles and hears the front door close behind her. Jack looks behind her at Nico and says, "You don't have to just stand there, you know. You can come over. She's yours tonight too and you have my permission to do whatever you want to her as long as she's okay with it."
That's not something that (Y/N) ever expected to hear let alone hear out of Jack's mouth. That she's Nico's tonight too. She gets both of them. Two of the hottest men she's ever seen.
With permission from Jack, Nico takes the few steps over to the two of them. She turns her head and looks back at Nico, whose hands rest on her waist. She noses at his jaw so he looks at her instead of his hands. His curious eyes meet hers and she gives him a small smile.
She feels Jack's fingers on her jaw and he turns her head back to face him. "If you're uncomfortable with something-" he begins to say.
"Shut up and take me to bed," she interrupts. "Please."
He leans in and ravishes her mouth with his. His hands are on her jaw as he kisses her. They eventually slide into her hair and curl into the brown locks. She lets out a soft whine against her boyfriend's lips when she feels Nico's fingers trail down over her waist to her thighs. He presses soft kisses to her jaw and neck.
(Y/N) puts a hand on Jack's chest and pushes him toward their room. She grabs Nico's hand with her free hand and pulls him behind her. The three of them stumble through the dark apartment until they reach the bedroom.
She loses her heels and jacket in the journey to the room while Jack’s shirt gets unbuttoned and Nico loses his suit jacket. Jack picks her up and lays her on the bed as soon as they enter the room.
The kiss breaks in the process and she stares up at the two men in front of her. She bites her swollen lip as she waits for one of them to make a move.
Jack is the one to break the silence between them. “You or me?" he asks.
Nico looks down at her on the bed. "Me," he says, voice thicker than it was before. "My turn." Jack moves aside and lets Nico do whatever he wants.
She's able to smile for about two seconds before Nico crawls up her body and kisses her, continuing where they left off in the bathroom. The kiss is rough and Nico's hand is cupping her jaw. (Y/N) wraps her legs around the Swiss man's waist and digs her heels into the back of his thighs.
He kisses her more deeply than Jack does. Jack is rough, feverish. He constantly ravishes her mouth while Nico, while rough, kisses deeply. He kisses her with intent and lets her know what he wants to do to her.
It surprises her when she realizes that she loves the way they both kiss her.
Her hands run up and down his sides before she reaches between the two of them. With their lips locked, (Y/N) begins to unbutton his shirt. Nico uses his free hand to untuck the shirt from his pants. She shoves it off his body and runs her hands down his arms. His hand run down her thigh then runs up
He's more muscular than Jack is. His arms are bigger and his stomach is more toned. She loves it, but she also loves how Jack is muscular but doesn't completely cover her when he's on top of her.
She is going to get the best of both words tonight, and she cannot wait.
The mattress dips behind her and she feels fingers run through her hair. (Y/N) breaks the kiss and looks up to see Jack sitting on the bed with his fingers in her hair. He's ditched the unbuttoned shirt and suit jacket. Nico's lips attach to her jaw and he trails down her neck to her chest. The dress she's wearing exposes a lot of her cleavage and Nico kisses the exposed skin. Jack leans down and kisses her upside down.
Someone's fingers hook into the thin straps of her red dress and slide them down her arms. Nico pushes the satin fabric to the side and gets his mouth on her nipple. She groans his name against Jack's mouth and he pulls away. She tries to chase his lips but Jack pins her shoulders to the bed.
"Fuck," she sighs when Nico moves to give her other breast some attention. Jack reaches down and gets his hand on the breast that Nico abandoned. She whines when Jack rolls her sensitive nipple between his fingers.
She turns her head to the side notices the bulge in Jack's pants. She reaches behind her and palms him through his pants. She wants to get her hands on him so she blindly tries to get them unbuckled and unbuttoned. "Jack," she whines. "Off."
He moves off the bed so he can get his pants and boxers off. Nico pulls the dress further down her body as Jack sits on the bed. He pulls her against his chest while he leans back against the headboard. The dress comes off her body and Nico throws it to the floor, joining their shirts.
Nico's hungry eyes are on her when Jack moves her legs apart, exposing her ruined panties to the Devils captain. She can feel her core pulse the longer Nico's eyes are on her.
"Pretty, isn't she?" Jack asks as he tucks (Y/N)'s hair behind her ear. A soft hum comes from Nico as he begins to undress. Her eyes rake his body and she wishes that she could touch him.
Jack's fingers trail down over her jaw and neck, between her breasts and down her belly until they reach the waistband of the lace panties. His lips ghost over the swell of her ear. "You're our pretty girl," Jack whispers in her ear
"Our pretty girl," Nico agrees as he climbs onto the bed.
Our pretty girl. She's theirs. Those three words make her entire body shake.
"Come get a taste, Nico," Jack tells his friend. His fingers dip into her panties and he gathers some of the wetness. She watches as he licks up her arousal. "She's ready, like the good girl she is."
Her tongue darts out to wet her bottom lip as a now naked and smiling Nico lays on his stomach. He kisses her inner thighs as Jack turns her head. He kisses her at the same time Nico pushes her underwear to the side.
Nico's tongue runs through her folds and she moans into Jack's mouth. She reaches behind her and wraps one of her hands around his dick. Her other hand flies to Nico's hair when he wraps his lips around her clit and his tongue flicks the sensitive bundle of nerves.
She grinds her hips against Nico's mouth, needing more. She needs so much more.
This feels so much better than she ever thought it would be. Her legs are already shaking and they've only just started. Jack's lips on hers and his hands roaming her naked body. Nico's mouth on her clit. It’s a little overwhelming but it feels amazing.
Then Nico pushes a finger inside of her while his mouth is on her. She gasps and does everything she can not to come just from that. "Fuck," she moans against Jack's mouth. "Nico."
His fingers curl inside of her and her back arches off the bed. She knew he could do a lot of things with his fingers. She didn't know he could do this. Jack’s talented with his fingers, but Nico could have her coming in seconds with his.
(Y/N) breaks the kiss and slides down Jack’s body until she can turn her head and get her mouth on his dick. She licks up the bead of precome that has formed on the tip before she wraps her lips around the fire red tip. A soft groan passes his lips when she begins to move her head.
Every so often, Nico will curl his fingers or suck on her clit and she’ll hum or moan around Jack. Her boyfriend will sigh every time she makes a noise around his cock.
Her body can only hold off an orgasm for so long though. No matter how hard she tries.
The next time Nico curls his fingers in a “come here” motion, she’s coming with Jack’s dick in her mouth and Nico’s fingers in her pussy.
She pulls off Jack's cock and cries out as she comes on Nico's fingers without warning. Her legs shake and she pushes herself against Nico's mouth. She swears she blacks out because of how hard and how suddenly her orgasm hits her.
"Fuck, Nico," she whines as she comes down from her sudden high. She feels him licking up her release and soft sighs pass her lips.
The Swiss captain crawls up her body and captures her lips in a deep but rough kiss. She hums as she tastes herself on his lips. (Y/N) Isn't happy when he pulls away. She watches him lick his lips and smile.
"You taste so good, liebling," he says. She shivers at the use of the nickname. "Fuck, I don't think I'll ever get enough."
A barely there (Y/N) mumbles, "Wanna suck you, Nico."
Nico glances up at Jack, who asks, "Think you can take both of us, baby?" She immediately lifts her head to look up at Jack and frantically nods. Jack smiles at her enthusiasm. "Hands and knees then."
Quickly, she rolls over onto her stomach and does what Jack told her to do. The boys switch their positions. Nico kneels on the bed in front of her while Jack kneels behind her.
She takes Nico's cock in her hand and glances up at him. She knew he had to be packing but she didn't know he'd be this big. She shivers at the idea of him inside of her but takes him in her mouth. Nico gathers her hair into a makeshift ponytail as she begins to move her head.
Behind her, Jack pulls off her panties and runs his dick through her folds, over her already sensitive clit. She hums around Nico's dick as Jack presses into her.
It doesn't feel weird to have Nico's dick in her mouth and Jack's dick inside of her at the same time. She always thought that it would be weird, but it's kind of hot. They're both using her to get off and she's perfectly okay with that. There's already another knot forming in her stomach.
Jack thrusts into her and presses his hands into her lower back. Nico has his fingers in her hair and slowly moves his hips so he's fucking her mouth. Her hand makes up for what she can't fit in her mouth.
"Look at you, (Y/N)," Jack says behind her. "Taking both of us. Such a good girl, isn't she, Nico?"
Nico hums above her and she looks up at him through her eyelashes. "Such a pretty girl taking my cock in her mouth," he replies. "Feels so good.
She screws her eyes shut and just feels. She feels Jack's dick moving in and out of her. She feels herself hollow out her cheeks and suck Nico's dick at the same time Jack moves. They're both thrusting their hips into her and she happily takes whatever they give her.
From behind, Jack leans over her body and presses kisses to her shoulder. She whines around Nico's dick when Jack uses his legs to spread hers further apart. The new angle lets Jack move deeper into her.
"You have no idea how hot you look taking both of us," Jack whispers against her ear. "Fuck, baby. We might have to do this all the time. I think you'd like that. Would you like that?" (Y/N) nods with Nico's cock in her mouth. "I knew you'd like that."
When he gets back on his knees, Jack wraps his arm around her waist and pulls her up to her knees. She whines when Nico's dick slips from her mouth but moans at the new angle. She reaches out for Nico as he says, "Look at you, liebling. Look so pretty getting fucked on your knees."
Her eyes are on Nico in front of her while Jack ravishes her neck with kisses and soft bites. She whines and moans as Jack thrusts into her. Nico crawls up and presses their chests together.
He cups her jaw in his hands and runs his thumbs over her cheekbones while Jack fucks her. Her lips are slightly parted and she lets out soft pants while holding eye contact with Nico.
Nico reaches down between them and gets his fingers on her clit as Jack speeds up his thrusts. "Fuck," she cries out at the pleasure. She gets a hand around Nico's dick and pumps him. Nico kisses her as Jack marks up her neck.
Jack's hands slide around to cup (Y/N)'s breasts. He plays with her nipples and she moans his name against Nico's lips.
She's quickly approaching her second orgasm in about twenty minutes. Her free hand flies to Nico's hair and she holds on for dear life. She's shaky on her knees. Nico realizes this and lays on his back in front of her. Jack lets her go and she's back on her hands and knees. His fingers replace Nico's.
With on hand on Nico's thigh and the other on his dick, she gets her mouth back on him. She sucks harsher than she probably should but Nico enjoys it since he's squirming under her touch.
"Gonna come, baby," Jack pants behind her. "Fuck. Can I fill you?" She hums in approval.
As soon as she feels Jack come inside of her, she's coming around him with a moan. Her vision whites out and she isn't sure what happens after that.
She doesn't know when Jack pulls out or when she collapsed on the bed. Jack is nowhere to be found in the room and Nico is hovering on top of her. He’s kissing her neck and he’s bumping himself to his orgasm.
“Nico, baby,” she breathes out. “Come. Use me to come. It’s okay. Do whatever you want.”
“Wanna fuck you,” he admits. “Please. I’ve waited so long to fuck you, liebling. You don’t have to do anything. Just lay there and look pretty. Take me like the good girl you are.”
She nods and whispers a “yeah”. Nico grabs a condom and uses Jack’s come to slip easily inside of her. She gasps as Nico thrusts slowly into her. She winces from the overstimulation but Nico moves carefully so he doesn’t hurt her.
Their eyes meet and suddenly the moment is more intimate than she expected. She has the urge to confess everything she feels for him.
“Nico, I-”
“I know,” he softly says. His fingers brush over her cheekbones. “Me too. Since day one.”
(Y/N) smiles and leans up to capture Nico’s lips in a kiss. It’s a deep kiss, unlike the other kisses they’ve shared. Unlike the kisses she’s shared with Jack tonight.
Nico’s fingers are on her clit again and she’s barreling toward her third orgasm. She doesn’t know how she’s about to come again, but it doesn’t take long since she’s so overstimulated.
He’s right behind her.
She clenches around him and she’s gone for the third time. Her body goes limp at the same time Nico groans and comes into the condom inside of her.
His head falls beside hers and he rolls off of her so he’s laying on the mattress. She’s a panting, tired mess by the time Jack comes back into the room from the bathroom.
(Y/N) looks over at him with her eyes half closed. Jack cleans her up and the mess around her up before he lies down beside her.
“You okay?” Jack questions. “Not too much?”
She looks at her boyfriend before looking at Nico. When she looks back at Jack, she says, “I wanna do it again. Is that okay?”
Jack looks past her at Nico. “As long as you’re okay with it,” Nico tells Jack.
“I didn’t mind,” he says to the both of them. “Next time though, can the two of you wait for me to be in the room before you fuck?”
A laugh passes Nico’s lips and she tiredly smiles.
“Tomorrow.”
They’re all in agreement as they all fall to sleep. Her head is on Jack’s chest and her legs are intertwined with Nico’s under the blanket.

