ok so i do not care about jin zixuan at all but it occurs to me that a tng “rascals” style situation would be really sweet for him and jgy. maybe lxc gently bullies him into taking jgy night hunting to try to bond and they both get hit with a curse that physically de-ages them to about 12 years old (mentally they are still adults). It’s very upsetting for jyl, and jgy is still trying to do taxes while everyone else is scrambling to find a solution so the heir to lanling jin isn’t... 12. and meanwhile he and jgy are put on leave because no one can take them seriously like this and also maybe they should rest and meditate about it? what if it gets worse? so zixuan is having fun! he gets to revisit his childhood! he has time and license to play! and now he even has a brother to play with, which he’d always wanted! play? says jin guangyao, what’s that. He’s never played.
