me after running very conservatively for 3 weeks: wow we should really get into canicross (proceeds to never get into canicross)
#now had sparty been younger: maybe#shes got forward momentum and loves to run but shes stronger in head than in body#and i dont think even middle distances would be conductive to her health rn#troj has kinda learned to run along with me now but for her its kinda#going to work to pay the bills vibe. she finds it tedious and would much rather mess around and play and engage more#im not built for it either but its more about the mental bit for me. also so many numbers to track! so many colourful graphs on ur phone!#so many things to unlock if you just do an uncomfortable thing for a little longer or a little harder than last time!