Third Person POV
"Before Dad died, he.....He told me something. Something about you two" Dean began to explain, his heart in his throat.
"What?" Y/N croaked out as she and Sam swallowed the building lumps in their throats. Deans gaze was on the ground, "Dean, what did he tell you?" Sam finally mustered out. The look of heartbreak and despair on Deans face is what truly got to them, they had never seen him so conflicted in all of their twenty-three years of life.
"He said he wanted me to watch out for you guys....take care of you." Dean said a bit broken. "He told you that a million times" Sam pointed out, "No, this time was different" Dean croaked out, his head hung. "He said that I had to.....save you two." He added. "Save us from what?" Y/N questioned, her heart thumping out of her chest.
"He just said that I had to save you guys. That nothing else mattered" Dean shook his head, taking a deep breath as Sam and y/n shared a confused look. "And that if I couldn't.....I'd-" Dean cut himself off, not wanting to finish his sentence. "You'd what Dean?" Sam lightly scoffed, impatiently.
What left Dean's mouth, was beyond anything they could've imagined John to request of him.
"I'd have to kill you. Both of you" Dean finished, his eyes meeting them both. Sam and Y/N's throats when dry, beyond confused. Taken back by this completely, "He said that I might have to kill you, Sammy and y/n/n." Dean croaked out, his voice pained as he held back tears. His face flushed with despair.
"Kill us?" Sam shook his head in disbelief. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?" Y/N finally breathed out the breath she was holding, anger rising on both of their heads. "I don't know. But I think that's why your dad told me to 'do what it takes to protect you', y/n/n. I think he knew what dad was gonna tell me." Dean sniffled, his eyes trained on the ground.
"I mean. He must've had some kind of reason for saying it, right?!" Sam exclaimed, his emotions in a whim. "I mean, did he know the demons plans for us? Are we supposed to go dark side or something?!" Y/N shouted, opening her arms in a rage. "What else did he say, Dean?!" Sam demanded to know the truth. "Nothing, that's it. I swear" Dean assured them.
"How could you not have told us this?!" Y/N huffed, betrayed at the fact that Dean kept this for so long. "Because it was Dad and he begged me not to" Dean defended, his heart in his throat. "Who cares?!" Sam bellowed, "Take some responsibility for yourself, Dean! You had no right to keep this from us!!" He spat at his brother furious, pointing an accusing finger at him. Deans heart dropped, "You think I wanted this? Huh?!" Dean growled.
"I wish to God he'd never opened his mouth! That I wouldn't have to walk around with this screaming in my head all day!" Dean shouted painfully. Sam and Y/N turned away from him, both holding back tears. She tried to control her breathing, her emotions caught in a whim. "Look guys, we just gotta figure out what's going on and what the hell all this means" Y/N tried to say calmly.
"We do?" Dean raised an eyebrow, "I've been thinking about this. I think we should just lay low. You know? At least for a while. Be safer" Dean suggested, earning looks of disbelief from them. "And that way I can make sure—" Dean trailed off as Sam and Y/N raised their brows at him, nasty unamused smiles on their faces. "What? That we don't turn evil? That we don't turn into some kind of killers?!" Sam mocked with a bitterness and sarcasm.
Dean sighed, shaking his head. "I never said that". Y/N rolled her eyes at this, "Gee, if you're not careful, you'll have to waste us one day, Dean" She snapped harshly. "I never said that!" Dean raised him voice, causing her to flinch slightly. He felt bad for yelling at her but didn't get a chance to apologize when she said, "Well why don't you do it now, huh?! Take our guns and empty the clips in us just for good measure. Might as well did it when we were asleep!" She screamed back.
The weight on Deans chest grew, "Dammit, y/n/n. This whole thing is spinning out of control, alright?!" Dean exclaimed frustrated as Sam and y/n shook their heads. "You guys are immune to some weirdo demonic virus!....and I don't even know what the hell anymore" Dean further rambled, the pain and suffering clear in his tone.
They just scoffed, not daring to look at him and it pained him inside out. "And you guys are pissed at me and I get it. That's fine. I deserve it! But we lay low until we figure out our next move, okay?" Dean tried to reason with them, the pain clear in his tone. They just rolled their eyes at him, you anger and betrayed. "Forget it" Sam scoffed, sipping his beer.
Y/N did the same, fishing out her cigarette pack from her jacket pocket. Lighting one as Dean begged, "Sam, Y/N. Please guys." Using his hand to turn them to face him. "Hey, please. Just give me some time" Dean pleaded, Sam and y/n's face remained stoic as she shakily exhaled the smoke. "Give me some time to think, okay? I'm begging you guys here man. Please, guys, please" Dean closed his eyes, reopening them.
The desperation clear in his voice. Y/N's heart pained at his tone, both her and Sam shared a look. Giving him the benefit of the doubt

Sam and Y/N gently closed the door to their motel room.
Their bags were slung over their shoulders as they made their way to their vehicles.
Sam jammed a piece of metal between the window to pick the lock of the Impala.
Then after, he hopped in the drivers seat as Y/N swung her leg over the Harley.
With a couple of attempts, Sam hotwired Baby, pulling out of the parking lot to the Usher Inn Motel as Y/N followed behind on Quinn.
-
They arrived to an abandoned building at 5637 Monroe St.
Y/N had a pamphlet in her hand from the Blue Rose Motel with the address written, stuffing it into her pocket as they looked around carefully.
Making sure no one was on their tail, they canvassed the outside of the building to make sure all is clear.
They then went around the back of the building.
Y/N sunk to her knees, pulling out her Bobby pin and began picking the lock to the back door, Sam behind her flashing a light on the handle to guide her.
The two creeped in after she got it open, carefully and slowly walking into the room dark and empty.
As they walked in, Sam accidentally set off a tripwire. A booby trap, hooked to pull the pin on a grenade.
Their eyes widened when they heard the pin of the grenade popped off. "Son of a bi-" Y/N muttered, but her sentence was cut short when the bomb blew. Killing her and Sam instantly.
Blown to smithereens. A mixture of their blood, burnt clothes and skin fragments plastered the walls of the room.
The only things whole left behind was Sam's left shoe and y/n's favorite butterfly knife.
A young woman by the name of Ava Wilson gasps awake in her bed, sweating profusely, having just had the very vivid dream of the two hunters death. Receiving almost the same visions as them for the longest time. "Ava? Honey?" Her fiancé, Brady, next to her groggy voice of concern chimes. "Huh?" Ava gasps. "Oh.." She sighed, realizing it was just a dream.
"Are you okay?" He coos, worries. "Oh, I just had another nightmare. It's fine, it's nothing" She assures him, not convinced herself. "Just go back to sleep" She said gently. "Are you sure?" He frowned. "Yeah" She sighed heavily. "Okay" He nodded, kissing her shoulder before wrapping his arm around her. Ava was clearly distressed, her breathing quickening.

After hitchhiking and hopping multiple bus rides from Oregon to South Dakota with Sam. Y/N retrieved her beloved motorcycle that was stashed at Bobby's, Quinn, taking her girl on the road with her best friend, now pulling up in-front of Harvelle's Roadhouse. "I'll never get used to that" Sam shivered, a bit of fear in his tone as he unwrapped his arms from around y/n's waist and took off his helmet, handing it to her after he did so.
She snorted, resting her foot on the ground, "Oh you're just a wuss." She teased, earning a scoff and an eye roll from him. She snorted at this. "Shut up, I just don't like riding your death machine," He said defensively, straightening his shirt as she took her helmet off before swinging her leg off the bike. "My brother in Christ. My death machine has picked up more girls than you could dreammm of" She retorted with sass and a flip of her hair over her shoulder.
Propping her helmet to her hip as she flashed him a wink. Sam rolled his eyes again, unable to argue with her logic. He knew she had a point, but it didn't make him any less nervous about riding on her bike. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say, Casanova." He quipped, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips. She chuckled at his rebuttal, shaking her head as he pushed the door open.
Sam and Y/N enter the roadhouse, earning a couple of suspicious looks from fellow hunters as jazz music played on the jukebox. A few of them gave y/n a lustful look, licking their lips as their eyes trailed down her body. She grimaced upon feeling the gazes staring daggers at her ass. Ellen instantly smiled when their presence became known to her.
"Sam, Y/N" She smiled widely, wiping the bar counter with her rag. "Hey, Ellen" Sam greeted her politely as y/n gave her a sweet smile. "You don't seem surprised to see us" Y/N pointed out, noticing how calm Ellen seemed when they walked in. "Dean's been calling. Worried sick. Looking for you two" Ellen informed them, hanging up the rag. "Yeah, we figured he might" Sam deadpanned. Ellen picked up on his tone and raised a brow at this.
"What's going on been you three?" She asked concerned in a motherly tone, the two friends shared a look. Shaking their heads, "So uh....how's Jo?" Sam changed the subject, a tinge of pink on his cheek when he brought up Jo. Y/N smirked when she noticed that he got all shy when he mentioned Jo.
Although he was still hurt and filled with guilt from their last interaction, he's wondered how she's going every so often. From time to time he'd take his phone out and his finger would hover over her contact call button but he had never worked up the nerve to call her.
Ellen had a sad smile on her face at the mention of her estranged daughter, "Well, I don't really know" Her voice was groggy. "What do you mean?" Sam asked concerned, his heart panged when he saw Ellen's face drop and y/n became filled with worry. "I haven't seen her in weeks. She sends a postcard now and again." Ellen sighs, "Well what happened?" Y/N asked concerned as she and Sam take a seat at the bar.
"Well, after she worked that job with you guys, she decided she wanted to keep on hunting. I said, 'Not under my roof'. And she said, 'Fine' " Ellen explained to them, resting down her beer mug she was wiping. They sighed painfully at this, both filled with guilt. "So, we're probably the last people you wanna see right now" Sam shook his head with shame, earning a chuckle from Ellen.
"Oh, don't get me wrong. I wish I could blame the hell out of you guys. It's be easier" Ellen admits as a smile shadow of a smile plays of Sam's lips and y/n shook her head in amusement. "Truth is, it's not your fault. Sam...Y/N...none of it is" Ellen's tone is gentle as she spoke to them as if they were her own children. "I want you two to know that....I forgave your daddies a long time ago...for what happened to my Bill" Ellen assured them, sadness in her eyes.
Their heads were bowed before connecting eye contact with Ellen, "I just think they never forgave themselves." Ellen croaked, Sam squinted his eyes to stop himself from tearing up at Ellen's clear sorrow and y/n did the same, her eyes trained in her hands. "What did happen?" Sam asked gently. Ellen had a clear look of despair on her face, almost as if the memories of that night came flashing back to her. Her heart was in her throat but she shook her head, changing the subject.
"Uh, so. Why did you come here sweeties?" Ellen changed the subject, asking them in a motherly tone. Sam and Y/N shared a look again, "We need help" Y/N said with a bit of desperation.
-
"What am I looking for, cupcake?" Ash asked y/n, a smirk on his face as they spoke at the back of the bar, away from other hunters who could hear them. "Other people, Billy Ray. Other...psychics like me and Sam" Y/N said in a low tone, finally using the 'P' word to describe herself. It was strange to her but she would be lying if she said it wasn't growing on her.
"As many as possible. And we need a nationwide search" Sam added. "But, I thought there was on way to track them all down" Ellen chimed in, "Not all of them had nursery fires like both of you did" She added, "Well, no, but some had to. Start there" Y/N instructed Ash firmly. "Yes, ma'am" Ash smirked, giving her a mock salute. Y/N rolled her eyes snorting in amusement.
-
Supermassive Black Hole by Muse blurred through the blared through the jukebox in the bar, Sam and y/n sat at the bar counter nursing their beers while waiting on Ash to finish their research for them. Both indulged in a game of cards. Y/N won a round, triumphantly placing her cards on the counter and grinning at Sam. "I won. Again." She taunted, flicking a peanut at him.
"You're cheating." He accused, folding his cards and crossing his arms. "I'm not cheating. You're just a sore loser" She replied, taking a long sip of her beer and rolling her eyes. "You just can't handle that I'm better than you." She smirked, shuffling the deck effortlessly. Sam sighed, refusing to admit she was right. "Oh please, you're not better than me. You're just lucky." Sam retorted.
Snatching the deck from her and attempting to shuffle it himself but failing miserably. Y/N burst out laughing, pointing at his messy shuffle. "See? You can't even do it right." She taunted. "Whatever." He muttered, tossing the deck on the counter before grabbing a peanut and tossing it at her. She dodged it easily, letting out a loud laugh that echoed throughout the bar.
"You can't even throw peanuts properly" She snorted, her minding straying a bit. "Dean would've tossed that whole bowl at you just for missing that shot" She chuckled sadly. Sam's expression softened at the mention of his brother. He knew that Y/N missed Dean just as much as he did. "Yeah, he would've." He agreed quietly, his gaze dropping. Y/N's heart fluttered as she gathered the cards and shuffled the deck.
She knew if she called him right now, he would've answered immediately. But her tendency to hold a grudge and nurse her pride is getting the better of her.
Thankfully, Ash emerged from the back with a paper tucked between in his fingers. "Done and done" He waved the paper, taking a seat next to y/n. They both perked up in their seats, "That was fast" Y/N said surprised. "Well, apparently, that's my job. Make a monkey dance at the keyboard.....Maybe I can make you dance" Ash said in a flirtatious tone as Sam raised his brows at his tone and y/n scoffed, rolling her eyes.
"Just tell us what you got, Ash" Ellen huffed, "Four folks fit the profile, nationwide. Born in '83. Mother died in a nursery fire, the whole shebang." Ash informed them., "Four? That's it?" Sam asked surprised, "Sam Winchester and Y/N L/N from Lawrence, Kansas. Max Miller from Saginaw, Michigan. Andrew Gallagher from Guthrie, Oklahoma and, uh, another name. Scott Carey" Ash listened off.
Their ears perk up at the new name as Y/N snatches the paper from Ash. "You got an address?" Y/N asked, "Kind of. The Arbor Hills Cemetery in Lafayette, Indiana. Plot 486" Ash informed them, taking a swig from y/n's beer. "So he's dead?" Sam's brows knitted together. "Killed, about a month ago" Ash responded. "Killed how?" Y/N asked puzzled.
"Stabbed. In a parking lot. Fuzz don't have much. No suspects." Ash explained, munching on y/n's peanuts as Sam took a hefty stress swig of his beer. "Alright. Thank you" Sam said, getting up. "Oh- we're leaving. Okay, thanks Billy Ray" Y/N said abruptly, picking up her helmet. "Anytime cupcake" Ash smirked, blowing her a kiss.
Y/N shook her head at this, flashing as a playful wink as she followed behind Sam. "Where are you two going?" Ellen asked before they got past the door. "Indiana" Sam responded. "Sam, Y/N" Ellen called out to them, the two stopping in their tracks. "I gotta call Dean, I gotta let him know where you two are" Ellen told them firmly, one hand propped on her hip.
"Ellen, we're trying to find answers about who we are" Y/N stresses, pleading with Ellen. "And my brother means well, but he can't protect us from that. Please" Sam pleads also, as Ellen narrows her eyes at them before letting out a deep sigh, nodding at the two. They smiled gratefully before leaving.

