Missing Scene

Enid: Oh my gosh, she is just SO INFURIATING! Like does she seriously just not realize that her actions affect other people? Or does she just not care? I mean seriously! How could someone be so… soo… RAGH SO OBLIVIOUS?!

Yoko: *flipping through her alchemy textbook* Yeah, seriously. Some people.

Enid: And why does she have to be so… fricking heartless about it?! I mean, my feelings matter too! Surely more than some stupid “investigation” or whatever the flip! Right?

Yoko: *yawning* Totally, girl. You deserve respect too.

Enid: Why doesn’t she realize that I’m just trying to help her? I’m on her side! I want her to be able to figure this all out, cause she’s like, really really smart even though she’s so stupid sometimes but in like, a sorta endearing way where she’s trying to help but doesn’t realize the full consequences of her actions or that she’s hurting people. I mean, maybe if she thought some of these things through a little more, she’d try to find better ways cause she doesn’t actually like hurting people, at least people she cares about, cause again, she’s kinda sweet like that.

Yoko: *looks up from her textbook, raises eyebrow* Wait, huh? Are we still talking about the same thing?

Enid: *ignores Yoko* And like, she does have a soft side underneath all the spiky death traps she puts around herself. She totally felt guilty about Eugene, even though it wasn’t her fault. And she really does try to make sure I’m comfortable, even if it’s a little inconvenient for her. And she absolutely does have a protective side to her, like when she put herself in front of me whenever the monster tried to attack us. It was really kinda cute and nice when she made sure I got out safe first.

Yoko: *squints her eyes suspiciously* Huh… yeah…

Enid: Ugh, but she doesn’t really take good care of herself. Hmph, knowing her, she totally forgot to eat a proper meal today. Mmm and I bet you like ten bucks she hasn’t drank enough water today either. Oh jeez, if I’m not there to make sure she eats something, then she’s just gonna work herself into the ground on this investigation and is probably gonna pass out. Oh no, and what if she passes out and hits her head on something?! WHAT IF THING ISN’T THERE TO GET HELP? HOW WOULD HE EVEN CARRY HER? HE’S JUST A HAND!

Yoko: Am I missing something, or aren’t you supposed to still be upset with her about the whole emotional manipulation thing?

Enid: I am mad at her, Yoko! But she still needs sustenance! After all, she’s all alone up there now! Oh, she’s probably just curled up all sad and lonely and oh my gosh that’s so sad. *tearing up*

Yoko: Girl, we’re literally in the room right below her. I’m sure she’ll be fine. You? I’m starting to question that. *under her breath* Talk about whipped, holy shit.

Enid: I need to find some way to check up on her. Maybe I can ask Thing? No no, that’s mean to use her own family against her. Oh, I got it! I’ll just say I forgot my nail polish! That way I can check to see if she’s eaten! And I technically won’t be going back on my word, right? Cause I’m technically only going back to get something! Aha, it’s a perfect plan!

Yoko: *under her breath, turning back to her textbook* So fucking whipped.

In random hallways inside the library? Comfy! Perched up in a hammock on the ceiling of the living room? Yes sir!! Nm doesn’t get jumpy abt it since he just kinda got used to it but the other residents of the castle are NOT happy about Error’s extremely odd chilling spots

hello :) after many years (twelve, if we're being real here) of corporate and academic writing (yuck) i have finally returned to my old stomping grounds (barely trodden) thanks to @kiwiana-writes, a damn good hype person who has entertained numerous 4am messages and a string of words and also my impostor syndrome with a lot of kindness and encouragement. :)

here are some words from my firstprince overnight train meet cute...what started as a fever dream and is rapidly turning into "Alex Versus His Horny Brain Worms, and the Brain Worms Are Winning"

The stranger closed his eyes, facing forward. This gave Alex the prime opportunity to absolutely ogle the shit out of him. Finally. Food for the worms. They were so demanding, sometimes.   Alex's bisexuality was a new discovery, and up until now, pretty theoretical. Just a hypothesis, really. He didn’t care much for physics, but after looking at his seatmate, he could safely say that he now wanted to move squarely into Experimental Territory. As quickly as possible, and in a way that would offend and scandalize the scientific community.   Was there a train equivalent to the mile high club? Maybe the mile long club? Kilometer long club, since he’s in colonizer territory? He’d work on it.

SD ANON MY OTHER ROOMMATE HAS COVID LMAOOOO

i feel very bad for her bc her ochem final was today and if she doesn’t take it she takes an incomplete in the class and has to take it w next yrs class

i tested negative and i went to go get another pcr this morning! they gave me a free blanket i am now lying on it in the grass + sun, eating a tofu rice bowl

photosynthesis ! i thought i was dizzy/nauseous this morning but turns out it was just a combination of not having eaten a solid meal in two days and taking meds that give you side effects if you have not eaten a solid meal in two days

anyways i am! i am certainly living! slept on my friend’s floor last night he was like you can be my human alarm clock for my final and all three of us (him his roommate me) got insomnia cookies and gossiped! changed in a diff friend’s room and then she was wearing an n95 and going i feel like i am getting sick so i brushed my teeth v quickly and dipped

asked to sleep same place again tonight and he was like yeah sure you can wake me up at 9 again and i was like i feel very blanche dubois rn (i have always depended on the kindness of others) anyways i love my friends i’m so glad i dragged them to uni w me they are dumb boys but i love them a lot

finished the robber bride! reading another atwood now in the sun w gatorade and tofu! waiting for alarm clock friend to join me for studying final + other friend to join for also studying

i am reading bc my finals are take home/easy af and the only hard one is next week and i will b home by then! been rewatching mcc povs tommy my beloved <3
