another thing abt reading mirage right after watching rise/mm is that like now im very aware of the fact that for sweeping iteration crossovers everyone only ever really gives a fuck about the audiovisual media. usually the animated stuff but i do see the bay movies around more than like, the 07 movie tbh. sticking to just the animated tv shows seems like a very reasonable limit but when u start adding more things i feel like you have to admit ur picking out of the things you've watched and enjoyed etc. etc.

#insert talk tag here #mutant mayhem is a tiny bit off the hook for the tv/movie distinction bc it will have a show but its close #AND LIKE TO BE CLEAR PICKING THE THINGS YOU LIKE IS SO OKAY. some things suck #i just saw a piece of art claiming to be all of them and i was like. hm no actually this is kind of just like all of the animated ones..?#and i neeever see the mirage turtles in anything which is a real shame #you hate them for their zero color coding swag #i dont think ive seen the idw turtles in many big crossover things either. comic fans we are holding hands.