"You said you two went to school with Scott?" Scott Carey's father asked Sam and Y/N who were posing as old friends of the deceased. "Uh. Yes, sir. We did." Sam responded in a sympathetic tone. "We just heard about what happened. We're so sorry." Y/N added with equal sympathy. "Scotty was a good boy. But he changed a lot since you knew him" The man sighed, "What do you mean?" Sam asked in a soft curious tone.
"It started about a year ago with these headaches. Uh...then he got depressed, paranoid, nightmares." The man explained, the symptoms sounding familiar to them, as they expected. "Nightmares?" Y/N feigned confusion. "Um...did he ever talk to you about his nightmares? What he saw?" She asked gently. "No, no. He closed up on me" Scott's father shook his head.
"I tried to get him help but nothing took. He'd just....lock himself in his room for days." He further explained, Sam and y/n shared a look at this. "You think maybe we could see his room?" Sam asked hopefully.
-
Y/N pushed open the door to Scott Carey's room, both her and Sam walking in. It looked normal, a regular bookshelf with an unmade bed. Looking as it hadn't been made up within the month. Sam noticed something on his bedside nightstand, crouching to get a better look. It was prescribed medication, bottles of anxiety medication and all of the sorts. Sam quickly took up a bottle before shoving it into his jacket.
Y/N heart dropped when she opened up Scott's closet, pushing aside his hangers through the middle to see dozens of pictures and drawings of yellow eyes plastered on the wall behind his clothes, "What did you f-" Sam went to ask but stopped in his statement when his eyes landed on what y/n had discovered. Both their eyes wide, this hearts racing with panic.
-
Later they were both walking to their motel room at the Blue Rose Motel, it was dark out currently. "I think we got something stuck to our shoes" Y/N muttered to Sam who felt the presence also, picking up on her hint that someone was following them. "Yeah, think we can get it off?" Sam responded back casually, she nodded as Sam fished the keys out to their room.
They both stopped in their tracks as the presence came closer. Y/N swiftly maneuvered, snatching the young woman by her shoulder and slamming her into the wall. Ava gasped fearfully, surprised by the attack as Sam yelled, "Who are you?!", Pulling out his gun. "Ah! Please! You're in danger" Ava warned them.
-
The three were now in the motel room, sat on their respective beds as Ava explained her story, "Okay, look. I know how all this sounds. But I am not insane and I'm not on drugs" Ava assured them firmly, "Okay? I'm normal. This is way, wayyy off map for me" She exaggerated as they shared an amused look. "Alright, alright, just...just calm down, okay. Can you do that for me, hun?" She gently comforted Ava, standing up from the bed. She took a deep breath, nodding.
"Alright. There we go. What's your name?" Sam asked softly. "Ava" She breathed out. "Ava?" Sam knitted his brows. "Ava Wilson." She nodded, crossing her arms over her chest. "Ava, I'm Y/N L/N and this is Sam Winchester, alright?" Y/N introduced them as Ava nodded again. "Now, you were telling us about these dreams of yours?" Sam questioned. "Oh, yeah, uh, okay- Uh-" Ava became panicked again as she explained.
"About a year ago I started having these, like, headaches and just...nightmares. I guess. And I really didn't think much of it, until I had this one dream where I saw this guy get stabbed in a parking lot" She explained, her voice going up an octave at the last part. Their faces drop when she said this, both glancing at each other. "When was this?" Y/N asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
Ava thought for a bit, "Um....about a month ago, but anyway-" She then dug into her bag that was slung over shoulder, before pulling out a cut out of a newspaper article, "A couple days later, I found this" She handed the article to y/n, it consisted of Scott Carey's murder. Y/N took it, her eyes wide before handing it to Sam. His expression mirroring hers.
"I saw this guy die. Days before it happened. I don't know why, I don't know— It's just, some reason...my dreams are coming true" Ava explained, completely freaked out. "And...last night. I had another one" She informed them shakily. "Okay..." Sam pressed. "About you two" Her eyes met theirs, "I saw you guys die." She added, their hearts sunk again.
"How did you find us?" Y/N asked in a low tone. "Oh, uh...Y/N, you had motel stationary. And I Googled the motel and it was real. And so, I just thought that I should warn you guys" She explained as Sam and Y/N huffed in disbelief at the fact that Ava was one of them. "I don't believe this" Sam muttered, shaking his head. "Holy fuck. This is insane" Y/N agreed.
Ava grumbled a bit, sighing in understandable. "Of course you don't. You guys must think I'm a total nut job" She rambled, plopping her hands to her side as she paced the room. "Wait, no, no, no. Not that you're insane. We meant that...you must be one of us" Y/N explained, trying to calm her down. "Sorry. One of— One of who?" Ava asked confused, scratching her head.
"One of the psychics like us. Look, Ava, we have visions too, alright? So— so we're all connected" Sam explained to her, with a smile. This made Ava burst out into laughter, "Okay, so you're both nuts too. That's great" She cackled, shaking her head. Y/N rolled her eyes as Sam's brows knitted together, understanding why she must be so in denial.
"No, okay, okay, look. Did you mother happen to die in a house fire?" Y/N asked, earning crazed look from Ava. "No, my mother lives in Palm Beach" Ava exclaims exasperatedly, this made Sam and y/n glance at each other. "So, you don't fit the pattern either" Sam said, earning another crazed and confused look from Ava.

Somewhere in the USA
The Impala was driving down the empty dark road, Dean Winchester behind her wheel. His phone rung, hoping it was y/n or Sam. He quickly answered. "Princess? Sammy?" Dean chimed hopefully. "No. It's Ellen" Ellen responded from the other line. "Oh" Dean sighed a bit disappointed. "Hey, have you heard from them?" He asked. "I have." Ellen answered, a glimmer of hope thudded in Dean's chest.
"But...they made me promise not to tell you where they are" Ellen sighed. "Come on, Ellen! Please! Look, something bad could be going on here and I swore that I would look after them" Dean pleaded. "Now, Dean. They say you can't protect your loved ones forever" Ellen lectured as Dean sighed, "Well, I say fuck that. What else is family for?" She smirked.
Dean chuckled in relief at her enthusiasm. "They're in Lafayette, Indiana." She informed Dean. "Thank you, Ellen. I owe you" Dean said gratefully. "Make sure they're safe and we'll call it even, son" Ellen smiled, "You got it" Dean promised before hanging up, tossing his phone aside.

Back in Indiana, "Why can't you guys just leave town? Please, before you blow up?" Ava pleaded with Sam and Y/N who shook their heads. "No, we can't." Sam said firmly. "Oh, God. Why not?" Ava groaned. "Because there's something going on here, Ava. With you, with me, with Sam. I mean, there are others like us out there. And we're all apart of something. And we gotta figure out why" Y/N explained.
Ava scoffed, "Okay, you know what? Fuck you two, okay? Because I'm a secretary from Peoria. And I'm not part of anything!" She exclaimed, getting up from her chair. Her hands up in surrender as Sam and y/n at her with raised eyebrows at her outburst. "Do you see this?" She gestured to her engagement ring. "I am getting married in eight weeks. I am supposed to be. I am supposed to be at home addressing invitations" She huffs.
"Which! I am way behind on, by the way" She continued to ramble on. Both hunters sharing a slightly amused look at her ranting, looking up at her from the bed they were sat on. "But instead, I drove out here to save your weirdo asses. But if you just wanna stay here and die, fine!" She scoffed, picking up her bag. "Me? I'm due back on Planet Earth" She finished exasperated before making her way to the door.
"Don't you wanna know why this is happening?" Sam's question stopped Ava in her track. "I mean, don't these visions scare the hell out of you?" He added, a look of contemplation on Ava's face. "Because if you walk out that door right now...you might never know the truth" Y/N said in a low tone, Ava then turned to her, a look of despair on her face.
"We need your help, please" Y/N sighed.

"So, Miss Wilson, you're new in town?" Dr. Waxler, Scott Carey's therapist questioned Ava. Who was posing as a client who seeked out therapy. Ava sat across from him, nervousness potent on her face. "That's right" She feigned a smile. "And what made you decide to seek out therapy?" Waxler asked. "I have no idea." Ava gulps. "No?" He questioned. "No, I mean. I'm feeling really super...anxious right now..." She stuttered, doing a terrible job at acting.
"Okay, anything else?" Waxler further questioned, "Uh..." Ava thought for a second, her eyes drifting to Sam and Y/N who were outside of Waxler's window, which was in the second floor. Pressed against the frame as they tried to move along the ledge. "Don't look down. Don't look down. Don't look down" Y/N muttered to herself shakily, prepared to crap her pants from the height she and Sam were at.
"Who's the wuss now?" Sam snorted, earning a glare from his best friend. "Holy crap" Ava gasped, a hand pressed to her chest when she saw how they were on the ledge. "What?" Waxler gasped also, startled by Ava's sudden shock, turning to the window. Birds fluttered away from it, Sam and y/n now gone from the ledge. Ava's mouth was wide open as Waxler looked at her with confusion.
"I....just remembered when I was a kid. I swallowed like eight things of Pop Rocks and then drank a whole can of Coke. You don't think that that counts as a suicide attempt, do you?" Ava rambles, terribly covering up her sudden outburst with a fake story. Waxler looked at Ava with a raised eyebrow, propping his hand on his chin.
-
Now back at the motel room, Sam and Y/N opened the door to their room, allowing Ava in first. She looked beyond terrified at the crime she had just committed. "Are you okay, hun?" Y/N asked Ava concerned as Sam rested the file they stole down on the bed, flipping through it. "Am I okay?" Ava scoffed, "Yeah" Y/N nodded. "I just helped you guys steal some dead guy's confidential psych files." Ava muttered, looks of guilt taking of their faces.
"I'm awesome!" She exclaimed with a smile, causing them to erupt with laughter. Sam took out the recording of the session the doctor had in the file, handing it to y/n. She then went over to her duffle bag and sifted through it, taking out her recording tape/player. Fitting it into the slot, she pressed play and set the device down on the table to play the session.
"It started a little over a year ago. Migraines at first. Then I found that I could do stuff" Scott's voice said over the player. "What do you mean 'do stuff'?" Waxler's voice asked. "I have this ability. When I touch something, I can electrocute it if I want." The recording of Scott's voice said.
-
The Impala pulled into the Blue Rose Motel. Dean felt his heart bloom with joy when he saw the familiar Harley in the parking lot, a clear indication y/n was here and surely, so was Sam. A breathe of relief left his lungs when he spot Sam through one of the clear sliding doors to the motel room. "Thank god you're okay" Dean breathed out. His brows raised with proudness when Sam moved and revealed Ava.
"Oh, you're better than okay. Sam, you sly dog" Dean chuckled proudly. "Okay...nevermind" He muttered when he saw Y/N move next to Ava. "At least you're okay too" A smile erupted on Deans face upon seeing her, a blush rising to his cheek when he saw the way y/n was fiddling with her locket around her neck. Her brows scrunched together in that cute way she did whenever she was focused or thinking hard.
He shook his head when he realized he was cheesing just a bit too hard.
-
"What else does the yellow-eyed man say?" Waxler asked on the tape, causing y/n's breath to hitch in her throat, her fingers wrapped around her locket. "He...has plans for me. He says there's a war coming. And....people like me, we're gonna be the soldiers. Everything is about to change." Scott responded, y/n had heard enough so she turned the recording off. Both her and Sam beyond worried.
"He's not talking about us, right?" Ava asked panicked, "Yeah, I think he is" Sam responded honestly as y/n moved around the table. "Wha-" Ava's words got caught in her throat. "But how can we turn into that?" She asked bamboozled. Y/N sighed, sharing a look with Sam before shaking her head, "I don't-" Y/N went to say, leaning down but the shot of a sniper through the sliding glass door.
Narrowly missing the middle of y/n's forehead caused Ava to scream from the breaking glass. Sam quickly tackled both Ava and Y/N to the floor, "Get down!" He yelled, shielding his head. "Oh my god!" Ava screamed terrified. "What the fuck?!" Y/N exclaimed as she shielded her head. Another shot from the sniper went through around side of the door, the glass shards scattering across the room.
"Oh my god! Tell me what's happening!" Ava screamed. "Stay low!" Y/N yelled, shielding her. Another bullet narrowly missed Sam's head, with another narrowly missing y/n's. The shooter at the top of another roof across the street was revealed to be none other than Gordon Walker. Gordon had a clear shot of y/n in the scope, his finger ready to pull the trigger.
"Gordon!" Dean bellowed, kicking Gordon, who was laying on her stomach on the roof, across his face. Before straddling him, right hooking the life out of him repeatedly, both men grunted as Dean knocked the wind out of Gordon. "You do that to my brother or my girl! I'll kill you!!!" Dean screamed almost animalistically in his face, gripping Gordon by his collar.
"Dean, wait!" Gordon pleaded but Dean didn't let up. Anger and rage pumping through his veins at the fact that Gordon tried to assassinate Sam and Y/N. His fist connected with Gordon's jaw again, over and over. Left and right but Gordon caught him off guard, gripping his sniper before knocking Dean across his face with it. Sending him off of him to the side, Dean got up to charge at Gordon again but a butt of his gun knocked the elder Winchester out cold on the top of the roof.
Gordon grunted, blood leaking down his lip from Dean's repeated punched thrown at him. Struggling to get to his feet.
________________________________
After shots stopped ringing out, Sam, Y/N and Ava went over to where Sam and Y/N assumed the sniper could've been shooting based off of rough estimation. The exact building where Gordon was mounted on is where they ended up, "Wait, I don't understand. Shouldn't we be talking to the cops?" Ava questioned them. "Trust us, they wouldn't do us much good" Sam said to her as y/n's eyes landed on a bullet shell casing, she crouched to the ground, picking up it between her fingers.
"No fucking way" She muttered in recognition at the bullets, impressed but also scared, handing the casing to Sam. "These are .223 caliber. Subsonic rounds" Sam gasped. "For those shots to not ring out and not hear it. The bastard must've put a suppressor on the damn rifle" Y/N added, angrily kicking at one of the casings as she got up.
Ava looked at them, mouth agape. "Dude, who are you people?!" She exclaimed at their knowledge about guns. "Uh. We- uh-" Sam stuttered. "We just watch a lot of T.J. Hooker" Y/N lied fluidly with a fake chuckle, fishing out her phone. "Who you calling?" Ava asked curiously. "My boyf-" Y/N cleared her throat, stuttering on her words.
"My friend. Sams brother. I think we definitely need help" She clarified, cursing herself internally for that stupid slip up. Sam however, picked up on it, looking at her with raised brows and a sly smirk on her face. Y/N noticed this and rolled her eyes, Sam's mouth already open to taunt her, "Shut it, little Winchester" She grumbled at him, earning a chuckle, his hands raised in mock surrender. "I never said anything" Sam snorted.
"I never said anything" Y/N mocked in a high pitched tone, scrunching up her face before shooting her best friend a look of annoyance as she put her phone on speaker. "Hello?" Dean answered, y/n's brows raised at this in surprise. Usually Dean would answer with a 'Hey, Princess' or 'Hey, sweetheart'. But 'Hello?'. What is he doing? Ordering a pizza? This sent off a red flag but she decided not to overthink it.
"Charming?" Y/N said urgently. "Y/N, I've been looking for you. Is Sam with you?" Dean asked casually, but Gordon had him tied to a chair. Holding his phone to his ear, "Yeah, I'm here. Look, we're in Indiana, uh, Lafayette." Sam informed him shakily. "I know" Dean simply said. Sam and Y/N shared a confused look at this.
Dean knew they were here and didn't instantly hop on their cases and come and find them???? Yep, something was wrong.
"You do?" Y/N asked surprised. "Yeah, I talked to Ellen. I just got here myself. It's a real funky town" Dean explained, using the code word 'funky town'. Their suspicions were confirmed at that. Both giving each other a nod, "You ditched me, princess" Dean feigned chuckled. "Yeah, I'm sorry. Look, um....right now, there's someone after me and Sam" Y/N said casually, swallowing the lump in her throat.
"What? Who?" Dean feigned confusion, glancing up at Gordon who had a gun pressed under his chin. "We don't know. That's what we need to find out" Sam added, his heart thudding out of his chest, knowing his brother was in danger. "Where are you, sweetie?" Y/N asked him gently. "I'm staying at 5637 Monroe Street. Why don't you two come meet me here?" Dean responded quickly.
"Yeah, sure. Later" Sam said, trying to calm his nerves before y/n hung up the phone.
-
"Now, was that so hard?" Gordon mocked Dean, flipping the phone shut before stuffing it into his pocket. "Bite me" Dean scoffed.
-
"Son of a bitch!!!" She growled furious, throwing her phone on the ground, shattering it into shards. Scaring both Sam and Ava at her outburst. "What is it?" Ava asked fearfully, taken back by y/n's sudden angry state. "My brothers in trouble" Sam grunted, his jaw clenched in anger, worried sick as y/n took out the motel pamphlet, writing down the street name Dean gave. "What?" Ava gasped.
"He gave us a code word. Someone's got a gun on them" Y/N told her, scribbling the address on the paper. "Code word?" Ava raised her brow at this. "Yeah, funky town" Sam said, his eyes flickering over to Ava who gave him a judgy stare, "Well, he thought of it. It's kinda of a long story a-" Sam defended but y/n cut him off.
"No time for this guys. Let's go save my damsel in distress" Y/N chimed in, grabbing Sam and Ava by their arms, her blood pumping.
-
"Gordy. I know me, Sam and y/n aren't exactly your favorite people. But...don't you think this is a little extreme?" Dean poked at Gordon, still tied to the chair as Gordon cocked his gun, filling the clip. "What, you think this is revenge?" Gordon scoffed. "Well, we did leave you tied up in your own mess for three days..." Dean pointed out with a shrug.
"...ha-ha, which was awesome" He laughed, "Sorry, I shouldn't laugh" He pumped his brows, still snorting at the memory. Gordon clenched his jaw, "Yeah. I was definitely planning on whupping your ass for that" Gordon said honestly, "Mm-hmm" Dean mumbled cockily, a hit on a smirk in his face. "But that's not what this is. This isn't personal. I'm not a killer, Dean. I'm a hunter" Gordon said in an eery tone.
"And your brother and your little girlfriend is fair game" He finished before snapping his clip into his gun. Dean was taken back by this, completely confused and stunned. All the cockiness from his attitude dropped.

