i am sad :(
been trying to do more kickboxing stuff bc it just like makes me feel so fucking JAZZED i love it
and also i've been wanting to be more active, but back to back to back flareups has made it really hard
and so i started initially and i was VERY SORE! AND I WAS LIKE YEAHHHHH!!! LOVE TO BE SORE!!!!!
and then i was like I GOTTA KEEP WORKING OUT TO STAY SORE!!!
but it made me less sore :(
now idk if i even feel sore at all today :(
my arms should hurt to move around, my back should hate trying to keep me upright. but alas. :(
guess that means i have to work out even harder >:)
#i'm a little bit wackadoo bc i love muscle soreness and exercising DOES get me a little high#but i maintain that distance and marathon runners are truly fucking like. something is Wrong.#and i think it's bc long distance/marathon/endurance runners are tapping into our lizard brain#like no other group of ppl on earth do#we were endurance hunters not speed hunters right?#same when we were prey we just had to outmaneuver them and then we could out last them#and i genuinely think they tap into that unlike any other group of ppl#which makes them a little fucking......Wrong. lol#everyone else has rules and standards and goals and things that are obtainable and clearly End#but they? nah man. it just keeps going and going. lol#ANYWAY
