“Will you explain the rules to me first? I doubt I’ve ever played this.”

I cannot look at Francis and not think "that's Dream with a fake moustache". The idea of Dream breaking out of prison and the first thing he does is buy a fake moustache and hide in Little P Land is hilarious to me.

And somehow ConnorEatsPants, of all people, is the one to help him heal? Sure, Francis is rather verbally aggressive, overly defensive, likes to sabotage people in those challenges and desperately seeks approval and validation from either Connor or Schlatt, but he's just so... not destructive? He's having a good time and nobody dies, nobody gets actually hurt, including himself? The way he beams when he completes the maze on his first try and the way he's able to chill with the gang in Schlatt's basement? He's like a nervous kid trying to fit in in his best friend's birthday party.

I can't be convinced Connor doesn't know that's Dream. He 100% knows and just doesn't care, he looked at the green man and said "hey, my friend Francis with the very real moustache, would you like to come with me to meet some of my other friends and have fun?"

To which Dream Francis answered "only if I get to play the manhunt song :) "

• We’ll start off with my favorite, Yao as El Diablo. He’ll need a name change of course but Yao with fire powers has always been so intriguing to me cause he’s so graceful but strong. He’ll be very patient while he’s in his jail/prison cell and be civil with guards but once he’s out, he takes a long time to think and plan the burning of whoever has done him wrong. He doesn’t abuse his powers, he puts a lot of thought into his crimes to make them worthwhile. Also, he has tattoos covering most of his arms, legs and back because of all of his burn scars :(

• Arthur would make a fantastic joker!!! He’s scarily smart and his character can certainly be portrayed as crazy, it fits him well! Artie never really plans anything out, he just has a vague idea of how his crimes will play out, he’s a man of chaos after all! Nothing can be planned down to the minute! He has custom suits made and he paints his face meticulously, shouting and cursing if he messes up his signature clown grin cause he doesn’t know what crime or car chase will be his last! He has to look his best for and hero attempting to stop him…Or the press reporting his death. Either way!

• Alfred would make a great Deadshot! ‘Haha Americans like guns! Funny joke!’ No!! That isn’t what I meant at all :( Alfred would make a good Deadshot based on his character! Do y’all remember the scene where he was supposed to shoot Harley on purpose? He’s a loyal and determined!! Not that I’m trying to defend a villain that’s shot a ton of people. I don’t think Alfred is like that but he’s similar personality wise, in my hc at least. If Al was put in that situation he’d probably rationalize everything and think about it being for the greater good of his brother. Deadshot takes care of his daughter, Al takes care of his twin

• Francis would make a greaaaaat Harley!! Not just for that power couple action with Artie but because Harley is a strong, smart, caring and somewhat manipulative character….Just like Francis is. Don’t forget!! Harley is a psychiatrist (I think??) And knows how people’s minds work! Francis does too and therefore he’d know how to manipulate people’s emotions, even when he isn’t really trying to. He’s strong too, he doesn’t look the part, he isn’t big and buff but he’s athletic!!! He could choke you out if he wanted to, not gonna lie. He’s a beautiful train wreck, hopelessly in love with not only a mad man, but getting whatever he wants. He had a soft side too, a very soft side, and cries quite a bit cause he’s still human and does regret some of his crimes…some of them

• And lastly!!! Ivan would be a great killer croc. A man who’s different from everyone else, beaten down by society’s standards until he became evil :( Ivan isn’t cruel, he doesn’t commit crime for the fun of it but if he’s approached, he’ll attack and feel no remorse for doing so. He wears his scarf all the time to cover the scars on his neck from chains that held him in his prison cell…Poor dude. He’s pretty chill, he likes to watch people from the sewers and follow them until he can mug them if he wants whatever food they’re carrying. Eating rats gets boring after awhile