"I don't think I should leave" Ava insisted with Sam and Y/N. "We want you out of harm's way, Ava" Sam said gently as they walked her to her car. "What about you two?" She asked worried. "Harms way doesn't really bother us" Y/N deadpanned, her mind stuck on Dean. Beyond worried about what must be going on, the same was going on with Sam, "No, but you guys are walking right into my vision. I mean, this is how you die." Ava stressed.
"Doesn't matter. It's my brother" Sam said sadly, Ava nodded understanding, "Maybe I can help" She offered enthusiastically, "You've done all you can. Just- just go back to your fiancé" Y/N encouraged her, the pit in her stomach growing wider as she worried. "Are you guys sure?" Ava asked hesitantly, turning to open her car door.
"Yes, we're sure. Go home, Ava. You'll be safe there" Sam also encouraged, opening her car door for her. Ava stick her key into the ignition as she hopped in, Sam shutting the door for her, "Well just...promise me you'll call then" She said to them hopefully. "I mean, when you guys get Dean back, just to let me know that everything's alright" Ava pleaded.
They shared a look before y/n turned back to her, "We promise" She assured Ava, offering her a tight smile.

"See, I was doing an exorcism down in Louisiana. Teenage girl. Seemed routine, some low level demon." Gordon was sat across from Dean who wore a deadly glare, trained in Gordon's direction as he spoke. "But between the jabbering and head-spinning, the damn thing muttered something. About a coming war" He added, eyebrows raised. "Now I don't think it meant to. It just kind of slipped out, but it was too late. Piqued my interest" Gordon smirked.
"And you can really make a demon talk, if you got the right tools" Gordon added in a heartless tone, this made Dean sick to his stomach. "And what happened to the girl it was possessing?" He asked the dreadful question. "She didn't make it" Gordon simply said, Dean narrowed his eyes at the sick man. Shaking his head as he gritted his teeth.
"Well, you're a sick son of a bitch" Dean scoffed, swallowing hard. Gordon's harsh glare snapped at him, before getting up and pacing over to Dean. He drew his fist back, right hooking Dean across his jaw. Earning a pained grunt from him, Dean cleared his throat loudly at the pack of the punch. "That's my mama you're talking about" Gordon retorted back with snark.
"Anyway, this demon tells me they have soldiers to fight in this coming war. Humans, fighting on hell's side. Do you believe that?" Gordon scoffed. "I mean, they're psychics, so they're not exactly pure humans but still- what kinda of worthless scumbag do you have to be to turn against your own race?" He shook his head in disgust as Dean glared daggers at him for badmouthing psychics.
"But you know the biggest kick in the ass?" Gordon chuckled darkly, "This demon said I knew two of them. Our very own Sammy Winchester and Princess Y/N/N L/N" Gordon grinned widely, an erupt of laughter leaving his throat as Dean continued to glare at him, his gaze narrowing further, "Don't. Call. Her. That." Dean fumed, his jaw clenching as his bounded fists to the handles of the chair balled up, digging into his palms.
"Now this is, this is a whole new level of moronic, even for you" Dean scoffed, shaking his head in amusement as Gordons laughter subsided, "Yeah? Come on, Dean. I know. About their visions. About y/n's telekinesis. I mean, my mug didn't just slip out of my hands. It busted in the air before it hit the ground. I know everything" Gordon called him out on his bullshit, causing Deans smile to drop.
"Really? Because a demon told you? Ha-ha. Yeah, and it wasn't lying" Dean snorted sarcastically, "Hey, Dean. I'm not some reckless yahoo, okay? I did my homework. Made damn sure it was true. I know about y/n's mother." Gordon spat. "Look, you got your Roadhouse connections....I got mine. It's how I found Sammy and y/n/n in the first place" Gordon smirked.
Gordon then moved over to a chair, taking a seat. "About a month ago, I found another one of these freaks, here in town. He could deep-fry a person just by touching them." Gordon explained, anger in his tone. Presumably talking about Scott Carey. "Yeah, did he kill anyone?" Dean mumbled, rolling his eyes. "Oh, besides Mr. Tinkles, the cat? No. But he was working up to it" Gordon added, making Dean turn to him with a disgusted look.
"They're all gonna be killers, Dean. We gotta take them all out. And that means Sammy and your bitch Y/N/N too" Gordon spat, loading up the shotgun he had in his hands. "You think they're stupid enough to go to the front door?" Dean scoffed smugly, gritting his teeth. "No, I don't. Especially since I'm sure you found a way to warn them. Haha" Gordon retorted back with equal smugness.
"You really think I'm that stupid?" Gordon snorted, earning a smirk from Dean that practically said, 'Yes, yes I do think you're that stupid, bitch'. "No. They're gonna scope the place first. See me covering the front door" Gordon began, getting up from his chair. Before turning to face the backdoor. "So they're gonna take the back. And when they do, one of 'em is gonna hit the tripwire." He continued, Dean raised a brow at this.
"Then..." Gordon smirked, walking over to his duffle to pull out a grenade. "....boom" Gordon shook the grenade. "They're not gonna fall for a fucking tripwire" Dean scoffed smugly, a smirk plastered on his face. "Maybe you're right" Gordon admitted, before taking out another grenade. "That's why I'll have a second one." He said in an eery tone, walking closer to Dean, who's smirk was fading. Now he was losing confidence.
"Hey, look. I'm sorry. I wish I didn't have to do this. I really do." Gordon said genuinely, this confused Dean but his anger gaze at Gordon didn't falter. "But for what it's worth....it'll be quick" Gordon assured him, before turning to walk out the room. Deans heart sank to the floor as tears threatened to spew from his eyes.
-
A little later, nightfall was coming. Gordon was in the back setting up the tripwires, hooking it up to both grenades. "Come on, man. I know Sam and y/n, okay? Better than anyone. Sams got more conscience than me. I mean, the guy feels guilty searching the internet for porn" Dean pleaded with Gordon.
"And y/n, I took her to watch The Notebook in theaters for her birthday a couple of years ago. Chick bawled her eyes out, granted she was drunk. But she's got a bigger heart than anyone I know. We all watched the Green Mile, t-they couldn't breathe because of how much they cried. Sam and Y/N had to comfort each other for hours!" Dean explained pleadingly as Gordon slid a chair next to him, straddling it.
"Maybe you're right. But one day, they're gonna be monsters" Gordon assured him, "How? Huh? How could people like them become monsters?" Dean exclaimed frustrated, "Beats me, but they will" Gordon simply shrugged. "No, you don't know that!" Dean yelled, causing Gordon to turn to him with wide eyes. "I'm surprised at you, Dean. Getting all emotional." Gordon scoffed, as Dean clenched his jaw.
Getting angrier by the second. Thoughts of Sam and y/n blowing up because of Gordon's tripwire swirled around his head. "I'd heard you were more of a professional than this." Gordon chuckled ironically as Dean shook with anger, "Look, let's say you were cruising around in that car of yours...and, uh, you had little Hitler riding shotgun, right?" Gordon put across the rhetorical question.
Deans eyes narrowed to skits in his direction at the fact that he compared Sam and y/n to fucking Hitler. "Back when he was just some goofy, crappy artist. But you knew what he was gonna turn into someday. You'd take him out. No questions. Am I right?" Gordon pressed, snapping his fingers. "That's not Sam and y/n" Dean grunted, "Yes, it is. You just can't see it yet." Gordon insisted, resting his hand on Deans shoulder. Dean glared at Gordon's hand with hatred.
"Dean, it's their destiny. Look..." Gordon sighed at Deans stoic expression, "I'm sympathetic. He's your brother. She's your girlfriend. You love them. This has gotta hurt like hell for you." Gordon shook his head before grabbing a cloth, he got up and walked over to Dean. "But here's the thing." He began, taking the cloth and wrapping it around Deans mouth, tying it tightly to the back of his head.
"It would've wrecked them" He continued, referencing to John and F/N, "But your dad and f/n..." He sat back down on the chair. "If it really came right down to it, they'd have the stones to do the right thing....Are you telling me, you're not a man like them?" Gordon taunted. "Actually, maybe you are. F/N, I'm not so sure that he would've killed his little girl. But John? Oh he would've emptied his clips into little Sammy and y/n/n, if it meant saving the world" Gordon smirked.
Dean turned to him, shaking with anger. Gordon chuckled darkly before getting up from his chair.
________________________________
Thunder was rumbling as Sam and Y/N got to the address. They arrived to the abandoned building at 5637 Monroe St. Y/N had the pamphlet in her hand from the Blue Rose Motel with the address written, stuffing it into her pocket as they looked around carefully.
Making sure no one was on their tail, they canvassed the outside of the building to make sure all is clear. They then went around the side of the building, peeking through of the the slit in the windows to see a tied, gagged and bounded Dean to a chair. And Gordon sat across from him, patiently waiting for their arrival.
They both shared a panicked look upon seeing Gordon's presence, before running around the back of the building to the back door. Y/N sunk to her knees, pulling out her Bobby pin and began picking the lock to the back door, Sam behind her flashing a light on the handle to guide her.
-
Meanwhile, inside. Dean and Gordon heard the backdoor being picked at. Deans eyes widened with fear, his heart thumping out of his chest as his breathing quickened. "You hear em?" Gordon smirked at Dean as the door opened. Dean was muffled crying at this point, a sadistic smile on Gordon's face as he enjoyed Deans pain.
"Here they come" Gordon taunted, as Dean grunts sobbing. In less then two seconds, the back exploded, blowing up. Dean growls through his gag, shaking and sobbing. "Hold on...not yet. Just wait and see.." Gordon whispers, Deans eyebrows furrowed. As if killing his brother and the woman he loves wasn't enough. Vengeance and revenge was in his mind until a second explosion triggered.
The wood from the rotted house spewed through the doorway, hitting dean at the back of his head. The house shook from the second explosion, Dean cried muffled through his gag as Gordon got up. "Sorry, Dean" Gordon said with no sincerity, he shook in the chair, trying to break out but it was no use. Gordon cocked his shotgun, slowly walking to the back to make sure Sam and y/n was dead.
Mimicking the vision, Sam's smoking shoe and y/n's favorite butterfly knife was burnt to crisps on the the ground. Confirming to Gordon that they were dead. But boy was he wrong, the cocking of two guns behind Gordon shocked him as he froze in place. "Drop the gun" Sam growled at him, both his and Y/N guns pressing against the back of his head.
"Shouldn't take your shoes off around her. You might get tetanus. Sorry about your knife sweetheart, I know you loved it" Gordon quipped back with snark. "Put it down NOW!" Y/N bellowed at him.
Dean in the other room grunted in his gag, upon hearing y/n's voice his heartbeat quickened, hope spread through him.
Gordon slowly put his gun down. "You wouldn't shoot me, would you guys? Because Dean, he thinks you two are some kind of saints" Gordon taunted, Sam and y/n glanced at each other. Both angry, "Yeah? Well I wouldn't be so sure." Sam growled, narrowing his eyes at gordon. "See, that's why I said" Gordon smirked, swiftly turning to knock Sam's gun out of his hand.
The chain reaction made Sam knock y/n's gun out of her hand accidentally, catching her off guard. Gordon kicked her in her stomach, sending her crashing into a rotted table before doing the same to Sam. Righthooking a couple times, before sending him crashing through a drywall with a kick. Sam was bleeding from his nose as Gordon paced to him, pulling out his knife, kneeling to Sam's side.
"You two are no better than the things you hunt" Gordon growled at him, drawing back his hand to stab him but is stopped midair. His eyes widened in confusion and shock when he realized he had no control over his hand, his gaze snapped to the hole in the drywall he kicked Sam through to see Y/N with one hand in the air towards him, her eyes flashed white. In a swift motion, Y/N slashed her arm downwards, making Gordon stab himself in his thigh.
The sadistic hunter screamed in pain, falling besides Sam, who quickly scrambles over to the gun he made Gordon drop, picking it up and cocking it at him, "Do it. Do it!" Gordon growled at Sam, daring him to kill him as y/n approached next to Sam, her jaw clenched, teeth gritting as she looked at Gordon with pure hatred through her still flashed over white eyes.
"Show Dean the killers you two really are. Come on Sammy. Do it!" Gordon taunted them, Sam and Y/N glanced at each other again. Both fuming, but they knew they couldn't do it. Y/N shook her head, allowing her eyes to revert back to her regular ones as Sam drew the gun back, knocking Gordon unconscious. "It's Sam" Sam sassed, grunting with pain as his mouth leaked with blood.
Y/N ran into the room that Dean was being held in, her heart lightened when she saw he was unharmed as Sam followed behind her. Limping as y/n held her head that was pounding, wiping her nose that dripped blood. Sam knelt down besides a beyond relieved Dean, untying his bounded hands as Y/N untied his feet, both groaning from the pain.
Dean quickly untied his mouth gag, picking up y/n, on hand wrapped around her before doing the same with Sam, one hand wrapped around him. His heart dropped when he saw that she was bleeding from her nose and Sam was bleeding from his mouth. "Son of a-" Dean growled, going to rush into the room to kill Gordon. "Dean, no!" Sam stopped him.
"I let him live once. I'm not making the same mistake twice!" Dean bellowed, "Trust us. Gordon's taken care of" Y/N assured him, giving him a weak yet mischievous smile. "Come one, sweetie. Let's go" Y/N said gently, grabbing Dean by his arm to guide him out, along with Sam. They all strolled out of the building, onto to hear shots being fired in their direction, by the one and only Gordon.
All three hunters ducked, running towards a ditch, "Come on!" Dean screamed, pulling Sam and y/n, "You call this taken care of?!.....AHHH!" Dean yelled as Y/N shoved him into the ditch, her and Sam jumping in behind him. "What the hell are we doing?" Dean asked as they ducked in the ditch, shots behind fired right at them in the dirt.
"Just trust us on this, alright?" Sam pleaded, in two seconds, tired screeching and sirens wailing came Gordon's way. A police car stopped in-front of him in a flash, Gordon turned to run the other direction, only to be stopped by another squad car. Sam, Dean and Y/N stayed hidden as police surrounded Gordon, "Drop your weapons. Get down on your knees!!!" A officer ordered Gordon upon jumping out of the car, pointing his gun at Gordon.
Gordon had no choice as he was surrounded, "Do it, now!" Another officer ordered, now having four cops on his tail. Gordon glared are the direction he saw the trio run of him. All of them peering in amusement from the ditch as Gordon dropped to him knees, putting both hands on his head in surrender as a cop gripped his wrists, cuffing him. Gordon was fuming as he was escorted to a squad car.
The police went over to his red Chevrolet El Camino, pulling out his side array of weapons. "Look at this. Look at this guys" A cop gasps, showing the discovery to his fellow officers. "Anonymous tip" Y/N whispered to Dean who was beyond amused, "You're a fine upstanding citizen, Y/N. You too, Sam" Dean said proudly, turning to his brother and y/n who had grins on their faces.
Y/N pouted slightly when she remembered she sacrificed her butterfly knife, she loved it mainly because Dean got it for her, he had her initials engraved into the back of it. “My knife” She said sadly. Dean noticed Y/N's disappointment and gave her a sympathetic smile.
"Hey, don't worry about it, princess," he said gently, wrapping his hand around her shoulder. "It was just a knife. We can always get you a new one." Y/N puffed her cheeks slightly, still feeling pouty.
"But I loved that knife. You gave it to me, remember?" She whined, glancing up at him with puppy-dog eyes. Dean's heart melted a bit at her adorable expression. He couldn't help but chuckle softly as he put his arm around her.
"I know, I know. But you gotta stop being pouty. You'll get wrinkles," He teased, poking her pouting bottom lip with his finger. “Screw you, asshat” She scoffed, smacking away his hand with a chuckle.
Sam rolled his eyes playfully at the exchange between Y/N and Dean. He couldn't help but chuckle at Y/N's pouty reaction to losing her knife. Remembering how defensive she was about tossing it in because it was in Ava’s vision, she put up a fight at first but she’d give up anything to save Dean any day.

