I think it's just frustrating, a lineup of characters and none of them ever look like me idk
#ive been doing that since i was a kid i think#id alwyas choose like the blackest character as my fave everytime <- result of a panafrican upbringing#and when i grew up i kinda like made myself unlearn that cuz yk more options#but i also kinda had to unlearn it cuz i was getting into stuff where there were like nooo black ppl#and i ddidnt realize hitting ur faves w the negrofication beam was an option until like 2019 2020#getting back into it it just fucking sucks#going in know that no matter what ur fave is either going to be the least popular. or the most mistreated or the most mischaracterized#cuz of their blackness#thought bubbles
