had the seminar for this module today and honestly i think it’s my favourite class this year i wish i had him for portuguese language too

my teacher for the cultures and societies of the portuguese speaking world module i’m doing is far too humble he’s a fantastic teacher/lecturer, i could listen to him for hours, but he’s always like “you’re probably fed up of me talking at you now” NO FERNANDO WE LOVE YOU

#he spoke more portuguese today as well #cos we’d said we’d like it if there were parts in portuguese #so like there was a short text extract in portuguese and he read it out #and i love portuguese portuguese i miss being able to hear it as often😭#he’s from coimbra and my portuguese language teacher last year was from lisbon so different but both portuguese #but my teacher this year is from rio #and it’s not that i dislike the accent #i went to rio earlier this year and actually really liked hearing it!#but the way the teacher herself talks is not as nice as fernando😭#studyblr #langblr