"Gordon Walker was hunting Sam and Y/N?" Ellen gasped through the phone as Sam waited in the Impala and Y/N leaned against her Harley, smoking a cigarette. "Yeah, he almost killed us both. Because somebody over there can't keep their fucking mouth shut!" Dean yelled in an accusing tone at Ellen. "And you honestly think it was me. Or Ash, or Jo? No way!" Ellen scoffs, denying the possibility.
"Well who else knows about them, huh? I mean, you must've been talking to somebody!" Dean pointed out. "You can say a lot of things about up, but we aren't disloyal." Ellen assured him firmly. "And we're not stupid" She snapped. "We haven't breathed a word of this." She explained. "Gordon said he had Roadhouse connections, Ellen." Dean clenched his jaw.
"And this roadhouse is full of other hunters. They're all smart, they're good trackers" Ellen whispered into the phone, glancing over at the other hunters that were sat by the bar, drinking, loading up their guns, working their own cases. "Each of them with their own patterns and connections. Hell, I could name 12 of them right now that are capable of putting this together" She further defended, sighing deeply.
"I am sorry about what happened, Dean. But I can't control these people. Or what they choose to believe." Ellen said sincerely.
________________________________
The Impala was driving down the dark road, Sam riding shotgun as Dean drove, Y/N riding side by side on her Harley. "Hey, Ava. It's Sam again, um...Call me when you get this. Just wanna make sure you got home okay. Alright, bye." Sam said into Ava's voicemail, beginning to get worried at the fact she's not answering before hanging up. "Everything alright?" Dean asked curiously.
"Yeah, I hope so" Sam mumbled. "Well, Gordon should be reaching for the soap for the next few years at least" Dean cackled, "Yeah. If they pin Scott Carey's murder on him. And if he doesn't bust out" Sam shrugs. "Dude, I'd you and y/n every take off like that again.." Dean said to his brother in a low threatening tone. Sam smirked at this, "You'll what? You'll kill us?" Sam snickered, amusement on his face and in his tone as Dean rolled his eyes.
"That's so not funny" Dean grumbled, "Alright. But I'm sure y/n would laugh at it" Sam cackled, nudging his head towards her outside the Impala, Deans eyes flickered over to her, a smirk on his face as his eyes traced her body that was hunched over, gripping her handles. "Her dumbass would laugh at anything" Dean snorted, turning back to the road.
"That's a dumbass you wouldn't mind tapping" Sam coughed, flashing his brother a cheeky grin. Dean's eyes widened at Sam's comment. Dean nearly swerved the car in surprise at Sam's blunt statement. He shot a surprised and slightly amused glance at Sam, his cheeks tinged with a faint blush.
"Who are you and what have you done to my brother?" He grumbled, trying to hide the flicker of interest that crossed his face at his brother's implication. He shot a quick glance out the window at her, his gaze lingering on her form for a moment before he forced himself to turn away.
"Alright, alright. Where to next then?" Sam chuckled, changing the topic. "One word. Amsterdam" Dean smirked, "Dean-" Sam groaned, shaking his head trying to hide his amusement. "Come on, man. I hear the coffee shops don't even serve coffees" Dean said laughing as Sam rolled his eyes, "I'm not gonna just ditch the job. I'm sure y/n wouldn't want to do that either" Sam stressed.
"Screw the job." Dean snapped, earning a surprised look from his little brother. "Screw it, man. I'm sick of the job anyway. I mean, we don't get paid, we don't get thanks. Only thing we get is bad luck" Dean scoffed. "Well- come on, dude. You're a hunter. It's what you were meant to do" Sam tried to reason with his brother. "Nah, I wasn't meant to do anything. I don't even believe in that destiny crap" Dean muttered the last statement.
"You mean you don't believe in me and y/n's destiny." Sam called his brother out on his bullshit, Dean's face dropped at this. "Well, whatever" Dean mumbled, turning back to the road. "Look, Dean. I've tried running before. I mean, I ran all the way to California and look what happened." Sam explained, Dean could help but think Sam's right.
"You can't run from this. And you can't protect us" Sam added, Dean turned back to his brother with a determined look. "I can try" Dean said firmly. Sam sighed, "Thanks for that. Speaking for both me and y/n/n. Thank you" Sam said genuinely, Dean just nodded, not responding. "Look, Dean. I'm gonna keep hunting. I mean, whatever's coming. We're taking it head on. So if you're really wanna watch our backs, I guess you'll have to stick around" Sam said lowly, a knowing look on his face.
"Bitch" Dean quipped. "Jerk" Sam countered with a smirk. They both turned to y/n, who obviously couldn't hear them. "Crackhead", "Nutcase" Sam and Dean said at the same time before bursting out into laughter. When their laughter subsided, Sam sighed, pulling out his phone again to dial in Ava's number, worried something could be wrong. "You calling that Ava girl again? Are you sweet on her or something?" Dean poked fun at Sam, a sly smirk on his face.
"She's engaged, Dean" Sam rolled his eyes, pressing the phone to his ear. "So? What's the point of saving the world if you can't get a little nookie once in a while, huh?" Dean joked, not meaning it but just trying to tease his little brother. Sam didn't have a reaction, his face straight when he didn't get an answer from Ava. "What?" Dean asked concerned when he saw the drop in Sam's mood.
"Just a feeling" Sam sighed before saying, "How far is it to Peoria?" He asked Dean, earning a surprised and worried look from his brother.
-
Peoria, Illinois
A couple hours later, Baby and Quinn pulled up infront of the Wilson Residence. All rushing out and off of their vehicles. "You sure about this Sam? Maybe she crashed when she got home?" Y/N asked Sam as they approached the porch. Although, she'd be lying if she said she didn't have a bad feeling too. "You can't tell me you think something isn't wrong" Sam whispered back as she picked the lock, a look of guilt on her face. Knowing he was right.
As soon as she got it open, she pushed the door open. All fishing out their flashlights as they walked in. "Hello? Is anybody home?" Sam called out, all flashing their lights in the dark home. Now approaching the bed room, their eyes widened and y/n's stomach dropped when they saw blood on the ground. Now flashing their lights on the bed to see a man, drenched in his own blood from apparently being stabbed to death.
"Oh my god" Sam whispered in shock as Y/N pressed her palm to her mouth, a sick churning in her stomach. "I think I'm gonna be sick" She muttered as they canvassed the room. She flashed her light on the window still to see a yellow dust on it, she lightly touched it with her finger. A heat spreading up her fingers and through her body, making the familiar heat raise behind her neck.
She dusted it gently before sniffing it, gagging at the scent. "Hey, fellas?" She called out to Sam and Dean who were peeking through the windows and investigating around the room. They both turned to her, "Sulphur. A demons been here" She pointed out, holding up her fingers at them. Sam shook his head glancing down at the ground, his heart pace quickened when he saw a familiar ring on the ground.
He flashed his light at it, stooping down to pick it up. Examining it. It was Ava's engagement ring, his heart dropped, sadness rushed through him as his mouth fell agape. Y/N looked over in his direction to see he found something, "What did you-" Her statement stopped with a gasp when Sam showed her the ring, putting a hand over her mouth again. "Ava" Sam whispered.

Do you think Griffith ever cared for Casca or only saw her as a means to an end?
I definitely think he genuinely cared for her. In fact, I don't think Griffith really just sees anyone as a means to an end, even eg Charlotte, or randos like the bandits he hired to kidnap Foss' daughter. I think he tries to tell himself that he does, or should, but I think one of Griffith's big problems is caring too much. It's why he ends up in a guilt spiral over being a mercenary leader pursuing a goal, when we don't see any other characters angsting over killing/getting people killed.
But anyway yeah, he loved Casca (platonically), whether he's willing to admit it to himself or not.
He doesn't just save her when they first meet, he also seems to empathize with her and goes out of his way to comfort her, and a strong interpretation of his choice to throw her a sword rather than just kill the dude himself is to show her that she can empower herself. The way he says "You know how to fight already," when she asks to come along supports this take imo. (I know some people think he would've let her be raped and/or killed if she didn't kill the dude lol but that's a bizarro world take imo, if she failed to successfully defend herself I 100% believe he would've killed the noble himself anyway. Like they were in the middle of robbing him, he was dead either way. Throwing her the sword just gives Casca a chance to save herself first.)
He notices her revulsion and fear around Gennon and steps up to subtly comfort her.
Tumblr media
He opens up to her while looking at the dead kid and in the river after Gennon, even if it's only by accident, indicating an amount of trust.
The story specifies that Griffith sent men to find both Guts and Casca after they fell off the cliff together against the wishes of the other noble generals he's trying to suck up to. One assumes he'd do it for Guts regardless, but there's a reason Casca is mentioned too.
And it leads in to Griffith just being glad she's safe rather than upset with her for doing something stupid.
He's very distraught when Wyald grabs her and seems desperate to try to help despite being physically incapable of doing anything.
Tumblr media
And he sacrifices her lol, something you can only do to people you really care about, according to the worldbuilding. If he only saw her as a means to an end, he wouldn't be able to sacrifice her, or the other Hawks.
Plus if he didn't care about her, if she was only a means to his end of getting a kingdom, I mean she's kind of a liability lol. It doesn't seem to hurt him much in the Golden Age, probably for the sake of keeping the plot moving, but one would still assume that having a female captain in the Hawks could've easily impeded his rise into the nobility. It's another thing that marks him as different and threateningly progressive, something several nobles try to kill him over. She's not a much of an asset to him, aside from being good at fighting, and she wasn't good at fighting when she was a kid tagging along with him.
If he wanted her as someone who might die for him someday, as I feel I've seen fans occasionally suggest, well that also doesn't make sense because he leads his army from the front, and also throws himself into danger multiple times instead of ordering her to do it for him, ie going back for Guts during their first raid, and with Zodd. He tells her to retreat the second time, in fact. He doesn't even recruit her for assassinations, something she might actually be good at unlike Guts lol. Plus most of the Hawks are willing to die for him/his cause, that's like one of the major themes of the Golden Age, so Casca's not special there.
So yeah, imo it doesn't make any sense to believe that Griffith only saw her as a tool, as a means to an end, etc. He probably tells himself that a few times, but really they're friends 🤍
Thanks for the ask!

ships thing for Bleach (which I know nothing about, but let's go!)
Otp: Ulquihime (although the storyline is a bit controversial for reasons) but they have a lot chemistry in my opinion, and just fit together in their own way. Plus the fanart and fanfics are incredible
Tumblr media
Favorite Canon Pairing: Ginran (I don't know if I can really consider it canon since it wasn't specified if they were a couple or not) however I believe that they were some point in their lives. Basically Gin and Rangiku were friends when they were children, and he witnessed her get injured by the main villain of the series Aizen, he then makes a plan to join him and ultimately kill him when he seeks the moment of opportunity, so that Rangiku wouldn't have to cry anymore. In my opinion him and her, had one of the best relationships in bleach
Tumblr media
Worst Pairing: Aizen & Momo (they don't have a ship name that I know of, and I plan to keep it that way since their relationship was very peculiar) Their relationship was a respectful one in the beginning, like a captain and a subordinate type relationship. However, Momo seemed to have stronger feelings past that point and Aizen used them against her many times, Momo would always find a way to defend his actions which would turn her against her friend Toshiro, she always saw good in Aizen but he never cared about her, she was just a tool to be manipulated so that he could further his plans. #MomoDeservedBetter
Tumblr media
Guilty Pleasure Ship: Ishihime, they're basically friends to lovers but without getting together, they've been friends ever since High School and it's been obvious from the 2nd Arc that he kind of has a crush on her and I just think their friendship is so wholesome, I would've preferred them to be endgame.
Tumblr media
The Pairing Everyone Likes but you're like: "lol no" that spot goes to Ichihime, yes they're cute, they have the whole friends to lovers, soulmates thing, but I honestly found them boring together and their relationship has always been one sided until like the last arc. She has been in love with him for so long and he always seemed to view her as one of his good friends. Plus every other ship I've seen them with, they just had better romantic chemistry with those people. I have no hate for the ship and people who ship it but I just never cared for it
Tumblr media
Favorite Non-Canon Pairing; Ichiruki for obvious reasons (if you ever get the chance the watch it.) Their platonic relationship is honestly my favourite thing about this anime, and is one of the reasons I got into Bleach in the first place. (Although I do ship them too, I'm fine with them not ending up together)
Tumblr media
A Pairing I wanted to see more of: Hitsukarin so their friendship was kind of short-lived plus all their interactions were never Canon. Which makes me sad, even though I shipped it, I was fine with them just being friends. Much like Ichiruki, I just wish their interactions were canon and we could've seen more of them.

50/50 Heroes Theory - Something Dark Is Coming
Following these posts I made, I would like to present a theory of mine as to what is going on here. This show is so soft, cute and funny, that it's hard to believe at first that something sinister is happening in the background. I will attempt to shed some light on it.
All of the following is just my theory based on evidence found in the episodes. It could be completely wrong, so take it with a grain of salt.
I don't think I need to defend this point too much, but still, let me present this case with the clearest image of this mystery person I could find:
Tumblr media
The head shape, the blue hair, the cap... The resemblance is hard to deny - it has to be Mo. Most probably, Mo from the future, traveling back in time, as the figure seems to be a little older.
Another piece of evidence we can look at to confirm this: the mysterious person's appearance in Episode 25A, when Mo and Sam traveled back in time 10 whole years:
Tumblr media
Something like this can be possible IF that person is also a time traveler.
Now that we've established that it's Future Mo, another question arises: why? What could've happened that made him go back, and seemingly without his sister?
(Let's ignore that backpack he's carrying for now and the ominous hair sticking out of it...)
Well, for that, let us look at WHO he seems to be following exactly, as that's not as black and white as it seems either.
Out of 50 11-minute episodes and a 22-minute finale, so far, I was able to find exactly 40 instances of Future Mo following our main characters. If we break it down, we will see that 13 of those times, he have been seen following both Mo and Sam together. 1 time it has been just Mo (Episode 1B, when Sam teleported away just a moment ago) and 1 time when Mo was stuck in Sam's body (Episode 7A). As for scenes with just Sam, without Mo around... This character was spotted 25 times. This is not a coincidence.
Another piece of evidence is presented in this sneaky screenshot of the school vents from Epsidoe 9B. If you look closely, you can see a full bag of chips, a picture of Sam with some illegible writing and an arrow pointing at her, and a picture/poster of Mo and Sam's apartment building. That points to someone, most probably our mystery character in question, staying in this school vent.
And following Sam specifically.
Tumblr media
With these assumptions, that it's Future Mo following Sam, we can only assume that something has happened to her and Mo is back to try and fix things, and get his sister back. As to what happened exactly, not much evidence can be found. Except for the only time we get to see his perspective as he is spying on our character in the finale:
(click for better quality)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It is interesting that we get to see his POV in this scene specifically out of the entire show and finale, as if we were meant to draw our attention to it. This scene is about Mo getting too cocky and fame-crazy, while Sam is voicing her frustrations with him and wishing to go do something good, like an actual hero would. It follows them fighting and almost separating.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This suggests that perhaps, this scene is important to our mystery character. Perhaps something similar has happened, a big fight between siblings that led to... all this.
Putting all of the evidence into one cohesive theory, we get the following:
At some point, a big fight between the siblings occurs, leading to something terrible happening to Sam, possibly due to the scepter freaking out, for which Mo could be directly or indirectly responsible. Devastated and determined to get his sister back, Mo goes back in time to stop the accident from happening, only to go back too soon. Now he spends his days following Sam out of guilt and the wish to protect her, while living in the school ventilation shafts, waiting for the day he can fix his mistake and be with her once again.
This is just part of the theory, as I didn't tackle everything (for example, the eye-question mark symbol on his hand, or the very suspicious blue hair poof sticking out of his backpack) but this is my starting point. However, the only thing that can truly shed light on this mystery is season 2 of this wonderful show, which I wholeheartedly hope will happen someday.

"The Seven Teens in Wish don't have much to do in the movie other than being a reference". A criticism that I both agree and disagree with. Like any other Wish criticism, this is one of the few that gets rebuffed if you watch the movie again and payed attention. While i do agree with the issue of a movie having way too many characters, of all the teens, Dahlia, Simon and Gabo are the ones who have the most prominent roles and are tied to movie's themes.
Tumblr media
Let's start off with Gabo. While many others dislike him because he's a jerk, there's some merit as to why he's so pessimistic. While I don't like including info from supplementary material like tie-in books, they do have that extra detail that was lacking in the final movie. In A Recipe for Adventure (which will be used a lot in this post), the author speculates that Gabo is a disappointed optimist. Even though we don't have much to work with other from that piece of trivia, when can always think of something to tie him with the film's theme.
Gabo represents the disappointment in a system where few are given benefits over the majority. He always talks about Simon and Sabino's unfulfilling lives because they gave their wishes away and hoping they will be granted, suggesting that he has seen or what it's like to have an unhappy unfulfilling life. He assumes Asha applying for the role of Magnifico's apprentice so that she can have the benefits of having her and her family's wishes; "cheating" her way to get what she wants while the others are left waiting. Him being a "disappointment optimist" suggests that he had high hopes upon moving to Rosas but has seen how long the waited that his hopes are snuffed and has doubts about the system in general.
At the third act of the film, he decides to help Asha and Star free the wishes because Star reignites his hope for a positive future, one where people can live their lives happy and fulfilled.
Tumblr media
Dahlia has the most screen time and lines of the teens, so obviously she has more character than the rest of them.
She's noticeably uses a crutch to walk. While Disney could've easily made her story about wanting to walk without her crutch, they chose not to. In Recipe for Adventure, her wish is to become the best baker in the kingdom, to which she has already achieved. She works as a kitchen staff in the castle, home of Rosas' founder and king.
This shows that she doesn't need magic to become the best baker, all she has is the effort to work for her dreams despite having a disability. This ties with the film's moral as well as a positive lesson for people with disabilities to overcome the struggles and achieve their dreams.
Also in the book, she has a grandmother who passed away and was the one who taught her about her passion for baking. Her and Asha meeting as kids and becoming close friends ties back to my previous post about Asha, mainly about her suffering from loss and that she and Dahlia supported each other going through their darkest moment.
Tumblr media
Like Dahlia, Simon also has more character than the rest.
Simon was once an active person, loves going outdoors and horseback riding. I suggest the idea that since his wish is to become a knight for the kingdom, he had trained for the position.
After he gave away his wish once he became 18, all that passion was taken away as the once lively and active aspiring knight loses that drive and becomes a husk of what he once was.
There's a saying that Simon's sleepiness resulted from his wish taken away is reminiscent of depression, which I agree. Simon's joy and dream was to become a knight and help defend his people. When that joy was taken away and his dream unfulfilled, he feels he has no purpose.
Him ratting Asha out of his selfish desire to have his wish be finally granted may be stemmed from his desperation to get rid of the emptiness he has felt. Like how people with depression use "means" to feel that joy they craved which resulted in paying the price out of their own health; ie his mind being controlled by Magnifico and their friends and family's concerns; betraying his friends.
After Magnifico's defeat and Simon is out of his spell, he apologizes for betraying Asha, with his reasons that he "wanted to believe in Magnifico." This brings out a dark aspect of Magnifico's wish system, he takes away people's joy, making them feel desperate to beg to him that they'll do anything for him to feel that joy again.
Simon's story may be applicable to people who have achieve their dream job out of their selfish desire to achieve it, like leaving their friends and family behind in order to get it. But once said dreams have strings attached, like working for a corrupted system that only hired you until you're "replaceable", you take it all back and feel disappointed for trusting all your hopes and dreams to an unfair system.
While the rest of the teens don't have the same character put in like Dahlia, Simon and Gabo, I feel like giving them their own arcs would have cluttered an already cluttered movie.
Wish has problems, but those problems aren't fixable by adding in things like an alien love interest and an influencer couple. Wish's issues is that the creators didn't put in the extra push it needed, hence why it feels "not enough".

Lanolin The Sheep
Well since the new issue dropped I decided "hey why not throw gasoline onto an open flame?" so this is my totally unwanted take on Lanolin, her characterization, and how I think issue 63 and beyond could've been fixed by swapping two characters roles around so uh-- Yeah! (Also light spoilers for the newest issue/issue 69 but only the Lanolin portion/the stuff you've probably already seen/read.) tbh, this is kind of a fix-it/wishful thinking/thoughts I hope the writers have in mind in the future for issues going forward as steering Lanolin back to being a "likeable (but bossy)" character is going to be difficult. And is also so I can get my own thoughts out of my head.
Anyway here goes (sorry if I don't articulate my points succinctly in advance btw) I think Whisper shouldn't have been the one to see "Duo" kick Silver but Tangle. Like swap Tangle and Whisper in the story kind of- (trust me I'm going somewhere with this) and here's my reasoning.
Tangle doesn't wear a mask that records what she sees unlike Whisper. So if it was Tangle who saw Silver get kicked she wouldn't be able to jump right to "It's Mimic" or at least she wouldn't have any reason to believe it was Mimic (even at the "eyes changing color" topic. Albeit this should be used to make her suspicious which leads to them spying on Duo.)
Now I think it should've been Tangle and Silver spying on Duo rather then Whisper and Silver for two reasons: First- Tangle's been shown to be actually really bad at stealth. (Ms. Sneak Sneak song, anyone?) So it makes sense that Lanolin would know they were spying on the cat the whole day. Secondly- It doesn't make Whisper look like she's bad at stealth when she's the literal SNIPER. (Like seriously- half the job of sniping is hiding! It doesn't make that much sense that she'd be bad at it and I wholly blame Silver for getting them caught.)
Of course they get caught (Tangle and Silver) by Lanolin and now it's here I'd like to veer a bit more into her characterization and how she handles her interactions with the cast (Specifically Tangle). Which is with a level of reserve/mild dislike in the form of Tangle. Let's not kid ourselves here Tangle and Lanolin don't get along as much as we (and Tangle herself) would like too. Tangle's bouncy and energetic, Lanolin's a no-nonsense spoilsport so it would make sense if she doesn't believe Tangle or heck even dismisses her in regards to Duo after the incident earlier with Silver. (As this would be an actual "he said, she said" situation unlike in canon where the mask that records is right there- seriously if it doesn't come up in canon or is otherwise properly addressed in the story I'm gonna be really disappointed.)
Anyway Lanolin doesn't like Tangle, that's the baseline we're going with here. (Or at the most generous reading Lanolin finds Tangle to be "taxing".) Point is the two aren't nearly as good of friends and Lanolin's dedication the job would be more substantial here as nobody by this point has any reason to suspect Duo is Mimic.
So cue the argument, Whisper shows up/comes to defend Tangle when Lanolin inevitably tries to lecture/chastise her and Silver claiming the lemur would have no reason to be suspicious without good cause. The argument continues and BOOM! Tangle drops the tidbit that Silver said that Duo's eyes changed color and now Whisper's suspicious. Leading Whisper to try and shove past Lanolin, now also a bit more paranoid. Cue the whole "act like soldiers not children" line with Lanolin grabbing Whisper first and the scuffle ensues with Duo rushing off and Silver "hurting" him when nobody's focused on them.
Now why do I feel like it should be set-up like this instead of how it was in canon? Well obviously because in canon Whisper should've also been punished like Silver. Possibly just as severely but isn't because again- plot. (Like c'mon, Whisper technically assaults a commanding officer, she should have gotten in some trouble regardless of context.) But with how this is set-up now Lanolin instigated the fight by grabbing Whisper so punishing the wolf for the fight is out of the question and Tangle would like in canon- rush to Whisper's side once she was downed, not fighting at all meaning beyond stalking their new recruit Tangle didn't do anything worthy of getting "kicked out" for.
Meaning Silver getting kicked out still happens (hey, got to find some way to make it end the same way it did, right?) But now Tangle and Lanolin have more reason to be antagonistic towards one another. Leading to the most recent issue where Tangle and Lanolin are dealing with Sonic and co. after the boards went haywire. (Like I said super minor 69 spoiler.)
Ergo I think Lanolin's character arc should've be more focused on her actually viewing her friends as well- friends. And I feel like exploring the relationship she has with Tangle is probably the best way to go about it because of how they've interacted so far. (Or use the lemur who more then likely would forgive her in ten seconds to get the sheep a bit more on the others wavelength.)
That's just my thoughts on the whole debacle concerning Lanolin and I really do hope the writers figure out a way to make Lanolin enjoyable to read again cause right now she just comes off a little mean-spirited with little reasoning for her actions beyond "strung-up military type" (Which is a great trope btw and it can be written extremely well). I guess I really just hope they nail down the blocks making up her character in a satisfying way.
Anyway this all just sorta popped into my head after reading issue 69 and glancing in Twitter's general direction for five seconds I just hope this riders arc ends up being really good because Eggman's drip is (As Starline would put it) Immaculate.

This post is just to get some things off my chest. I want to start off by saying I'm the kind of person who actually wants and hopes every Ghostface killer gets some kills. I know some people will pass it off as me being an Amber fan and being blinded by it but before Amber, Jill was my number one favorite Ghostface (now second) and I can fully admit she did not kill a damn person until she was unmasked. I really watch and pay attention when coming to these conclusions. It's not me just being an Amber fanboy. I love Richie and wish he did some kills but I personally don't believe he did and that's what this post will be about, explaining my theories and opinions. Before going through the attacks and kills I want to do a little explanation. People jump to the conclusion that Amber likes to "staby stab" while Richie likes to go for the throats but I personally believe Amber doesn't have any one way of killing. I think Amber’s smarter than the fandom makes her out to be and knows she has to go for the surprise quick kills when she knows she has a strong victim. It doesn’t always work out for her though which is why she resorts to stabbing repeatedly. She adjusts her style to the victim/situation, which I'll explain further through each attack/kill. First up is the attack on Tara. I think most of the fandom can come to an agreement that this was Amber, although I have seen some people argue it was Richie. The explanation is pretty simple though, when Richie claims he was in Modesto Sam doesn't dispute it and with how overprotective she is of Tara she definitely would of called out if he was out of her sight long enough to do the attack. Therefore, this was Amber. This is also the first time Amber seemingly goes for Tara's throat as well, something some people claim is Richie's style, but Tara stops the knife.
Tumblr media
Next up is Vince's kill who most of the fandom believes is Richie because of the throat stab. For this to be Richie he would’ve had to sneak away from Sam and Tara, count on them not waking up and without being spotted by the hospital staff and guards to kill Vince whereas Amber and the gang got kicked out of the bar and it was late, we have no context after that so they could've split to go home which would be when Amber stuck over to kill Vince. She knew Vince was stronger than her and he was armed with a knife so she was smart enough to go for a surprise quick kill. Intermission on the attacks/kills to defend Amber from those of you who call her stupid and obvious for using her own phone to make the calls. During the attack on Sam in the hospital we know Amber was being questioned at the sheriff's station so how could she have made the call? This means Richie called from "Amber's phone" but in the next scene we see Amber hand her phone to Judy. When would Richie have had time to give back Amber's phone? This would mean they actually cloned her phone, incase there was anyway for the police finding out it wasn't actually cloned or even just for the sake of Richie having the option to use it which I think is actually a smart move. Again, I think most of the fandom can collectively agree that Amber killed Judy but I want to go over the attack because it comes into play with my theory that Amber does throat kills. Like Tara's attack, it seems Amber goes for Judy's throat but she also stops the knife. To overpower Judy she has to use both her hands (which will come up again in this post.)
Tumblr media
While people think Richie killed Wes, things don't add up for me. Why open the door? If Amber was already outside and Richie was inside, Amber would just head to the hospital and Richie would not need to lure Wes to the front door he could've just fucked with him in the kitchen. Furthermore, after killing Wes, Richie would have to find a ride back to the hotel while picking up a pizza all before Sam called him. Wes' attack is also very similar to Judy and Dewey (which I'll get to.) All three almost get a knife to the throat before it's stopped and Amber had to use both of her hands.
Tumblr media
Side note: this might not be much evidence but I thought it was worth noting but Wes’ kill seemed VERY personal. The way this Ghostface held the knife in his throat while staring into his eyes as he coughed up blood. We already know Wes and Amber were beefing over Tara so it makes perfect sense she’d want to kill him. Next up is the deputy who had his throat slit when Tara's attacked in the hospital. It doesn't make sense for Richie to do this because he would've had to first get to the hospital, dress up in his Ghostface costume incase someone walked in on him or the kill on the deputy was unsuccessful then get undressed. Amber was already there and in her Ghostface costume and as I mentioned before, Amber's smart enough to go for a kill style that's a quick kill when it comes to stronger/armed victims. I believe while she was killing the deputy, Richie shut the lights off because we here him open the door and walk up to Tara, insinuating he just showed up. Since it's confirmed Dewey's attack was done by Amber (despite the morons that believe there was a secret mastermind) because Richie was present, we can look at how she attacks and handles her knife. This is the fourth instant that Ghostface aims for the throat, fails and has to use both hands.
Tumblr media
Going against the theory that Amber likes to stab, stab, stab that some people believe and further supporting my theory that she likes to change it up and doesn't have one style, she only stabs Dewey with two knifes and pulls them up. She went for that quick and fatal kill because Dewey put up a good fight and she knew she couldn't fuck around anymore and had to get the job done.
Tumblr media
We know Amber attacks Chad but since she uses her "stab like crazy" tactic, it doesn't help my point that she has other kill styles. So moving on... This last scene I want to talk about is actually Richie but I feel like people are going to bring it up so lets talk about it. When Mindy is attacked, we know this is Richie because shortly after, Amber comes in with Tara where she claims to have been with Tara the whole time with Tara not disputing it and there isn't any way she could have gotten out of her costume that fast without Tara seeing her anyway. Also; Jack Quaid, the actor for Richie, was under the costume in real life for this scene. So why am I bringing the scene up? Well it kind of conflicts with my theory since Richie also seems to use the same tactic in this scene that Amber's used on Tara, Judy, Dewey (and Wes which is is one of the kills that is up for debate in the fandom.) The tactic in which she goes for the throat and is stopped so has to use two hands. The only differences in this attack is we can't really tell if he's aiming for the throat whereas in the other attacks (and gifs of them I included) the throat seems to be the target and the second difference being all the other attacks, the Ghostface holds the knife on the right and pushes down with their left hand while Richie, during the Mindy attack, holds the knife from his left side. I don't know if it's that deep but you know...I thought it was something to mention.
Tumblr media
In conclusion, killing styles don't mean much to me. There's only so many ways to handle a knife and it's not that hard to change it up. Especially if you're a murderous psychopath, you're probably going to want to be creative but since a lot of people in the fandom like to base it on kill style, I'm trying to debunk that. Killing styles aside, I just don't think Richie could have made these kills, looking at where he's placed throughout the movie. Well, that's it. If you made it this far, thank you for reading my thoughts. Let me know if you agree or if you disagree and let me know where I went wrong and how you think Richie could of slipped in for these attacks/kills. I'm open to other opinions as long as they're respectful.

aether did wHAT
I did not know he put the flowers in her hair while she slept!!! :0000
Also i think the only things so far that i've seen that would indicate the travellers emotional strain from being separated is Dain (and i think Paimon too?) asking if the traveller was crying in their sleep because they dreamt of their sibling again; Traveller losing their patience by the time they got to Inazuma and just wanting to get things done as fast as possible to move onto the next nation; Traveller not even bothering to ask about their sibling anymore when they got to Nahida, only to be surprised by Nahida actually giving them information, and then asking about their sibling again in Fontaine; Traveller opening up to Venti in the teapot, saying they're tired; Voiceover where Traveller tells Paimon they've had nightmares of their twin leaving and saying they're too late; Nightmare hallucination thing of abyss lector telling Traveller that the abyss twin has abandoned them and no longer sees them as family (sumeru archon quest); And
this is just how i personally interpreted it: Traveller getting angry at Lyney for actively lying to them when they were supposed to defend him in court, because Lyney could've gone to jail and possibly be separated from Lynette.
Aether/Lumine are shown to be pretty secretive about their nature and actually keep a lot of things to themselves. Even actively keeping secrets from the people around them (shown most obviously during the Sumeru archon quest), To the point it's even implied they lie about their identities ("name your character" in the beginning of the game. Where in text that's how you get referred to as during the game, yet the abyss twin ends up calling the playable twin by Name™ instead of whatever name you chose in when you started playing).
So i'm not too surprised we haven't had many instances where Traveller talks about their sibling to other people, but yeah it does suck just how forgotten both the Abyss and Traveller twin end up in the game. (To the point a scary amount of players still think the Traveller is a self-insert, and don't know that Traveller has the most Voiceovers out of all the playable characters)
I could be wishful thinking and my mind playing tricks on me but I’m pretty sure that was mentioned??? If it’s not then bang there’s another one of my headcanons there you go.
Okay I haven’t gotten around to all of that yet but GOD WHENEVER THE TWIN GETS BROUGHT UP I think about it for absolutely she’s afterwards I’m not even joking. I’m really early in the Sumeru quest and actually only did the hallucination abyss mage one around two days ago and istg when he said about Aether not seeing Lumine as family anymore.
That would 100% fuck Lumine up for a while afterwards. No doubt about it. It would be playing on her mind over and over even though she knows it was only a hallucination.
Honestly I can’t really mention much since I’m not that far in the game yet but all of that does make a lot of sense. I would imagine they wouldn’t want everyone to know all about their lives and past since they aren’t planning on staying in Teyvat.
I makes me so upset when I see people completely ignoring the twins. I saw this one Twitter thread saying something like “it’s good that the story isn’t focusing on the twins as much anymore” and like??? No??? They are the WHOLE reason we are in Teyvat in the first place?? You can’t really have a story without the twins since the traveler entire reason behind doing what they are doing is to find their sibling. They wouldn’t be in any of the situations that they are in if they had their sibling with them.

Hello again 😊 I knew i was gonna love chatting with u hehe
These are things that makes me wish anyone else would've written ACOTAR tbh. Her lack of planning and her retconning of characters so that she remains politically correct in current political climates is gross. It's been a pattern I've noticed, but it makes sense considering shes a zionist, but anyway 🥱
I do enjoy the world that she made and I think its an interesting concept to view a centuries old clusterfuck like the IC through a 20 yearold lense. But I wish it had a morsel of taste. Each of the books in this series left me wanting more, especially rereading as an adult.
So to compensate for the parts of the books I hate I just pretend its not upsetting me by psychoanalyzing the characters 😂 Rhys is one that I have a love/hate relationship with for that reason. He is genuinely one of the worst love interests ive seen be this popular in a long time and he has made the worst choices i have ever seen written and then defended by the author.
Feyre however, I would argue is his perfect partner for how awful he is after SF and CC3. But I wish a better author had written this book so we could've seen a decent redemption or a proper Rhysand villain arc. I think this series would've been so much more interesting crossover wise if it had been with tog and had been a mock feysand villain arc. Maeve has daemati powers, so making her an ancestor of Rhysand's through the HL bloodline would've made sense. Hybern could've been a mock villain to lure the reader into a false sense of security and think maybe the NC ARE good guys?
Nesta and Elain join Aelin's circle to take them down after they attempted to seize the dread trove for themselves under Amren's advice, (they dont like her having it clearly). And the emotional climax of the series is Feyre leaving him and joining her sisters, which leads Rhys to pull a tamlin by in turn going to koshei. Could even get Bryce quinlan in to fullfill a life debt to Nesta by using the horn and Feyre's fire powers to give Aelin her magic back somehow, and nesta never has her magic taken back by the cauldron?????? The cauldron had Amren in it and it should've been written that she had to sacrifice her true Daglan immortality to be with Varian. Boom full fucking circle.
But nope, we have Miss Maas.
thanks janet for ruining what couldve been my favorite thing >:^(
but a part of me hopes the Elucien book will include Tamlin's side of the story and Elain confronts Feysand for their *waves arms* everything. And taking Nesta and the Valkyries with them, they deserve better. it wont happen tho, so I'll read fanfic instead.
-🤠
Heyy again!
I get where you're coming from. I liked book 1, the way Feyre (and us, in a way) was discovering the SC and a little bit of Prythian as a whole, and I liked Feyre, who was this badass huntress, who had her own opinions, doing what needs to be done, etc... I mean, she went UTM knowing full well she wasn't coming out alive, but she still did it bc it was right, and she wanted to save her man.
Where THAT Feyre went, I'll never know.
As you said, It's an interesting concept seeing everything through a 20 year old's eyes, or it would've been for me if she hadn't started taking everything they said as truth.
Even though I haven't read any CC books yet, my friend spoiled CC3 that Nesta didn't actually lose her powers? That it was more of a bargain with the Couldron, but yeah, it would've been interesting to see crossovers between the series. I think Aelin, Manon, and maybe Lysandra would absolutely despise Rhysand. I would a 100% read a fic with what you described.
As for the Elucien book, like I hope she does good by Lucien because he, out of all the characters, deserves it.
I'm not holding my breath on Elain ever confronting Feysand bc as Rhysand once said, 'Elain is Elain', but a girl can hope.
Also, if Nesta and the valkyries ever become one of Rhysand's legions, I'm pulling a one woman riot before burning the book.
On another note, feel free to DM if you want to continue the conversation or if you're more comfortable this way, I don't mind that either.

Hopefully the link works in the asks but the god damn hyprocrscy is just lovely.
Like Vivziepop acted like she didn't care that kids watched her shows but then changed her mind and constantly says you shouldnt watch Helluva if your underage then we have Brandon doing this shit. Plus the fandom attacks you if your a minor watching the show yet they are gonna praise this.
Like I read comments on a quote retweet where someone pointed out that make a wish kids wanted to see Deadpool 2 so Ryan Reynolds instead of showing kids an r rated movie made a PG13 cut like a normal person should
Also Brandon Rogers deals with 18+ content near damn exclusively so I would expect better of him. Like why are you celebrating that kids are being exposed to this content.
At least one of Viv's yesmen (I think it was Fake blond) when they found out about a kindergartner watching the show they were like "Jesus fucking christ..."
I expected a Spindlehorse crew member to pull this shit not the one person outside spindlehorse high up who seems like the most competent to do this.

Ok (sigh redthespian, I swear they're on Viv's bootlicking payroll) anyway I do agree that it was pretty hypocritical of Viv to at 1st say she doesn't care then to change her mind later but it was a good thing of her to backtrack and say minors shouldn't watch their stuff but it gives no right to the fandom or anyone to bully and harass minors that do watch (there has been MULTIPLE incidents of this happening in fandom) and Viv does nothing to address these incidents and yeah its not her job to police her fandom but when it involves minors who are so vulnerable on the internet as a grown up I expect that much from Viv to do because of how influential she is in her fandom, whatever she says goes.
I do expect that same attitude or even more from Brandon because out of all the helluvaboss creatives he seems like how you said anon the most competent to act accordingly in this kind of situation. I rarely see posts of him but I personally think he shouldn't have posted this pic on his insta at all. 1st that is a minor and as a creator that deals heavily in adult entertainment like helluva, his YT channel and comedy shows just don't posts pics of your minor fans on platforms its pretty logical why not to do this and 2nd even if its a minor fan and here I agree with Viv to treat the child with respect, kindness and to give them a positive experience from the creator's side but at least tell the minor hey good seeing you as a fan and all but you shouldn't watch our show ok, like a GROWN UP should say and don't post their pic (even if consent was granted by the guardian) just don't do it. Viv again is right on treating her with respect etc at the con and saying kids shouldn't watch but she's deflecting again with saying "its not our fault if they do watch", then why defend this pic it shouldn't have been posted in the 1st place.
Admit fault, this pic being posted by Brandon is bad taste he could've met with this minor fan at the con, be nice to her ect and then tell her she really shouldn't watch helluva boss (if she ignores thats fine) but its the grown up thing to do that in this situation and not post this pic, simple.
The problem in this situation is and why I hammered so much on it is that none of helluva boss creatives act like grown ups (Viv, Brandon now and Adam even). From what I've seen from Viv mostly is continuous deflection, not admitting fault in these situations, not stepping in when its serious situations (her fandom, big art accounts bullying/harassing minors) and not acting like a bloody grown up. Viv is 30 years old but acts like a child when it comes to these things, criticism etc. She's perceived by me to be in this weird state of mind where she thinks she doesn't have to take responsibility for minors watching her shows ect but it comes with the territory Viv. You can't prevent kids from watching helluva I get that but not stepping in when your fandom bullys them, when you see a minor in fandom/cons and say "hey you shouldn't watch helluva" or this incident now because it looks by Brandon posting this pic it sends the message that its ok for minors to be in fandom it goes against what Viv says of not encouraging kids to watch because if I was a kid and saw this pic I would think Viv and them is ok with minors in fandom. In all, the message perceived from a child and anyone seeing this pic is that they're ok with minors in fandom. This meet and greet could've been done without the pic being posted and none of this backlash would've happened.

I got an ask for you!
For both Hazbin and Helluva, what episodes of each respective series do you hate/are your least favorites thus far? And what are the main issues you have with them, if any specifically call out to you?
Personally for Hazbin it's Episode 3. It feels the weakest to me structurally speaking compared to most of the other episodes, like Alastor was going and doing this thing he's up to while the B plot does fuck all to actually show the characters bonding together. Charlie and Vaggie's conflict there felt like the most nothing thing ever, too. Zestial deserved way more than Episode 3, I hope he has something to do in Season 2.
I think Carmilla definitely needed to have more time at that point to have the Vaggie parallel as well -- Whatever It Takes was a great song but the parallel felt kinda out of left field to me beyond the premise of the two having people to defend/protect (though I suppose it could be interpreted as foreshadowing for the characters' interaction later on). Until Episode 7 with Out For Love, not only are the two characters actually interacting with each other, but Vaggie's character is a lot stronger here, and her conflict with Charlie was stronger than the one in Episode 3.
For Helluva, GOD it's a 1v1 against S2E4 and S2E5. Besides the stupid dick joke that killed the energy for S2E3 I liked the rest of it enough compared to these ones. It felt like they kinda character assassinated Striker for the sake of, yet again, ANOTHER dick joke despite...Also making him hate sex/dick jokes???
And the camp one was fun but just felt really unproductive to the narrative besides the stuff with Blitz and Barbie. Then again, I thought that should've been its own episode, instead of some forced B plot in an episode that could've easily been more like S1E1, where we get to see the characters actively doing their job and it being actually funny and entertaining. (Murder Family is one of my favorites btw, I've seen it several times when we only had the first few episodes out. I wish the show had a bit more episodes like it.)
Hello! Thanks so much for the ask anon! I started writing this as a short post, but it ended up being way longer than I intended so... the Keep Reading option it is!
I don't particularly hate any episode of either show, but there are a few where I stopped and thought this... isn't that important in an 8 episode season, especially for Hazbin Hotel. Both of those shows are framed like sitcoms; where you have an ensemble cast of characters in the same setting and put them into semi-realistic situations which creates a comedic effect, the problem is sitcoms are usually at least 13 episodes a season long, but most times one season of a sitcom has the standard of making their season a 20-25 episode one (or... at least they did before).
For Hazbin Hotel, the lack of extra episodes shows very much, episodes 3 and 5 are so far the best examples of this in my opinion, they both very much feel like filler episodes. There are some very important establishments in both of those episodes, as you mentioned for episode 3. The setting up for Vaggie and Carmilla as an interactable duo later on in the show, as well as most likely foreshadowing Vaggie's and Charlie's argument later on in the season. Alastor's plot serves as a "subtle" hint for his ties to Heaven, which is (I'd confidently say) revealed in the last episode.
The song between Carmilla and Vaggie felt really forced and it's my least favorite of the bunch, I have a general problem with the songs in the show, which I will talk about later on. Carmilla's part of the song I understood or rather I understood why she was singing her parts; Vaggie's worry came out of nowhere. It can be argued that the entire B plot of Vaggie trying and failing to take on Charlie's role served as build-up, which then culminated into her part of the song, however, it didn't come across that way. Characters trying something that is typically not in their comfort zone and failing due to the circumstances or characters around them is a popular tactic in sitcoms for a funny scene (I mean the reason why s6 ep15 of Brooklyn 99 is funny is because Rosa needs help but is unwilling to ask for it and it gets to an absurd point) so seeing Vaggie trying and failing didn't come across as serious and as of deeply ingrained insecurity of her's as it was intended, which adds to the song feeling forced on her part. The problem isn't the fact that her plot of the episode had that surprise sad moment, but rather the fact that it went way too deep into her insecurities; the start of this was the "never fail you" part, and most that came after.
Episode 5 is way more of a character-focused episode and a filler episode than episode 3. Again, it is an important episode and serves as a very nice segue to episode 6 (my personal favorite), as well as giving us, the viewers (not the fandom, but new viewers who have found this show and decided to watch it, maybe having not even seen the pilot) some context into Alastor's character and status. Which is a good thing, Alastor's backstory is good character-building. And of course, introduces Lucifer to us for the first time, we finally see the King of Hell.
But that's.... just what it is, establishing. I can establish Character A in my own personal story, however, if I don't use or mention said character at all until later on in the story, so much so that people might have even forgotten about them, then I didn't do a really good job. I believe it's safe to say that Carmilla and Lucifer are both iconic characters within the show, so I don't believe people have forgotten about them, but I don't remember Carmilla or her weapons being mentioned once throughout episodes 4-6 when she and her weapons were an essential part in the finale. These points apply to Zestial as well, as you said I really do hope he gets at least somewhat of a bigger role within the show in the second season.
I genuinely hate being a person who says this, as I am a big musical theatre fan, but the songs come out of nowhere; the characters just start singing for no reason whatsoever other than the crew saying "I'd like a song here", most of them are really good (and I won't even go into the fact they got so many Broadway legends on the show), but that doesn't take away from the fact that most of the time there is no reason for a song to be placed in that scene. As well as most of the visuals of the songs looking like a mesh of those cool shots we've all seen in animatics on YouTube.
For Helluva... Fuck that'll be somewhat of a convoluted answer. The entire show kind of got away from what it was presented as in the pilot, so I have very much a hard time picking out which episodes are my least favorite. What I got from the pilot (which is always there to set the overall tone of the show and characters, as well as just test out how successful the show/premise would be) is that it's a modern sitcom-y spin-off (think Brooklyn 99, New Girl, Modern Family, etc; also those sitcoms that have cut to the funny event mentioned scenes) of Hazbin Hotel. So I went into it with that mindset, and the first episode does keep up with the premise we were originally given, which is why I like it so much. As well as Unhappy Campers, I really enjoyed that episode because it felt like it was keeping true to the original premise of the show. The other episodes... it's not that I dislike them, I dislike the abrupt tonal shifts the episodes give us; for example, Murder Family (as I mentioned) gives us that funny quirky sitcom tone the pilot gave us, but then Loo Loo Land is a much more serious episode. It's not a bad thing for a comedy series or a sitcom to have serious moments or serious episodes, it's great in fact. That being said, those scenes/episodes need to be done either later on in the show when we are already connected with the characters (such as Marvin's death in HIMYM) or have to be shown later on in the episode itself (Angel's abuse in episode 4) because the introduction scene (or first scene) introduces us to the tone of the episode and most of the time in sitcoms or comedy series the tone of the episode is supposed to be comedic. The serious scenes hit so hard because of the emotional plot twist we as the viewers are experiencing. In Helluva Boss though, most of the "serious" episodes' intros already have a serious introduction scene, which gives off the effect of drastic episodic tonal shifts.

My review of Story of Kunning Palace / 宁安如梦
Tumblr media
I loved the premise of this drama. The wicked empress who meets her downfall but is reborn as her past self, so she gets a chance to redeem herself and change the fates of her loved ones.
They handled the past life very well, showing just enough to keep you on your toes without overloading on flashbacks. We know Jiang Xuening's original ending but not how she got there. So as she makes new choices, we also learn what went wrong in her previous life.
I honestly think the drama peaks near the middle. The effort to save Yan Lin is a great story arc because Jiang Xuening's relationship with him is developed so well and the stakes are so high. Both the writing and acting of Yan Lin were phenomenal. At the same time, we finally learn who Xie Wei really is and what motivates him, and this is some of Zhang Linghe's best acting in the whole drama. We're also finally being introduced to the mysterious figure of Zhang Zhe, the almost-perfect man who was Jiang Xuening's first love.
As the story continued, I would've liked better character development for the protagonists. The drama departs majorly from the source novel halfway through, but the screenwriters' takes on these characters was...just okay. The writing in the second half was also a bit careless and overly convenient, and the resolution of the final conflict just felt incredibly low-effort.
I think some problems in Jiang Xuening's character development stem from Bai Lu's acting choices in the final third. I do think she was up to standard for an idol historical, but I also think she can do better.
For example, Jiang Xuening's relationship with her sister changes significantly, which is clear in the plot but doesn't reflect clearly in her line delivery and tone. Maybe we could've also seen more intermediate stages in her attitude towards Xie Wei (or at least a bit less of the wide-eyed and shocked stage). These things would have made Jiang Xuening a more complex and charismatic figure.
This drama gets bonus points because the pacing was fast enough that I didn't need to watch on 1.5x speed lol
A note on the director, Zhu Ruibin: he gets a lot of criticism from c-netizens for "unflattering" or "weird" shots of actors, but I will always defend him for this. Good actors aren't afraid of looking ugly. Actors are hired to portray a character and tell a story. If a camera angle adds to the viewer's experience of the story, then it's the right call. So many cdrama directors churn out footage on factory default mode. Zhu Ruibin is one of the few who actually puts thought into delivering interesting shots and has his own vision for what dramas should look like.
It's not a perfect drama but I still enjoyed it a lot. I just wish the second half lived up to the first half.

random thoughts about castaway diva, episode nine
(read more because i always get carried away lol and this post might contain spoilers)
Seeing bo geol confront his father reminds me of that time he blew up and shouted at him, telling him how he wished he left the family alone. He's courageous enough to face him and hopefully get rid of him. I'm still scared for him but he's the only one in the family who is able to do so. Even when he was a teenager, he was the one who told the truth to his father. Both the mom and the older brother were too scared of mr jung. It's heartbreaking to see him go there alone, even though he has a support system now. He doesn't want them to be hurt. Plus, add to that he's the one in the family who spent the longest time with mr jung. I'm rooting for him. I'm sure he can find a way to make the father leave them alone, but I'm still scared about his safety.
It's interesting how ki ho's decision to meet with mr jung was influenced by mok ha's words, stating how she was sad when her father p*ssed aw*y... It's also incredibly kind of her to put herself in her father's shoes, explaining how he too had a harsh past. Mok ha really is kind and empathetic. Even though she was a victim of ab*se, she still tries to defend her father, perpetrator of said ab*se.
And now we see bo geol repeat mok ha's words to his father. He said he should've lived a happier life and ignored his son who abandoned him. Manipulative behavior from the dad who keeps putting all the blame on his family, when he's the one that pushed them away because of his ab*sive behavior.
I'm so proud of my boy ki ho for outsmarting his biological father. But sad at the same time that he had to use such measures to prove he's been ab*sed for such a long time 💔 .
I find it sad that mok ha puts yoon ran joo before herself and she's willing to bow down at her and take all the criticism just because she's admired her for such a long time. Where is the fighting spirit she had when facing people like lee seo jun? I just want her to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a singer. No matter how close she is to ran joo, i don't want her to be so weak in front of her. She can stand up for herself. Mok ha has always been faithful and an incredible support system for ran joo. And to see ran joo take advantage of that by using harsh words directed at mok ha is hurting me too. I find it so unfair.
But at the same time (should become my catchphrase atp), I do understand how ran joo feels because she's been betrayed by a previous artist with a similar path to mok ha's (my bet's on that man is now eun mo rae's manager). She doesn't want to be disappointed a second time. It's true that she put her all into that artist and she now knows the consequences of such actions. However, that doesn't mean it'll be the same for mok ha. They could've sat down and had an adult conversation about mok ha's sudden decision.
Both women are suffering (for different reasons) which is why they're both emotional most of the time. But they're also two of the strongest women i've seen so I hope they make up and start anew with a better mindset.
Me? Don't mind me I'm being emotional because ki ho was finally strong enough to be vulnerable around mok ha. After such a long time putting up a front and acting like nothing happened, he's freeing himself of all that emotional burden that's been there for far too long. Also, we finally see mok ha comfort him after he was the one comforting her when they were kids 💗💗💗 I AM EMOTIONAL :(((
Ah, I was wrong Mok ha told him he'll never see mr jung again because she was the one who was going to take care of him. Now i'm scared for mok ha... Stop playing with my heart please!!!
I knew it! Eun mo rae's manager was the artist who gave up. I'm glad they gave him a backstory and gave us an explanation as to why he seems so harsh and cold.
Yoon ran joo still feels sorry for mok ha and wants what's best for her. I hope they can make up and mok ha starts thinking about herself too.
Seeing mok ha choose rnj ent and standing up for herself is a great thing to see. I really hope ran joo can be a part of her project.
I'm pretty sure stagnant water is either eun mo rae's manager. Edit: and i was right!
So happy to have so many mok ha singing moments. Park eun bin's voice is no joke.
I knew lee uk was doing something behind everyone's back when he overheard that bo geol went to see mr jung. I don't know what but I'm curious to find out.
BO GEOL RUN TO HELP MOK HA AND YOUR MOM THEY'RE IN DANGER!!!
First you're leaving me on a cliffhanger and now you're giving me that preview? How can I wait for the next episode? HOW???
I'll give this episode a 8.5/10

I learned from "Punk Santa", the punk who gave me the CDs today -and who happened to have known my father- that someone I knew died last week. I'm not taking it really well.
(under the cut because it's a long vent of many many messy thoughts and also tw moid, you don't have to read about men, and tw child abuse and death)
It's fucked up because I'm aware I'm likely idolising him and that maybe if I saw him again before he died I would now find him as awful as the next man...but he was oddly extremely dear and important to me, because he was the one normal and not creepy adult I had when I grew up. By being normal he was the anomaly of my world. The one kind man I ever knew growing up, way before my middle-school teachers. He saw me with my curly hair and patiently listened to me enthusiastically talk about insects and horses and videogames for hours, asking questions and stuff, joking, encouraging me to express my views and emotions, explaining things to me wisely, defending me when my father belittled me and made me cry and scolding drunk other guests who would have inappropriate vocabulary or discussions around me. He was younger than my parents but much more responsible and caring than my father ever was. He was Yugoslav. The man born in a country that didn't exist anymore. He had six younger sisters he raised with his single mother. He was into drugs and shits but that's why he never had a partner that I ever heard of, because he said he knew he was a walking problem and his life sucked and didn't want to drag someone into this. He never said he was feminist like all these libfem men, he just respected women. Or at least he seemed so to me as a little girl who grew up with the worse examples of men around, including men pissing with the toilet door open. Even my mother said she wished she saw him again and that he was a green flag. One of my doggo who died two months before my father was the baby of his dog. I remember playing with her pups in the backyard of this man. I was the one who taught them how to respond to whistling.
One day, to cheer me up after some verbal abuse from my father that made me cry, I don't remember the exact context, but he said jokingly he'd marry me (in a very non-creepy way, that wasn't serious at all). I believe it was after some shit my father told me about being so gross or temperamental as a person that nobody would ever want me or some shit (when I was like. Five).
We stopped seeing him after he called out my father on his bullshits in my and my mother's defence, because my father likely "blacklisted" him from his circles then. We never really knew the whole story. Maybe it was also sickening to him to be powerless about the situation my mother and I were in. He was genuinely sorry for us.
I don't know. I missed him. I've been thinking about him this year and for months I was frantically searching for him, asking every gutter punk about him, asking an acquaintance if by any chance the guy with the same name he mention could be him...I really believed it was a question of time before our paths crossed again. I dreamt about him and me going to a travel together 2-3 weeks ago, with him listening to my enthusiastic talk about horses and being happy to catch up after I was confronted with weird monsters...I never dreamt about him before. I should've known.
It's hurting maybe more than losing a family member in a way. Apparently he was sick or something like that and didn't go get treatment. He died alone. Not long after his dog, who birthed the one I had. I don't even know this man's family name. His exact age. His birthday.
I feel sick. It's not my fault or responsibility, yet I can't help but wonder...what if I met "Punk Santa" three weeks ago? He knew about this man, he could've told me where he lived. I could've seen him one last time. Maybe kick his ass to go to the hospital. Maybe he wouldn't have died. He was at most in his early fifty. He had so many years before him. I can't believe it was his time yet. I missed him by one week and now I'll never see him again. I quite literally do not care about anyone who was around me when I grew up, if they die painfully (except "Punk Santa", grandpa's cool), in all honesty, they probably deserve it, but this man...I don't know if it's because I'm not in a great place psychologically but it's really messing me up. My actual self doesn't feel much connection with my past self due to the severe depersonalisation, derealisation and ptsd I experience, so I'm numb, but when I think of the little girl who is still somewhere inside of me, she's absolutely devastated and heartbroken and suddenly I can't stop crying. And there is this obvious fracture inside of me where all of these emotions mix up and are so hard to identify and deal with. It's unfair. Of all those awful men, he was the one who least deserved it.
I don't know why, but I needed to see him again. My soul needed it. One week...it's cruel. Very cruel. What even happened there? I can't stop thinking about this man and the little girl inside of me. Caring and looking out for each others and failing. It's like a tragedy from a fictional story except it's real.
I don't know, maybe I'm too sappy and probably cringe right now...I'm a big mess. It's like another bridge to my past violently collapsed and with it a pillar that saw my construction as a person.
And I'm hurt that I was invited to exactly one wedding in my whole life, yet I buried almost all the people I ever cared about. My maternal grandparents when I was four and six. My maternal great uncle when I was 14. My father when I was newly 19. My favourite paternal uncle a few months later. My dog who's been with me since I was 6-7. Now this kind man.
Now I just have two uncles, my mother, my paternal grandmother who I die to see but can't due to lack of transportation. Two brothers who don't care about me despite how much I try to heal our relationships, fucked by our father. Aside from my brothers, my left family is aging fast and badly and won't stay around for long. When they're gone, I'm alone. Completely, utterly alone. And homeless. But mostly alone.
I live with death. I die more everyday I live. I see it as fair and transformative, usually. I'm not afraid if it. Sometimes I seek it. Sometimes I feel less alone in its arms. I look at it in the eyes and accept it as a part of nature. Raw, indiscriminate, merciful. I don't see it as cruel, except this one time. This was unfair. Why?
And I'm tired. It's like trying and failing to wash again and again a cloth that keeps getting bloodied like the kannerez noz. My infinite task that I'm trapped with is grieving others and swallowing the pain. It hurts that I know more of death than joy. It hurts that I simply know that my life won't be super awful but also won't ever know major joys. I'll just keep burying people. Put band aids emotionally. Move on. Wait and see who's next. I'll continue reading the death records carefully every time I open a newspaper. Sometimes I'll recognise a name vaguely and wonder who it was to me. Sometimes it will be strangers and I will imagine their lives based on the informations.
...I don't even know what happened to the body of that man. I hope his sisters took care of it well. I wish I could've attended the funeral if there was one. Maybe it would've helped. But right now...it's awful.
